I am a SBI card holder having card 437748699418****. In the statement of 22/5/15, I note with pain that I have been fined Rs 500/- as late fee, where as I had transferred the money to CC before the banking hours on 12 Jun15. A delay of few hours since the date changed on time scale after 12 AM. This was due to I being away, encountering non functional internet lines due to heavy rains in remote Himachal. I never knew SBI is so prompt in putting penalties for few minutes delay.

Pl go through my payment details from the inception and note as to how many times the excess money (credit amount) has remained in my account and that too months together. I would also like you to find out as to how many times I have defaulted on timely payment side. I request you to be reasonable. I had transferred the amt before banking hours on 12 th. had I given a cheque on 11Jun, say evening, it would not have fetched the amt by 13/14th. So I strongly feel that the late fee is unjustified and need reversion for the better bank customer relations.

It is very regret to pointed out that I am a good & esteem customer dealing more than 3-years with your credit matters but this time I made a payment to Thomas cook Rs 98962 & like earlier I have issued a cheque in favour sbi credit card on 7/7/2015.before 10 days of due date by mentioning telephone no on the reverse side of cheque & keeping copy of the same. But your collection agent of sbi dalhouse outlet Kolkata Mutilated the cheque intentionally and without informing me by message Or by phone imposed financial charges Rs 8642without any reason as I have again paid Rs 98962 on 20.7.2015 on the request of the representative of customer care she assured by telephone that all charges imposed on you will be waived within two or three days. Today is 28.7.2015 your representative again forward my request for waiver of charges within two or three days.

My self Vishal Choudhary have one credit card from your Bank, card no ################4080, I want to know about reward point, because, these are expired in this month. I have already call in your contact no, but there nothing any proper response, so, please inform to me, that, how, I will case these reward point.

I have requested for changing of my mobile number. I have submitted an application along with my kyc documents. But for the last 15 days I m not getting any response. Very poor service. The SBI people are so adamant. I advise that nobody should go for any SBI product and services.

I am having SBI credit card 437748659405****. While making payment of my elect bill (pspcl) on 28.08.2015, the payment was made double for rs. 8952.49 at 10.01 pm and 10.07 pm due to reasons that in first message, it was connection error and late receipt of massage. I have also written to the concerned department. Kindly refund me rs. 8952.49 due to excess payment.

This to inform you that a fraud case was done on 17.07.2014 of Rs.7881.00 from my SBI credit card account.I have paid Rs.2700 in 3 installments on 12.05.15, 02.06.15 and 30.06.15 respectively i.e. Rs.8100 as per the advice of sbi helpline representative. I am having credit card No. 5101 2869 2677 9226 and have not used the same since long, today i.e. on 17.09.2015 I have received a message from your SBICARD dept. that Rs.5000/-has been charged, however I have never used the said card. I immediately got my card cancelled through your above phone arrangement. I now request you to investigate the said transaction and credit the amount to my above card account. I hope you will be lodging complained to Police station . However please let me know procedure to be followed for getting credit in my account. Awaiting your immediately response to my above email. It was very disappointing for me, whenever i seen my SBI Credit Card statement, which is totally uncleared, I converted my 3 payment on flexibly pay EMI, which include the interest amount still SBI charge 14% additional service charge on that EMI. Which other bank never charge.

As its showing my last opening balance was 69,108.55, and I made payment of 11,794.46. it is okay but when i counted my all purchasing of last cycle, the total sum is 4778 while you have charged 5,663.41.

In same way, there are two charges GST Debit for current STMT is 261.09 and Fin charges 985.68, Which total sum is 1247. While you have charges 1996.77.

Its is very surprising when i called to your customer care and didn't get any satisfactory answer from there.

I received your sbi signature card on 25th sep 2015. I want to know when you are charging the amount and what about gift voucher, when it will be delivered. On 17th of Sept one of your executive Mr Vikas informed that the amount will be charged from 1 Sep 2016. please confirm.

