Dear, I have ola account on the no of 9582182574 but my account automatically blocked. I purchased share pass which is going waste. Kindly update me what is the reason.

I had a very very bad experience with one trip. I had to go to the Bangalore airport in the middle of the night. I had to try three successive bookings. The first driver after I called him, flatly refused to go to the airport and asked me to cancel the booking, while the second driver didn't pick up my repeated calls. I got the cancellation message only after 90 minutes!! Thankfully I didn't wait for it (after the second driver didn't pick my call) and went for the third booking. The third driver when I called him demanded Rs 1300 even before the ride. I had no option but to agree for that as I was getting late for my flight. I paid Rs 1300 whereas the actual fare was only Rs 552 (which I came to know later when I open the app). I am seriously considering discontinuing Ola app if I don't get any proper response from the company.

We had the worst experience with Ola Cab Driver on Friday, 21st April, 2017. My family had to be at Wadala (East) Din Bhandunagar at 9.00 pm and we had booked Ola Cab. When I clicked RIDE NOW on Ola App it showed us ride fare of Rs.331/-. However, on reaching our destination we were shocked to note when Ola driver charged us fare of Rs.479/- i.e. difference of Rs.148/- EXTRA. When we informed Ola driver that while making booking through Ola App the fare amount that would be charged for our destination ride would be Rs.321/- then how can Ola driver charge us Rs.479/-. The Ola driver started arguing & finally we had no choice as we were getting late for the event and we paid Rs.479/-.

Booked an ola MINI CRN 682808357 from mundrika palace to hanuman nagar at 5:03 Driver was very unprofessional and took longer  route and thus billed  Rs 499. Why my account blocked? I have a emergency ride how can I travel. why r you blacked my account, unblock my account not support ola really bad bad ola.

My account was blocked yesterday for reasons which I do not know because I didnt book multiple times and canceled. So I don't knw y it was blocked. pls can u rectify de issue or unblock it pls ..tnk u.

In last ride i have paid rs.202 by cash. But its shown that rs.50 is deducted from ola money.

Ola experience was earlier very good but now as this company is giving ola cabs to every one they are putting bad name to this company. I booked ola cab from mandi house cab number 8087, confirmed booking. I had word with the driver also but when I reached to the cab he said I dont have booking and I will not go. I showed the booking on mobile but he was rude and refused. The driver name was manoj. Ola people pl see to it you yourself will start loosing customers, dont give your brand name to every driver check their pr first.

Today I book Ola share 7 times and seven times it has been cancelled. Sometimes driver says I won't go please cancel the ride,sometimes saying My rides are finished so cancel the ride,some says if on their way to pick me then suddenly says sorry sir please cancel the ride. What the hell is this??? IF you are here for doing your duty and if you do this then this is not a help at all. How much I suffer today just because of OLA. Need proper solution for this otherwise I'll keep complaining abt you.

Yesterday I booked ola cab around 1.30 afternoon. I got information of driver, after 3 minutes I call to driver, he said mam I am on the way to come I said ok. Then after 5 minutes call me, mam from gandhibag, nagpur from where I have to pickup, I said I am at ramdaspeth and I have mention my location, he said mam I am too far from you destination. It will take 20 minutes s to reach, so I am cancelling this booking please book new one and disconnect the call. Then I booked again and I am getting drivers no, I call he reached to my place, while giving otp he is telling its wrong otp, kindly provide correct. I shown my mobile to driver also otp is is correct according to vehicle no. But he said mam I cant take you I am cancelling this booking and he has cancelled the booking.

Around 2.30 again I have to booked new cab for traveling and within 2 minutes driver came to my place and pickup me and also safely he dropped at my destination. But while giving payments ola has charged me 50rs extra, for cancelling cab which was not happen from my side there driver has cancelled the cab.

It was very bad experience with ola. They are doing a mistake and for there mistake they are charging innocent customer. They are cheating with the customer.

Whenever I have tried to explore PAY with Visa card option, I am unable find the option. Also I am unable to add my visa card for payment purpose. Plz resolve this issue so that I can pay directly via my Visa card.

Very bad service provide by Ola driver......please take action for Ashraf. he tell me that Ola provide free service for you, if you do one thing in mobile. I give him my mobile he open Ola app and share his feedback to company for good service, but my friend he toucher me and my family , he tell my father better you take metro for go noida why you take Ola ,Ola is not easily available for greater noida. In future you travel by metro not book Ola cab, he misbehave with my father. Sorry Ola very bad experience.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yesterday (21/05/2017) i have book for Ola cab from Hengrabari to Bhagadutta pur outpost, Kahilipara, and i have receive a SMS for 50% or Maximum Rs. 50 offer for ola cab, and During the booking of OLA cab i have put the offer code i.e. "WESHARE" But the code is not accepted and i have paid full amount Rs. 120.00, Now i want refund my rest amount and why your offer code is not valid.

