Card transaction was done knowing the limit. Got message on 17 April that you can purchase till 1559.33, the current available on your card 1599.33 rs, so don't charge me penalty due to over limit.

Respected sir/madam,
I am here to tell the issue which was held by your team only. In last month April 2017 the payment was too delayed frm my side Rs.3700/-. so the same amount was being given as cash by my family member bcoz u where troubling n calling again n again but the first payment which I have done at the time 1-1.30 pm but still they where calling. Then my family member again cash it on same day but timing was 3.30 pm . So plz return my extra money I want it urgently.

Bcoz the way talk with my father that was very bad, please dont give me reason to react as same n take a further action. It means u dont have any connection with the different store in pune. so plz u will accept my kindly request as early as possible. No. 7755902436. plz Check n reply me fast.

This is for you information that i have been utilizing the SBI credit card as per my need, these are my card no.472642685435XXXX.

Payment due date is 11th in every month, You have sent me SMS that you have deducted money from auto debit but you don't deduct and filing fine which is hopeless from your side. In my account balance is sufficient. So sir please deduct as per rule not extra.

I am Amritesh kumar res SMQ 633/2 Air Force stn viman nagar pune. MH 411014.On 25 mar 2017 my order did't get placed , but payment debited fm my sbi credit card for rs 4465.23. Into 3 EMI. I have not yet received my refund. I have complained two times to cus care on this no- 18601801290 on 4th apr and today. But cus care not able ro give correct reply. I have applied for SBI Credit Card on 11th Feb, I was told that there is no additional payment other than the transaction made by me. It was also told after receiving card, in one month if I make transaction of Rs. 1000 including Rs. 499 of Annual fee then I will get same amount of rewards points. But I received card on 28th March which is more than 1 month, so I was not able to make transaction of Rs. 1000.

Again after this seeing like below :
1. 5 times "SERVICE TAX INCLUDING CESSES DR" of total Rs. 212.96
2. 2 times "FINANCE CHARGES (EXCL TAX)" of total Rs. 20.71,
3. 2 times "FEE - LATE PAYMENT (EXCL TAX)" of Rs. 900

So, you see I was not given any time to pay for annual fee and an additional cost of Rs. 1133.67 is applied which I didn't make any transaction of.

Please make this amount of Rs. 1632.67 to 0 and starting time of this card from this month with NO ADDITIONAL COST or dispatch a new card for me with NO ADDITIONAL COST. Otherwise, CLOSE this CARD ACCOUNT.

Hi Team,

Shivanagouda here.I have applied for the SBI credit card and requested to deliver within week.Since i was travelling to onsite.But they didnt delivered that week and I came to USA.But after week i got message saying your sbi card delivered.Today (08/05/2017) I got message to pay the monthly bill.Request you to please cancel the card now.I will apply for the same once i come back to India.

Please find below messages text which i got:
"Congratulations! Your SBI Card App No.2009701014941 has been approved. Card will reach you in 7 working days. You can now manage your account online at www.sbicard.com"

"Your SBI card sent via BLUE DART, Ref No EV17105672543 is undelivered. Pls call on 0120-6691909 b/w 9 am-6 pm (Mon-Sat). Pls ignore if already received"

This is injustices with all the sbi customers. You are all are forcing us to add amounts, which we really dnt have. All dont have that much of amount to keep balance in their accounts.... Better understand people. Its our money an we should have right to use as we need.. not the way u want.

Sir this is Sushil Grover having issues card no. 4317502929217024 reflecting sr. 4084 due for payment since 2005 but sir I have never been informed by d bank reg. payment if so I must have paid it on d time and obviously on that time principal amt. must be very less. now it reflects bad score in cibil records. Sir it is requested look into the matter and let me know the what to do as in your record Res. add and phone no are not matching as per cibil record.

This is to request to inform the formalities to be complied with to and for final re-payment of my due amount on my credit card as on date today i.e. 20/05/17 as against my FDR (On Hold) and same be deducted or settled from the said FDR and balance be released from any kind of 'HOLD' and be transferred in my saving banks A/c with SBI at Masjid Moth (Branch) New Delhi.

Further after re-payment I would also like to close my card with immediate effect with regards to any further transaction and may be put on 'STOP' from today onward. I am totally unsatisfied with what was informed and way i was guided by the employee or staff at the time of issuing of the same and whatever asked at the time is contrary to what was informed..not recommendable to anybody in future. Very unreliable and very pathetic kind of service and has literally robbed me off my amount with level of interest charged and not clearing it to as to why and on what basis...even non attending by the person having introduced into issuing of the same to guide against losing much amount in interest payments when it could have been made one - time. This is not expected of from a bank staff or employees and bank of such reputation and which was till date thought to be same.....sorry services.

Today at 4:00 pm i have received fake call from the number (918130665707) as the name of priya sharma and asked for my credit card details about issuing new card to me, and asked for present card number,validity and OTP. After saying they deducted 10k+10k=20k from my credit card. So kindly please recover my deductible amount.

1. Why cant I write a simple application giving my Elite card No and S B Act No to my SBI branch Mnager for linking these two and giving autopay instruction. In your laid down procedure I need a printer to download the form from forms central and then get the filled in form verified by the Branch manager.This is unnecessary complication.
2. Why do I have to get the filled in form verified by the Branch Manager before sending it to sbi cards. If the details given by me are incorrect why not just reject my request.
3. I have not received the free gift voucher for Rs 5000/.nor has the card fee of Rs 5000 debited from my account. In the meantime I have spent some amount from the credit card. If you link the elite card automatically to my SB act no it will be much easier to pay the credit card bill. At this stage when you have not debited the credit card fees from my SB act what can you do if I dont pay the small credit card bill of rs 600 or so. Will you go to the Court? I find it much easier to just not pay this small bill and forget about the elite card recieved by me instead of following the tedious procedure of linking it to my Act for autopay.
3. Why have you printed such costly brochure for the Elite card . It is like a coffeeetable artbook but serves the same purpose as a normal pamphlet would do. Instead give easier service to the customer rather than tedious procedure.
4. Have you seen this page on your website? On this page itself where it is written boldly in a box " Log in to Your account" the next sentence reads " ---if the above contact didnt helped you" My God, Does any responsible officer read the language of your website?

My credit card no 4377 4865 7700 3427. Payment was done on dated 5th through axis internet after 2days I received the call from SBI credit card department and asked for payment details and I asked I didn't received any message from SBI. "They told me you will get message" after one on 9th June 2017 again the payment was returned back to my friends account. Again he was done the payment on the same day then I received the message from SBI payment received. Then I called the tele caller through helpline number she suggested me to send the details on Sbi feedback mail.

I send you dispute form with signature with police complete(FR) but your representative phone me today +912241329800 say u paid this amount without penalty. our nashik representative come your home/office u give cross check Rs,5000/then next month 21 you pay Rs.5000/-,pl. guide in cross cheque at to i filled my name with sbi credit card no. and backside i again write name and credit card no,(card already block) and sign. this is right or wrong?
