I sent message on 07.05.2016 on your mob no. 9212500888 and I got a call from you on no. +914430811000 and I requested to cancel my credit card No.472642689779**** and reversal of amount of Rs.802/- shown as outstanding against above said card no. I was assured by then madam to cancel my card and reversal amount of Rs.802/-upto 16th May, 2016 but no action taken and outstanding due i.e. Rs.3667/- has been shown against me. Even lapse of more then 6 month my above card has not been cancelled. Kindly cancel my card and reverse amount of Rs.3667/-under intimation to me.

I want to keep few lines about favour of me that the due to some domestic problem I was unable to payment your outstanding amount of Rs1380/- on 14/09/16,paid on 17/09/16 & Rs1022/-on 14/10/16 and paid on 20/10/16/ against my above credit card account and late fine deducted in my account total deducted of Rs approx. 821/- .

I have complaint regarding:-
i. We could never be able to contact SBI CARD representative over the customer care number. It is auto computerized system of recording the complaints/queries and actual issue could not be discussed.
ii. There is no system of lodging queries/complaint after log-in SBI Card site through our registered ID and password.
iii. Fake calls are often coming offering number of offers. People are some times confused and fall into their grip and are cheated.
iv. Transaction through CARDs are being digitally done , hence if any thing goes wrong people should
be able approach their representative for getting their queries immediately resolved.
v. kindly arrange to provide direct contact of representative.
ii. The scheme of my card has been changed without my concurrence.

1. I have been charged Rs 281.50 against my bill of Rs 270.00 at petrol pump though I suppose to get discount of 0.75%.
2. Although I made a purchase of Rs 5000 within 15 days but still SBI made me to pay as card maint charges of Rs 574 vide paynet DR Card paymt 000000HSM24930185395.
3. I have been told that I have to pay the bill within 60 days but in monthly statement i have been given only 31 days time.
4. I have also been awarded with reward points of 2184 but no discount given in the bill.
5. Pl reply my query otherwise I am going to surrender the credit card immediately.

I am Rakesh Singh. When I was filling form for credit card that time I also fill form of auto debit from my account. So I was free mind for deposit amount on due date. Today I had meet to your assistance, she told me that your auto debit is not activated. Therefore you will be paid total outstanding amount with delay charges. So I can't understand that where is my fault and why I will pay extra charges. Although today I paid previous generated Bill.

My application number for credit card is 1934501004273 applied on 14th.December2016. Rejected as I have not fulfill the criteria. I am a Practicing Chartered Accountant. My Yearly income as per tax return is more than 5 Lakhs. I have PPF of Rs.20Lakh and Senior citizen Deposit of Rs. 10 lakhs at SBI. I could not understand the required criteria for issuing a credit card. More than 5 times phone call was made for issuing a credit card only to reject the application. I will be grateful if you kindly intimate about the criteria which I could not fulfill.

I have taken a sbi credit card after a demonstration by a sbi credit card service guy. At FBB. He just explained a little more good of it's features.so I apply for it but I got after 3 months. And there was a message of 1633 rupees to be deposited. What the.......? I've not yet received the credit card yet.i sent a mail. No reply. Then after few days I received the credit card. I found that rupees 1633 was imposed as annual fee of 598 and 1000 something as late fees. I request customer care services to close my account. They told that you have to pay the fee before closing. Ok I paid the fees. I thought that it was my fault. I once used the credit card in emergency but faced imbacement. I thought to close it. I wasted a full day calling customers care services on 16 January 17. They many times disconnected my call, gave many excuses. Wasted around rupees 150 of my mobile balance. You can also recheck my saved voice calls. After many request I got successful in closing it.

After paying money for the service that sbi credit card never gave to me. Don't get fooled by sbi credit card service , I will try to communicate this with friends and family and colleagues.

Dear Sir, I have been charged TWICE for Air Ticket booked by Air India in the statement of Dec 2016. This is clear as the amount of Rs 35500 has been debited twice on the same date at nearly same time in the same flight for the same person, which is clearly duplication. In spite of request to adjust the wrong debit, this is still being included in the statement of January also as outstanding. Pl do the needful, or else I will have to take a different course. Nothing has happened even after leaving a feedback mail. Customer care No regularly shows not reachable because of being busy. I hope you will respond. Thanks.
