At the time of applying for credit card, it was committed me, the annual charge of the Rs.499/-will be given in the statement on my birthday. It was charged before my birthday. You are pressurizing me to pay by giving penalty. I am ready to return the credit card .This was my mistake. I am using another credit card, such behavior was not observed by me.

My contact number is 8899889905. Sir I have made the payment of 31,883/-. After this payment my limit remains 7,346. Your message has also come after above payment that your limit remaining 7,346/-. After this I send 56,700/-+28,200 through NEFT to SBI card payment. After all my limit should be 91,246/-. But limit showing only 86,117/-. Kindly reset my limit. Thanks.

I have applied for sbi credit card of annual fees is rs 500. But due to bank employee fault, they have issue me sbi credit card of annual fees is rs 3000. Kindly mail me the soft copy as well as hard copy of credit card statement since my dues started at my address ROHIT BHATNAGAR, H.No 36 Gayatri Marg, Kanji Ka Hatta, Udaipur- 313001 for further processing of payment.

I have applied for SBI credit card.I have given my documents to SBI executive in shopping mall in pune. The name of executive is K.M Jadhav, his mobile no is 7028691874. He has received my documents from mall.He asked me that credit card issue to me whose annual fees is 500rs. After that SBI customer care has called me for verification. In verification i have cleared to customer care about annual fees. He clear me that card annual fees is 500rs. So i agree to get SBI card. But SBI issue me wrong credit card whose annual fees is 3000 rs. I have registered complaint 2-3 times against it but there is no action taken by SBI. I have also do complaints to customer care, But he is also not resolving my problem. My annual fees amount has been increased day by day and it goes to 7000 rs. I am unable to pay this fees.It is bank employee fault, why i have to pay this amount. SBI payment collection team has force me unnecessary to pay that amount.kindly resolve my problem soon

Very very cheap level services.

Some people call me about 4-5 days before and said that they are from sbi card to activate our sbi credit card but they fraud us and shopped from My card about 9294. Please do something that my account balance should not be deducted.

Due to heavy late fees & other fin charges very high. Since last to 2 month I have not used Credit Card but late fee charge actual bill Rs.7,000 SBI charge 10,968.00. So kindly cancel my SBI Card My card no. 5241 8264 2456 XXXX.

I am harji lal bairwa and my card no 4726 4279 4401 XXXX. I have booked a mobile from snapdeal on 20/07/2017 through my sbi credit card on EMI. But i have cancelled the order same date due to some reason.

But 1st Emi have been deducted from my account.. while booked amount refunded to sbicard by snapdeal.
Bt sbicard have deducted 3922 1st emi on 31 /072017. So kindly refunded that amount in my account.
