I have got a above mentioned card which is valid upto March 2020. I have informed SBI Cardcall centre several times that I am not interested in retaining the card as I have retired from service and can not afford it. I requested them to issue a cheaper card. Call centre is not taking any decision. They are harassing me with calls to pay up Rs. 6000 for renewal which I can't afford. Please help me to surrender the card.

My SBI credit card no is5241828204430120.In the month of October-2016 I received fake calls stating that call from SBI and found after the call my card has been misused by the same persons. The amount used as mentioned below.

Rs.6000/Rs.8000/- & Rs.8000/- Totally Rs.22000/-

I have been paying all the credit amount which were spent directly by me. As I got more feedback of genuine in SBI card I took this card.Please share the clarification for this.I have also shared a mail on this to feedback @sbicard.com.

Hi Team,

My name is Amit kumar from Agra,I am your customer of your SBI FBB visa platinum card number - 420739906906****.

Team,My December minimum amount was which i have to pay Rs. 3869 and last date is 6th Jan 2017, due to non registration my internet banking and Saturday/Sunday i was unable to submit the amount timely ,But i received the call from the bank on 9th Jan that they will collect the minimum amount by cheque of Rs.3869 from my official address and there will be no any late payment fee for the same, as i was already paid the amount in same thread.

After that Executive came on 12th Jan at my Official Address that time i again asked for my late payment charges Executive replied no any Late payment charges will be added in your next bill, attaching the receipt for your reference which i paid through cheque on 12th Jan 2017.

On 18th Jan i received a call again from the bank that my cheque has been dis owner-ed by some reason and your minimum amount is Rs.8004 (included the bill of Jan 2017) I was shocked and upset and said to Team that why did you not updated me earlier and i was not able to paid Rs. 8004 at that time and request to phone caller at present i am giving Rs.4000 and rest of amount will be pay before 6th Feb 2017, Caller was ok and arranged a executive to pick the cash of Rs. 4000 from my official Address.

And now my minimum due amount is Rs.10234 that means there is my late payment Fee has been added in my Jan 2017 bill.

Request to please correct my Bill of January 2017, I am able to paid Rs. 4008 which the Team has committed me earlier.

recently I applied for a axis credit card. The same is declined quoting the reason cibil rating is very less. When I checked my cibil report it is observed that a credit bearing number 4317 5756 0934 3935 is on my name showing a balance from long time. It is surprised to bring to your notice that the card which is showing balance is not related to me at all. Due to this mistake my housing loan also declained. you are requested to give me the feedback about this immediately so that I can avail my housing loan and my cibil rating will be improved. Also you are requested to instruct the cibil authorities to remove the subject card details from the cibil report.

Respected Official, I swiped my credit card on 12.02.2017 at Lifestyle, Rohini, Delhi of amt 900/- but after few minutes I purchased some other goods, but credit card could not swiped and it showed error again and again, while it is working on ATMs and withdrawing amount from the the ATMs. Sir/Madam kindly look into the matter and provide a better service for smooth use of card.

Pls. cancel my credit card, I have not used the credit card at all, made me to pay Rs. 5478. and cheated me with Rs.8099. deducted from my Debit card saying that you have rewarded paytm points of 8099. you will be receiving gifts worth the above amount. so far i have not received anything. NO RESPONSE from the concerned people, they given a contact no. it will be switched off or not received.

From last 2 years I'm using SBI Credit Card. For all the payments done by the card, my account for auto debit was given. Now, my bank, due to some internal technical reasons, have so moto changed many of account numbers. My account no. is also been changed. At the time when sbi card team attempted for auto debit, it was observed that my previous account, which was given for auto debit, is no more existing.

Now my question is why should i pay the delayed amounts. Neither account has been changed, nor account holder and not even bank or bank branch has been changed. Only account number has been changed & that is also done due to some technical reason in the bank.

Due to this, the charges which you are imposing on me for late fee, i won't be paying that amount.
Also, you should have notify me on the same day that the amount can not been debited due to this reason. I would have done the payment on the same day. You are notifying me after 7 days for which, I'm not liable to pay for these 7 days. Kindly deduct the late fee amount from my next due payment.

Hi sir/madam, according to spk with customer care regarding my statement of january 2017 my minimum amount Rs. 938 ihave to pay, last due date was 12thfeb 2017. I made a chque amount rs1000/- in favour of sbicard a/c dated 03/02/2017 which was passed on 07/02/2017 means before your due date payment.than in my passbook show sbi card pamac norm.with cheque no 062786 amount rs 1000/- and when i recevied new statement on febuary 2017. In that no recevied any payment and charge me late payment charge Rs.750.so i talk to customercare regarding same and complain ref no.118282221 now customer care person ask for bank certificate and passbook copy of statement as proof so iam attaching with this email please verify and sovle my problem. thank you.

Bill due of Rs. 9191/- for the M/o Feb was paid by me through mobile banking on 21st Feb. 2017 , due to some technical problem at bank side, two times the payment had been debited from saving account for Rs. 18382/-. Reference number of transaction is FB00105741 & FB00105734.

I spoke to your customer care person regarding confirmation of my payments. He had not received any payment till the time I was enquiring for my payments. As soon as I knew that payment had not received so far i immediately paid it on same day on 1st of March 2017.reference no. of transaction is FB00108863.

So you are requested to avoid late fees charges next belling cycle which for the M/o March.

Dear sir,
I am having sbi card from long time. From last 4 months i tried to make all my payment through my sbi card as per our honorable P M,S call. I delayed my payment just for 3 (three) days amount int to Rs. 16000/- . Just after 3 days i paid all 16000/- through net banking. But you have charged a delay fee of Rs. 2000/- for 3 days ie more then 45% . S C PANDEY.

Dear sir, I' am maintaining a saving account (Defense Salary account) in SBI bank bearing account number 20278764765 and also I am the holder of SBI credit card number 4006 6765 3476 7317 (name in card is BS Jayachandran). the registered mobile number in the card ie. 9930571716 is not being used by me at present. Hence I am not receiving any SMS or OTP while carrying out any transaction. A few weeks back i got a call regarding my credit card from and unknown number dated 14th february 2017. He mentioned that my credit card won't work any further and in order to renew your card you'll need to pay Rs. 1999. He then asked for my Credit card number and even my date of birth, an OTP was sent to my mobile number and he further asked for it. Later 3 transactions were made from my card, i.e., Rs. 5000 twice from Paytm for the next amount, i.e., Rs. 4000 i as asked for the OTP from OXIGENWALLET.com. In all i was frauded for the total amount of Rs. 14,000. The Mobile number from which he called was registered under the name of Axis Bank Credit Card and the mobile number was +918744929457. Ever since then the mobile is switched off.

I have applied for SBI card subject to pay Annual fee Rs. 500+.... .But at the time of delivering the SBI card, I had received a call from SBI Card Office that I have to pay Annual fee Rs. 1999.This is nothing but cheating the customer.Based on this, I have rejected card with undelivered and returned but I am receiving messages to pay total amount due of Rs. 1036 or min. amount of Rs.535. I request you to cancel my SBI card and stop sending messages. I will not pay any amount since I am not possessing your SBI card.THis is for your information and necessary action please.