I am using sbi credit card for doctors for more than 10 years. I was charged for annual fee but I could not pay. After calling at sbi customer care they waved off my annual charges but i am still getting e-statement that I have to pay Rs 731. Please cancel everything because I called to customer care and they replied the same as mentioned above. I am staying out of india and I cant call from here. I also told them to update my present mobile nob ( 00966544129386).

Hello, my name is Bhupesh Bhandari. My card number is. 4726 4267 5440 7***. Please cancel my credit card. The main reason for cancellation is that, my credit card limit is very less. (rs10,000 only). Its shocking and shameful that, SBI can give this limit against Rs 5,00,000 FD.

Mr Anurag Srivastava, head of your customer care department, suggest me for cancellation. Please do it asap.

Two months before I have some extra amount and cleared the outstanding payment. On receipt (31,700 against 31,659 approximately) the amount they have mentioned some Rupees 57.89 as outstanding and on the other side"NO PAYMENT REQUIRED". After a month it has been raised 64.32 and they are sending lot of sms in this regard. I am very much dissatisfied about the SBI card and I would like to surrender the card and go for another card. Till date I could able to understand even after the payment of outstanding amount before the due date why should I pay extra amount. kindly clarify this and settle the issue as early as possible. Otherwise I may forced to go legal help.

i got new credit no. 4377485655700896 statement shown date every month 08. I purchase totally 18907/-. today l login sbi card statement pay by bill due 28/10/2015. my enquiry without interest no of days particulars and billing date and last payable date i requirement in my credit card. In future operating
cards systems given for reply useful and without delay payment.

Dear sir, i have made my payment of 6000/- against bill of 5880/- on 24/10/2015 time 16:41 terminal S1OGOO5084002 i.e 2nd terminal of Bopal branch Ahmedabad. the amount is not credited to my credit card payment account. The TXN NO : 3292

Please look into the matter and solve this problem as then you will go on adding penal charges. Please ask your officer to contact me on my registered mobile number as net is not accessible to me easily.

On 7-11-15,I received signature card through Blue dart service, few days back I received a call from the executive and informed me that my existing sbi card will be upgraded,later another executive asked my address and confirmed that I have to pay one time joining fees but after receiving the parcel I go through the manual and I came to know that I have to pay annual fees every year. In this connection I request u please do not process the signature card and keep/continue the existing gold&more card of mine. I tried number of times to contact over customer care phone no. but did not connect, so,I wrote this to you for necessary action.

I have already informed you to cancel my signature card and continue the existing gold & more card of mine, which is more comfortable to me, further my account /card no.was changed in statement(signature card.no.) but old card is still used by me and also paid the dues on the same no. on 30/11/15. On dated 07 Nov 2015 there were three fraud transaction made on my credit card.
1. Rs 5000.00 at MPESA
2. Rs.2000.00 at PAYUWWW.OXIGENWALLET.COM
3. Rs.4000.00 at YPAYCASH
From 7 Nov I cannot receive transaction SMS on my registered mobile and open online account for transaction. Today ,I cal to SBI custmer care NO 1860-180-1290, they told me that your register numer is not matching.

i am surender kumar holding your sbi credit card ending**** **** **** **** . sir/madam, I purchese this card i thought it will help me. i paid the amount 638 earlier with fine. again i got sms that i have to pay emi of rs 500.47 last date was 12 Oct 15. I drop a cheque of above said amount in sbi bank branch sh college kochi 682013 bearing number 431786 inside atm room one credit card box was kept. i drop cheque there on 11 Oct cheque bearing no.431786 dt 11 oct 15. After some days i got sms that i have to submit 753.47 . i could not undersatnd. i complaint to customer care(SBI) on 28 oct vide complaint number13510145261, he told me your amount is zero. no need to pay. again i got sms i have to pay 753.47. sir i could not undersatnd how many time i have to pay . the amount was only 500 rs when i was issued the credit card. where i have paid 638.47.please understand this massage on priority and hopping the u may undersatnd the problum and able to solve out. waiting for your reply.

further with extremely sorry to say that cancel my this card view extremely poor and worst services of yr bank - contact 8281851502
