Now i am in mumbai and activated 399 rs offer for same no. but still there is no outing calls ..calls are going on only main balance. I request to solve the problem or refund the amount. I had recharge with Rs 399 on 22/4/2017 as offer I receive on my number, but I am not getting my benefit which are unlimited call and 1gb net per day for 70 days.What the use of giving us an offer,is this sometime of blackmail.I want my benefits right now as plan given on special offer in *121#.

Hi airtel, l recharge my airtel number 8492927340 amount of 399 by sbi internet banking 23 april but recharge is not done, my sbi account balance cut 4 time. please back my money in my account.

2.Since yesterday I am unable to receive any call since all callers are not able to contact me.Always the get the engage tone stating the individual is speaking to some one.

Hi, I am Sukhvinder pal singh. I use airtel post paid no - 9818528406. I have been facing the worst circumstances being an airtel customer. My bill for previous 3 months is approx 28,500 in which I have been charged approx 3999 + 15% st. I traveled last month to Europe and U.K. I have been charged the Europe package twice. Goswami ji one of supervisor waved me this amount as it was fault at their end .
(Interaction id - 2421765825) (Dated - 23/4/17).

Now my phone has been barred and airtel bill collection centre is asking me for full amount 28,500. Please solve my case as soon as possible or else I'll move to consumer court as I am being mentally harassed .

Hi All,

I have a placed a request for MNP from Reliance Post paid to Airtel for my Mobile Number 9042071271 on 05th of Apr 2017.

I tried calling up the vendor numbers multiple times (the executives from whom i got a call about the plan and the executive who came to my place for document & Money collection) which i was not able to reach them (Rang but not picking). Hence i checked in Airtel customer care to find out the status on 10th of Airtel (I did not received any port initiation message). I was shocked about the news heard from the customer care, he said that your MNP is not been initiated in our portel.

So i Googled and found different contact # of the Airtel partner company "Zealous Services" and reached who maintains Airtel process Manager [Arun - 98940 87620] he advised to wait for an hour to check and update the status. After regular follow up with him he uploaded the document on 12-04-2017 02:05 16 PM on airtel portel.

To cross verify i walked up to Airtel Showroom in Pammal, Chennai and store manager confirmed that this is incomplete application he uploaded in portal it will not be proceeded further.

As advised by him have called up Arun (mentioned earlier as vendor manager) and asked about the pending status also store manager spoke to him and warned him for delay and he will help me up rectifying my problem.

The same day night i got a call from Suresh (96000 94598) introduced himself as the Sales Area Manager, Airtel. I have explained him my complete issue happened with Airtel partner. He replied he warned the team it was done for close to 30 to 35 customers

[they were explaining the plan which is not in the market to the customers once they go and collect the documents and money from the customers, simply they are delaying. If the customer pushes asking for the status they are simply say the plan currently unavailable still the customers are interested they will give the plan which is available in the market]

The same thing happened to me as well it seems, he said he will be calling me back next day morning 9 AM.

After he calling me, next day morning only i came to know that he is also a part of "Zealous Services".I cleared said I don't want to port my number to Airtel, So please return my documents and money. He said ok to return my both but till 25th Apr'17 i am calling him and messaging him daily basis but he is saying he will today, tomorrow till now i did not received yet.

It seems there is a big loophole and very worst experience in Airtel. This has left me no where to go. Please look into this in urgency.

I have a problem from airtel some time befor any one tell me my sumsung a3 set is 4g so that tomorrow I convert my airtel 3g SIM to 4g SIM. I recharge also my airtel number 8860144550 in 399rs plan but still night my plan is not working .this is a major issue for me so plzzz return my balance and also convert my 4g SIM to 3g SIM as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had recharged with 349 after receiving a message which stated that with this recharge I would be credited with 1 GB data per day for 28 days but the data pack ended by the completion of 1 GB by 3 days. I was advised by the customer care executive to attach a screenshot of the message stating the data pack but since there is no option available for the same I am unable to attach. I kindly request for a refund of the amount or to be credited with the original offer. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

1st I got wrong information to port in airtel Post paid & then I haven't got notice message that my airtel credit has started now my bill is more then 1000 if I would get message when my package has completed & credit bill has started so I would recharge of rs 349rs because I haven't got notice message now bill is more then 1000 is this my fault & this is 1st time I'm experiencing with airtel postpaid I don't even know about this credit & I GOT WRONG INFORMATION FROM AIRTEL CALLER, HELP ME SOON.

In this offer all india call free and daily 1GB 3G-4G data free for 70 days. i have recharge this 399 Rs offer done but this benefit was not give me 70 days its give me only 13days. so please give me full benefit of this offer.

Dear Airtel ,

I wish to draw your kind attention that on 12th April i recharged my said number... 8569962895 for Rs.349.00 from my paytm wallet . The benefit of this plan was free unlimited local and STD calls along with 50 Mb data for 28 days.

At the time of recharge my balance was 122.44 . But my outgoing calls were stoped just 27th April itself ( only 15 days). Now my question is where are those 28 days as per committed plan from your self ? On 27th again i have to get recharge for Rs.500.00 . I feel cheated and lost trust in your online plans. Could you please clerify on this issue ?

Hi Airtel,

It has been more than 9 years now since I am onboard India’s largest network. The connectivity had always been great until last year. There were call drops, high call rates, higher data rates. But as a supporter and follower of Airtel, never had a thought of switching to any other network even though MNP is a perfect option wherein I was lured with great offers and extra benefits from other operators.

Since the arrival of JIO, there has been a data war. Many many people around me either switched to JIO from Airtel or were using JIO as main sim card and Airtel as secondary. I as a loyal fan of Airtel did not let my swag go away of it and continued just with Airtel with still hearing people calling me nuts for not opting the FREE and cheaper JIO.

But it feels so so low when I see offers pouring in from Airtel only for 4G customers. What wrong has the 3G customers done? Aren’t they your esteemed customers (as always projected). Why the bias?. Yes you are supporting all to be on latest technology but that isn’t always the scenario. A huge No. of Airtel customers are still on 3G compared to 4G. Everyone can’t afford a 4G phone, or they still love their 3G phone or there might be “n” number of reasons to go by. You need to take care of all your children, not just the one who earn more money.

A big request is to maintain your status, your hold on the networking filed by considering all customers and having the same benefits announced for all sector people, 2G, 3G or 4G.

Give fake information of all customer because the plane of 153 2g data given by the company in 28 days 10gb but 600kb data use in 3g network. Next 2g data not work in 3g network my amount of rs 300 deducted in main account so fraud play in his customer.

I recharged for Rs.345 by seeing the offer just for offer unlimited data and calls at My Airtel app. After recharging I got only 1 GB data. I have been a customer of Airtel for past 8 years. Airtel store person also recommend me to recharge for Rs.345. I recharged through My Airtel app.

I am suresh kumar from erode tamilnadu ...Am using Aircel network last 12 years, this is my no 09842893930. My friends are all refer Airtel network is so good and the monthly plans are low budget .Thats y am changed my network from aircel to airtel.Ur plans are so good. But I met so much trouble in airtel network, so many persons call to me and tell y yours no is in not reachable. And I also received the missed call sms. Also another problem plzzz activate my call forwarding options... In my no always forward calls only activated, when busy, when unreachable its not activated. I want to update when unreachable option in my no the rply from the network is (call settings error unexpected response from network). I have already complaint many time in customer service and airtel store also, but yet it is not resolved. So I request you to please solve this problem. Please look into the matter and do the needful. So I request you to upgrade my problem as early as possible. Even I called to customer support also but they are not getting proper details.
