It is observed that very frequent Airtel tower is not available or showing feeble tower.even at my residence also tower is not available at all places. As a result incoming and outgoing contacts are distributed. Request to take remedial action. I have Lenovo 6000 set with 4G facility.

I recharged my Airtel mobile number 9872999579 (punjab number) for rs 349 which specified unlimited balance for 28 days. But now the recharge didn't work because they say that as i am currently in Noida so it won't work as i am in roaming zone. This information of the recharge not working in a roaming zone was not clearly mentioned or specified on the airtel site which i had seen before getting the recharge done. Please suggest a proper remedy of a refund or getting the recharge worked on my number.

I would like to know why I am being charged so much on my post paid no 8491046539..as the recent bill being generated against my phone no. is showing huge amount due which is I guess in excess to my usage. so I want the issue to be solved as early as possible. coz every now and then my services are being barred due to which I am facing a lot of incovenience.

I request customer service to deactivate my no. 05224958642. last month i already given request to in your airtel show room to deactivate the sim and paid full amount. I am not using internet connection but my bill id increasing every month.

Since I'm using landline connection from past few years, I receive my bill after the due date, and I find my bill on the road, your executive doesn't respond to me, do not talk Properly they use a informal way of speaking, and I get late fee every month, I had cleared a sum of amount in the off Oct - Nov 2015of rupees 919 they had told me that it will b cleared n hence forth I'll not get this problem again but the balance was carried forward in the next bill and when with the extra +late fee was included in it and now I have stopped paying my bill amount for this reason

I m not able to use day data. 512mb day data cant use. only able to use night data. plzzz solve this problem as soon as possible.

Customer care give me wrong information that you will get 14 gb data, per day 500 mb for 3g and 4g. Now they were asking me it is valid only on 4g so i want that you give my net back that works on 3g. Otherwise i will not believe in Airtel company as more as thanks.

I haven't used my airmen sim from 3 months but every month I used to recharge in order to keep my sim active..now I lost the sim can I get another with same number? 9611137203 this was the sim I was using. plz contact me ASAP if anyone have answer.

My number is 8528164709. i have no benefit of this pack when, i receive this message then i have done 149 recharge with airtel payment bank, what i get 2 gb only. please solve my problem and i get information about it from your customer execute. he told me that you can recharge of 149 and you get 14 gb. what i have only 2 gb i have sent screen shot to you.

Airtel no- 9818292700, I am recharge with 91 rs. on 12.03.2017 ( 12.13pm) 1 gb data and 5 days validity and as per airtel policy if consumer recharge within validity period then his or her previous balance are carry forward but now as per airtel denied for carry forward previous balance, ref -CBNRD20312129723 AND NOW READY TO PORT NO -AR173676.

My cell no.9797855957 got an SMS from Airtel to download myairtel app and get free 3g data. But after downloading the app it shows there that ,you have already availed the offer. Kindly look into the matter. Moreover when I contacted the customer service the told me to upload the screen shot of the message send by them but, here is no option available for uploading an image.

Hi ,

This is in reference to Broadband request done around in early weeks of Februaury 2017. I would like to get my request reverted ASAP due to poor management & services by the center.

Below are the issues I encountered after registering for BroadBand.

​It was a ASAP requested and while registering they assure me connection within 48 hours, however it was all fake commitments to trap me.

When I follow-up twice and thrice they said they are busy and my request is in queue. After two weeks when again I followed, then I get reply that my previous bills are pending and I need to clear them first. OK fine I did that and again asked them final date for connection. It was commited that service boy will come within 48 hours. But as usual your unprofessional staff again disappointed me.

Finally I asked them to revert my request on 6th March 2017, and pay me back my installation fees. they said to collect on 14 th March 2017. Finally now I come to know that they will not pay me back money and they have registered request for Broadband connection now I have to go through the procedures. Highly rude staff, not at all decent. What the HELL.........

I don't understand how could you hire such an unprofessional, mismanaged and poor service providing staff . Don't you value your Repo in market.

Please let me know when you people will pay me back my money.

Looking forward for some professional and decent behaviour by Airtel team.

But still i am getting calls from your side regarding bill payment. moreover a guy from your side of legal department is threatening for legal actions against me and also the airtel office here in amravati is not cooperating and guiding properly. so I request you to please take necessary actions as soon as possible.
