Dear sir

I am Gurbhej Singh and my mobile no is 9464667366.I am inform you about Vodafone and idea bill plans.These companies are giving us huge benefits like 343 rupees recharge and get 1 gb internet per day and unlimited calls for 28 days. And my bill is approximately 800 Rs per month and benefits are less, so please solve my issue immediately.

In your tower range, about 15000 to 20000 peoples are using mobile phone in our location. Now a days most of the users are using smart phone for internet. In our location Jio and Idia has providing 4G service, in which Airtel proving 2G. For that reason maximum users are converted to other network from Airtel. Kindly upgrade the tower capacity from 2G to 4G. It may be develop your business in our location.

Hii, i am airtel user. live in bhopal. On my location, the feasibility of your providing speed is upgrade from 2mbps to 16mbps. But in your customer care record, it's not to be update. When i ask them to upgrade my current plan [i.e. Rs 799 with 4mpbs - 15GB data for (5+1 months) ] to new one. they told me that in their record, no updation is held. So i request you to please update the recent position of the connectivity in my location.. My location is Rohit Nagar Ph-1, Bawadiya kalan Near Bisoniya Hospital, Bhopal [462039] .

Hi i am using airtel's new 28 days 4G internet services plan of 345 rupees recharge offer since 15th of march 2017. Here find that airtel company is cheating with customers because after the recharge of 345 rupees i am not able to use my data even for 2 days. i had registered my complaint so many time but i dont get any solution regarding my problem. Since these 14 days i am just wasting my time to connect with the customer care services and after connecting what i got is no solution. When i ask them to refund my money then they told me that company is not refunding any money and when i gone to the airtel service center office then they again told me that we cant do anything and again assured me to solve my problem and still i am not able to connect my plan.

Being a customer i would say that airtel company is very bad in services. This time i am definitely going to the consumer court regarding my problem if my problem not solve soon with 20 days refund of my money.

I have already given a request for disconnection of above mentioned phone line on 24th march 2017, you are requested to do the same ,for your ready reference all dues has been cleared and paid. I am having a terrible time getting calls everyday regarding this disconnection and i am literally fed up giving answers again and again.

I got a call from airtel regarding portable hotspot form Altamash [9967035944] who said that there is a free demo from their side for scheme of 2899 and Rubal [998725837] would be coming at your place for the demo. Rubal visited our place and told us that we would be getting 4 months internet on our no. 773899237 and hotspot device for Rs 2899. As soon as 4 months will be over the net will of turned off on its own and then we need to recharge it by whatever amount we want to. Paid by check on the name of airtel. As the net speed was not that good as shown by him on the day of purchase, in 2 months we opted to our own phone internet and then opted to Jio.

In between all this we tried calling both the people, but the calls were unanswered and later it was not reachable, unable to connect, switched off, etc. to cut the connection as it was of no use. Now sometime back we are continuously getting calls from airtel to pay the bill. So we enquired from gallery and then we came to know we were cheated. So we have provided all the necessary documents to them to disconnect the no as we haven't used it and was not given proper information.

Applied for conversion of prepaid to post paid connection on 31/3/17 and deposited activation charges. But till now no official has bothered to verify the details and start the service. Seems India's fastest network has become slow this time.

Yesterday i have online payment of monthly rs 570 on my I mobile app Transaction ID SB498800. Payment is deduct from my bank account but message is not received from you or not credit, outstanding 583.71 shown to my airtel app. My airtel no -9975593743.

Respected sir, I am having a communication shop in Coimbatore, Madukkarai area, Tamilnadu, pin 641105. Hence I asked a ec sim card date of 25/03/2017 to your airtel distributor Mr Rooban, mobile number 99944264508, Coimbatore. Till now no response, mobile is switch off. if this continuous you can loose

Hi, on 3rd april i approached airtel (Mr. venkat,ph. no. 9900592651)for my broadband connection. I paid Rs 2585/- as three months advance payment so that i dont have to pay for router. Mr. venkat committed the connection will be done on the same day. now we are standing on 7th april and yet i have to follow up for the connection. so i had to call customer care for refund and it was amazing to know my account havent been created. CAF NO:- RTBLR7310934. My contact no is :- 9986076761. Request you people get my connection done by tomorrow i.e. 8th april or refund my money.

As i have putted request to Airtel gallery at bandra west for my number (9702374797) port from airtel postpaid to prepaid and i have completed all process and then give me one blank sim also.

After that i received call from your customer care on 8 April 2017, and she has given me one plan details of Rs: 349 and the plan is Unlimited local & STD calling, 100 Daily SMS & 1gb 3G/4G daily internet, so i have decided to keep my airtel no in postpaid and she has deactivated my request and Rs. 349 plan has activated.

But while i checking my plan details it showed as unlimited local & st calling, 1 gb 3g/4g data only. Not showing 100 daily sms & 1 gb daily 3g/4g data.

So i request you to upgrade my plas as early as possible. Even i called to customer support also but they are not getting proper details.

looking forward for your positive reply, other wise i will do complaint against it to police station or customer court regarding victimized to customer.

This complaint is regarding the conversation with your team yesterday, i want you to disconnect the wifi from my no. as they are saying that you are the old costumer , so this no. is old we also have to disconnect the landline as well but my concern is that i want you to disconnect only my wifi not my landline.

please revert as soon as it will be possible..