Earlier the same case happened with me and i have paid the full amount. so kindly reimbursement. Otherwise i will continue with uber cab,

On the other hand uber cab is far better then your ola cab.

Hi, Today morning I find my ola acc to be blocked. Reason provided for this is that there have been multiple booking cancellations in the day. However I do not remember cancelling even 1 ola ride for the last 1 month. I have been a regular customer of ola and this sudden incident has left me aghast. I would request you to go through my booking details once again as I am sure that there has been no single cancellations done after booking a ride. Request you to unblock my acc asap.

Very bad experience with Ola partner, they are only say we provide you beat business but it's all wrong comments. Latest update on my ola profile for business is that on operator bill they will give 15% incentive that is not enough. Also they will deduct or less 20% service tax & 2% to 4% TDS. Please tell me how can I survive on this condition.

None of my payments are pending but the app says that payment is due and I am not able to book a ride. I registered a complaint but the customer care is not responsive at all. Using ola is a calculated risk. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Fare actually charged is higher then what they will show before booking. This has happened many times and there is no way we can complain. If they want to charge higher then what is the point in showing the fare before booking. Also, there is no rate card available now for Ola rides. Pathetic.

This is too much your drivers are cancelling the bookings giving various reasons. Particularly RGIA, HYD bookings just they are cancelling or refusing to come. What we understand that they required to go for minimum trips for getting some bonus. Penalising the customer for the fault of your drivers is not correct. Pl activate my account immediately.

I made an account with Ola with email id dentistny35 @yahoo.com and I want to change it to triptisingh11 @gmail.com but it has been registered with another no of mine y I m not able to register two no's with the same email id

I had a share cab booking at 11:14am from Andheri east to Andheri west its booking number is OSN514019047 and the cab was white WagonR MH43BA2645 and phone number 9867788300. The incident started after dropping the share person on Subash road.

He took U turn without seeing at the navigation where navigation showed straight I dint say anything thinking he might take it from Andheri subway road through Vijay nagar but instead of left he took right. I told him you should have taken left for subway he said navigation showing right. I dint bother as there was the way from regency so I neglected. later cab was the Andheri flyover and took right while we were on the station road i told him “Bhayia JP road k liye left lena “ he dint reply anything. after crossing the station I told him “Bhaiya cab left side pe rakho hume left lena hai " he sturnely replied “mai nahi longa navigation straight dekha raha hai“. I told him that navigation is also showing left which you can take, he used an abusive language and said you don’t order me you are in share cab not the private cab I will take from I want. On this I said but route you taking is longer route on questioning the driver of taking the longer route, I faced sooo much of abusive language from the driver.

The driver was sooo bad and disrespectful towards the women. i really felt disrespectful and insecure from the drivers behavior. so I asked him to stop the cab I want to get down he said “gadi rukhegi nahi jo karna hai kar le”. I told him to call customer care he said why should I call and increased the speed of the cab. I started screaming to stop the cab but he said he will not and also tried to open the door but due to the center locking or because of child lock the door was not opening. then I threatened him that I am dialing 100 if he doesn’t stop right away that time he stared taking cab left side at the same time he was switching off the ola app and also the phone. I got more worried seeing at this but thank god as his phone got switched off he gave emergency break by taking his cab key he ran away from there.

I called the OLA customer care and compliant about the complete incident what solution they gave was “ we will speak to the driver and fined him and keep his driving under observation so that he should not do this again and also said if you wish to you can take legal action against him”. IS THIS THE SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY DO THEY HAVE ? FOR THE WOMEN ONLY PENALISING BY FEW HUNDRED’S.I wonder how can OLA keep such kinds of idiotic drivers? It would have been a better for we women to travel by other means instead of Share cab who doesn't know the way to speak to women. REALLY FELT DISGUSTED AFTER ALL THIS. He was behaving as though I was providing some service and he was the customer. CONSTANT USE OF ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, LEAVING AT THE HALF WAY WERE SOME OF THE PROBLEMS I FACED. I hope OLA soon takes some necessary action towards it.

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! THIS IS A SINCERE REQUEST TO NOT AVAIL share AFTER 6 PM TO LADIES AS THIS COULD BE VERY VERY VERY DANGEROUS. I WISH MY COMPLAIN TAKES A STAND SOON AND OLA, BEING RESPECTFUL FOR LADIES, TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS.

I'm book the ride but still wait to 40 min not any updates to ola side and after 1 hrs cancel my ride to ola excvitve why not any serious to customer to ola.
