My mobile no.8197208882 was taken by me 7 years ago approx, was energised in my name K C ANAND KUMAR, EXE.DIR, INTELLIEDGE CONSLUTANTS PVT LTD, BANGALORE, duly submitting my pan card ie.AKZPK2940A and copy of the Rental lease deed as address proof and was using the same since then, even though I have shifted myself to Hyderabad. On 1st May 2017, there was an incident of theft of my mobile having 2sims. Samsung J5 (2016) opp to central railway station at Chennai, and had lodged a complaint with police which is under investigation. I had visited your Airtel outlet at A S Rao Nagar, Sec'bad yesterday to inform about the thievery with a request to help me in getting a replacement sim and was in fact surprised to note that it was transferred in the name of mrs. Chaya DEVI who was an ex employee removed from the services of the company without my knowledge and consent. Since, I still intend to continue with the number though it's of Karnataka circle and I live in Hyderabad., you can check the verocity of my statement that phone number never in Karnataka but for brief visits of mine. Also, kindly let me know if you are unable to correct the record and issue a new sim, so that I will find alternate. With regards, K. I have ported to Airtel a few days ago and before porting I was told that my bill plan will be of 499 and I will get the bill of 530 approximately. they had promised me 23gb of 3g data, unlimited calls and 100 msgs per day on my number 9867902480. But according to what they have said I have got nothing as of such this is not the service you offer your new customers quite disappointing. I hope you fix this problem asap and revert back.

I have paid twice Rs 1000.00 in last 2 months, but my Broad Band is not installed. In Sept 16, I had surrendered my broadband connection of 10 years as the house was renovated. In Feb 17 I applied for a new Broad Band connection and paid Rs 1000 to Mr Sunny Thakur Mobile No.8800335542 and never got the connection. No money was refunded to me. On 10 April 17, Mr Rohit (Mob : 9015903561) took fresh order and took Rs 1000.00. Next day wires were fixed, but till today it has not been installed. There is no communication. I am really surprised at the services by airtel. I am a customer for last 20 years and now will be forced to contact Vodafone to install Broad Band as well as my three mobile numbers. I am really disappointed.

Sir, with due respect i am ashamed to state that you have no... care for your customer..really. As you have full network access still you are giving adds of speediest network.....of country... but in reality it the worst network ...right. Next thing, you have respect for your customer as after coming of 4g ..... what about3G man.....should we switch to other network?

Only looting customer....and nothing.

Sir, last thing i want to say that.... you are taking a lot of money from user... like on recharge of Rs10, we are getting Rs 7 only... indirectly you are cheating user.okkk. it is tax or other but sir atleast give... the user best of your service.

Worst experience with your company... i think the company wants to eat the amount of mine...becoz jio is eating the companies amount. my transaction was done on 31st december 2016.... actually i paid twice while porting from postpaid to prepaid and the amount is 221.62 paise. the customer representative told me for refund in 45 to 60 days and now its already 130 days but still no response... my last conversation reference no is 2426684949....shows still in progress and my ac no is 1165035851.

Plz check and refund the amount.. and now you should offer me some benefits for my no.. related to internet and call rates.

I recharged with 345 plan for free data + call (28 days) - 1 GB/Day on yesterday 10/05/2017. but did not get 1GB/Day as per plan, rather just got 1 GB only. I have Moto xplay which is a 4G handset. This is cheating. Kindly have a look into this ASAP. I emailed to 121@in.airtel.com on today. Let me see what is the response from airtel customer care and i will update again.

I have airtel mobile connection. Phone number 9945968168 prepaid. I have submitted my request to change the prepaid to postpaid connection. Infinity 499.The request application was collected from me by one Mr Sharat. He collected Rs300/ as activation charges on 10/05/17. My job is yet to completed. Surprise to see so much delay.

It is unbelievable service by airtel after data recharge i am not able to use net. Secondly , i have contacted with many local airtel service centre they don't able to resolve problem. Last not least after switching off data it showing deducting balance. It is beyond my understanding what is going on. Please give me soon response.

Hello, I'm one of your customer which carries 9861279054 my phone number. I'm trying to set a hello tune from a very long time and today I directly call to 121 where they refer me to call 543215 where Rs.3/- min would be chargeable as there is no my selected song (Lost inside your love of Enrique Iglesias). So, I called 4 times there and without even a talk my balance got deducted then again I called to 121 and asked the same thing they said there is no way out and you've to bear the cost without having the services. So here I'm and asking the same what kind of services you providing when there is no service available and you charging for the same. Is it Genuine? or Worth it? Why there is no negligence in the daily services. If a customer call for 10 times without having the service still you would charge him Rs.30/- then why we customer opt such service. I extremely hurt for this and hate for such services you providing.

In offers, it is written that Rs. 8 recharge is for 1.2 p/2 seconds call rate, it is not activated. explain why. i need urgent explanation. I have recharged with Rs. 50 full talktime yesterday.

I am having post paid connection more than 10 Years. My cell No. is 9880250732 with basic connection. From past so many years, my maximum bill amount was about Rs. 650/- till last month. I am using smart phone from last four years. In my phone (InFocus M2) which has two SIMS with internet connection for only one sim which is connected to BSNL and the other sim is AIRTEL only for phone connection. Also, I have AIRTEL Dongle and also BSNL internet connection. Hence I had chosen only basic connection for AIRTEL connection. Now this month I have received the bill for Rs. 6000/-+. In this connection, I wish to inform you that I have not used any data. Please look into this and weave-off the extra charges towards internet connection. I am really about your service, hence I did not change the service provider even though they had approached. Thinking about this, please reduce the bill amount and inform me about the balance amount, which I promise to pay and continue my connection with you. I expect a favorable reply from your end.

Now i used postpaid connection no 9840377513 i got last month bill above 1000 rs but my monthly bill amount is 114 rs only. So i request to port then the call back team called me and they request me for do not portand offered me 600 rs discount they siad u pay only this month bill 112 only.
