My plan now is 550, My mobile no is 9971182711. I want discount on this plan, I am with Airtel since 8 years.

I am using your network from fifteen years. today India using a 4g network all over. My airtel postpaid number is 9622925816, monthly bill plan is 199. i can't pay my monthly bill, So I want 99 bill plan monthly.

have recharged for Rs 2607/- on 18-APR-2016 for 12 months pack. From 18-OCT-2016 the TV was repair and today only the panel has changed. When the TV is on the Airtel dth shows no signal. I made a call to the customer care but nobody picked the receiver only recorded HINDI VOICE played. My Customer ID:3015538015 A/C balance shows Rs.1.25,validity 13-APR 2017. I was shocked. The Toll free number is not working. Kindly do the needful. With regards. Cell No:9445641025 (registered).

i am user with number 852759987, on every bill cycle i m facing issue regarding auto activation of services, now also i, ve got charged for some unnecessary service of games, which i got to know through airtel service staff and they were denying for waiver for this. so plzz help me out regarding thos issue. Everything was done ,your field executive did not come to my address and sent a negative report. Point of sale (dsa) person are not bothering to pick my call, why you people call and collect documents, if your executives and stack holders are not willing to serve properly.

Hi there,

I recently purchased a new connection from you - Airtel - A person name Deepak visited my home.

I raised an online request to buy a connection. I got a call from Airtel and then with the discussion held with the person from Airtel I was asked to provide my Voter Id card (which is from another state Uttaranchal) and one reference from local area - a phone number - .

The person came to my home on Jan 08, 2017, he collected the ID and a photograph. The number was bought on my mother's name. He delivered me a sim and I paid him cash RS. 250. Attached is the slip for your review.

Unfortunately the guy who visited my home delivered me the wrong sim. The person name is Deepak. After a week a new sim was delivered to me and it got activated. This was the major inconvenience held. Anyways, then I got a call from Airtel that they will be visit my home for verification I just got call but nobody visited my home for verification. And after two days I got a message from Airtel that your verification is failed so the number's outgoing calls will be barred (how can verification can be failed if nobody visits my home) and today morning the outgoing calls was barred. I am not able to make calls now. When I spoke to customer care executive on 198, they assisted me to visit the store with new id, however I would like to bring in your kind notice that the number is purchased on my mother's name, since she is old and I cannot take her to the store this was the reason I requested the number online. So, it will not be feasible for me to take her to any store now.

I want an appropriate solution to my problem, please try to resolve it asap. Else please close my number and refund the money.

Yesterday I faced a balance deduction of Rs 78 something . In the morning i called up your coustmer care and talked to your executive . They said that you have used internet without a data plan so your main balance was deducted . I told them that I didn't use internet yesterday . My phone is showing 10.93 kb data usage from 13-20 january . The mobile data usage for my airtel sim is showing 10.93 kb and your executive were saying that I used about 10 mb of data at night . At that time i was asleep and the phone has a number lock so no one else can use it. Can you please me this situation for my balance deduction !

As per government's directive, the documents for your airtel mobile 9910722107 have been found not okay. your services will be disconnected on 15 jan-17. post disconnection, you may visit nearest airtel outlet with fresh set of documents to avail the same number.

Dear Sir/Mam, I m facing the network issue on my AIRTEL mobile no # 9911899489 from last 4 months . I am continuously calling your cce from last 3 months , every time they said we take the complain and try to solve in three days but still i m facing the same problem.

Even i updated my alternate no to the cce team many times but most of the time they did not mention it. If your team is not be able to solve the problem in 90 days , how could be it possible in just 3 days , that they told me. Even 2 times i changed my phone and also have 2 times new AIRTEL SIM, but the problem is as it is. My alternate no # 0124-4277695.

If the customer is not be able to use your service then what kind of open network you have, i don't know ,
So i request you to please solve the problem at priority basis.

Hi, Iam using the Mobile No-9952418614 and paid Rs 299/- on dated 13.12.2016. According to the Company plan I can call unlimited to any phone with 4G data pack. But I have not given the facility by Company and time to time passed alert to me for low balance of data and talk time whereas the validity of plan is up to 10.2.2017. I am also using the mobile no-9952418034 for which I have paid Rs 347/-for unlimited talk time and 2G data. But that facility is stopped by the service provider before the expiry date. The above two numbers are purchased and using by me in same time and date. I had also provided my same ID proof for the two numbers. But the number-9952418034 is not registered in my name and is registered with the name of Yuvraj whom I do not know at all. Please solve my problem immediately.

hi, my recharge has not activated still. phon number is 9781814511 . i belong to gurdaspur .my sim card was recharged in 2jan-01-2017 3G data plan in 147 rupees. but only 2G data is running. please activate 3G DATA PLAN.

I am a airtel user from the past 2 years. Currently my plan is 299 CUG platinum. Every month i will get 600 local mins, 400 sms and 1 GB data. It would great helpful if you could increase my local mins from 600 to 1000 mins. Please don't suggest me to change the plan I don't want to change my plan. I want to increase only my local mins. If that does not work then let me know i will switch it to some other networks. Please look into this issue and provide me the solution as soon as possible. I have just seen a offer on my airtel app..the offer was..

Offers only for you..GET UNLIMITED LOCAL +STDIO CALL AND FREE NET.ON JUST 346... Recharge now.

I saw this and recharged with rs ..346..But I didn't got free net... I just got 1gb data. When I call to the customer care no.. then they just said we can't do anything... they told me there will be written T&C applied...but I saw nothing was written like this.

I am asking why. I should get the offers.. if not I want my money to be credited to my airtel money app
Because I am getting offers where on the recharge of 297 I will get local +stdio call free and 4 gb data .. for 28 days... I can also give you the pic of that offer on 346. Please resolve my issue.
