This is to informed you that recently I have received the credit card of SBI. Please make a not that while tried to generate the pin an errors occurs that there is wrong DOB entered, however I am entering the correct DOB and also I am not able to connect to the customer care. Please do the needful on this matter. (Urgently).

I applied my sbi card app in 10 august 2017 and received verification call n messages. my application no is: 2022306025062. What is the status and when my card is coming.

I need to cancel the prime card 404745751441XXXX, i have applied newly its not activated till now. I want to take simple card to maintain low charges. plz do the needful ASAP.

I have received credit card last evening. Within few minutes I got a call from a number and they asked me personal data to activate the card. I gave some data to them. After some time I got a message that the amount 8245 used by others. Now what I have to do?

On purchase date 29|12|2016 Rs. 02,999 + Rs. 10,000/-30|12|2016 + Rs. 03,570/-04|01|2016
Total:- Rs. 16,568/-

It was my EMI of 6 month, i.e. Amount transfer to EMI Rs. 2,962*6 month EMI through SBI credit card.

After that I started paying first installment of Rs 3,392/- on 03|03|2017 through Citi Bank. Second installment of Rs.3, 000 on 31|03|2017 was paid through new card through Citi Bank. Third installment of Rs. 3,000 on 01|05|2017 was paid through T.J.S.B Bank. Fourth installment of Rs. 3,000 on 30|05|2017 was paid through Citi Bank. Fifth installment of Rs. 3,000 on 29|06|2017 was paid through Citi Bank. Final Sixth installment of Rs.3, 000 on 30|07|2017 was paid through Citi Bank. My loan is finish with bank interest. Total amount paid Rs. 18,392 loan amount Rs.16, 568 more amount paid Rs. 1,824.

Amount of Rs. 14,000 has fraud. On 14th February 2017. After that I cancelled my credit card. My SBI credit card no is 4726 4268 9531 XXXX.

We first complaint to you then also complaint to Cyber Crime due to this fraud. Hence, there was no strict action was taken from your side. I am retired person. I am not financially strong. So, I cannot pay Rs. 14,000 plus interest which fraud. I also attached police station complaint letter which I have written to them to you.

I am using sbi credit card from last two year but till date limit not increased. but when i meet your credit card sales person i said him, your sbi card person enter my pen no in his device and send their is code like E99 so your limit not increase. i want to know why this code used with my card. pls resolve this issue and increase my card limit also. my mobile no is 9213339748 and my card no: 437748660480XXXX.

intimation of Loss of credit card no. 4377 4869 4526 XXXX. I am unable to find a suitable contact for the same. pl. register my complaint and deactivate the card.

I have applied for a credit card on phone no 7076384234 . Three verification call also recd but still i haven't received my card. So i want to know the status.

I am working for Indian army my credit card was misused that’s the reason I had informed my wife to call customer care after 1 and half hour Mr. Raj picked up the call. It was very urgent for me to know that where the card was charged but he was very rude & he was not provided any information and also my wife requested him saying that she will give all the necessary documents to verify but he was not ready to help I was very disappointed. I am SBI card holder from last 15 Years sorry to say I did not expect this kind of customer service.

I have very bad experience with SBI while doing any kind of online or card transactions. Some times these amount are also more... So better to go for other bank like bank of India, pnb. In private ICICI or hdfc. Customer care service is even very pathetic.

Hi.. I am user of SBI card holder, last two year we had made the payment on time. I have face billing issue last six month, every month i am paying fine charge & late payment charge, while i m paying before due date amount. Again we have write the mail customer care. but no body has repose to me & close me credit card.

I have apply for sbi card simply and we provide Elite card ple change simply card card limit Rs.20,000, we have changed the plan or surrender the card.card No.433587644474XXXX.

I have 3 days left to pay the bill amount of my credit card. The total amount is 15000 but shows 20000. That to i paid 5000 but still it is showing 20000. Please update my account as early as possible.

Dear sir my card has been blocked due to some fraud call, please issue me the new card.

I am not satisfied emi convert. pleas convert emi on sbi card.

My reward points convert to cash purchase. Your company sent sms but your password properly not working and do not redumsation sbi reward point and sms which is send yr end has been deleted. so sir solve the problem as soon as possible.

I have purchased a trimmer on 14th of May, this year. For that, I paid online from my phonepe thrice and money was debited all the three times. I asked PhonePe team and they said the money is not reached, but I checked with the bank and they said that money was credited to Flipkart thrice. Even we had conversation with Flipkart guys they are saying you (phonepe) are responsible. So, please consider this and resolve the transaction issue and refund our money.

Sir i am using sbi card, since, last 1 year at that time your executive was giving me a information that if your purchasing will be above90,000 ,no annual fees will be charged.but in this statement you charged annual fees i have also icici bank credit card but they cant charged if i purchase certain limit. this is my 3rd mail but you cant take any efforts to reply. if you are not fulfill my complaint i will close my c. card permanently.

I made a payment of 20,000 against the payment of 23,000 on my credit card. But they have charged me rate of interest for the rupees of 230000. Like no other banks do this. The worst service i would say.
