My credit card No. 4726 4267 5453 XXXX. I am as usually paying my monthly dues through NEFT but last month due to net problem, it is not possible to pay. Thereafter I had forgotten to resend. However, in the next month statment a sum of Rs.500/- has been levied for late payment of Rs.1220/- only. So this is very unjustice, for Rs.1220/- there is penalty of Rs.500/-. So I request you, please waive it and charge @ 18% interest on Rs.1220/-, otherwise, I shall pay all the dues and surrender the card. I hope you will consider the case.

I have given SBI Gold credit card no pin given and no active totally block card given. I bank servant's block no operating I also one years charge given to card no. But I was open my Cibil I found in panding amount ₹ 2600/- . It not fear so I request to sole my problem.

I have credit card but I complain you I know pay bill amount. It tell your bank auto debit my bill amount but bank not debit my bill account, so bank was charges for late. so I request all charges waves I promise u need my amount instantly paid. please my problem solve.

Hello, this is balaje from chennai i am not in country past years. i have out standing i am ready to pay my outstanding. when SBI sub agent calling i declared to pay online now they are toruchering to give cash by hand through sbi authorized agent. they are step in to my office recently and they are hitted to my staffs too they are admitted in hospital. i want to put the legal action against SBI CREDIT CARD COLLECTION DEPARTMENT Authorized from SBI people. when we are ready to pay money through bank why they fighting and hitting my staff.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am M N Manjunatha credit card holder of SBI. My account balance amount of Rs 11037 =00 was due on 04-06-2017. On 05-06-2017 I have received a message stating that Rs 11037 =00 my was cleared. But on 06-06-2017 again I have received a message stating that there was insufficient fund in bank account. AS per my Bank statement there was sufficient amount in my SB Account. My request is kindly verify this and kindly transfer whatever the extra amount deducted from SB Account.

I would like to inform you that, I am the staff member of SBI and as your associate informed, staff of SBI are exempted from the annual charges. where as, now i am in receipt of demand letter. please clarify as earliest to pay my dues. many a times I called up your customer care assistance but all efforts gone in vain.

payment options are pathetic for SBI credit card if a person having ICICI debit card he wont get any option for making the payment , he have to register with ICICI login page. now a days payment has to been done from any account at 1 go, but SBI is something pathetic.

Request you to please remove all fin last 6-7month from my credit card because i am very frustrated with SBI credit card service. I am trying to connect with SBI credit card for help but nobody pick my call last 2-3month on helpline no.very poor service. One side our prime minister very hard try to fast service. But we have not any concern to people. It very old habit of SBI. I am calling to sbi credit card continue for Remove all fin charges on retail. i have already paid last 4-5thousand against fin. but still continue add fin on statement approx Rs500 per month. i have no ideas how can use SBI credit monthly basis. so request you to first remove all fin & secondly little guide me so i can pay full payment against Outstanding Rs13,866. please feedback me on my mail or call me any time on my cell 91+9719356610.

My Self Kiran J Marvadi ,I have Sbi credit card i have done shopping with the card Rs 2600 and then my balance was not receive by credit card. Even though i have proper balance in my sbi bank account and now then sbi card co. will be calling for the penalty charges i have done my shopping charges by cheque to credit card executive. And now credit card executive calling me for penalty charges so do the needful for me.

Unnecessary fines are imposed on monthly basis . I am extremely dissatisfied with customer services as when ever I try to reach for any query I never get proper response & wrong customer care number also given by SBI care executive.

Dear sir, it has been first experience with ur bank that is very bad I issued a credit card from SBI Bank .I made a transaction that I paid in cash at my home faridabad after that no statement is sent at my address regarding bill.but ur employee regularly threaten me about credit card bills. There are a lot of inconvenience caused by SBI customer care. Actually, there is no care of the customer. Firstly my card was lost dat day, the cust care wrongly guided me to do the payment. I asked thrice. Secondly, they wrongly guided me for the EMI conversion after new card comes. Lastly, they wrongly guided me that I don't have to call them again. They will convert the emi through SPECIAL APPROVAL. SO,NEVER USE SBI CREDIT CARD. HDFC & ICICI is the best.

I had sought some info from SBI customer care team in order to enable me to include the name of beneficiary in my internet banking account but nobody is caring about the SBI customers and do not want to give the required information.
