My mobile no.9849043154 has been disconnected. The reason given is nonpayment of overdue amt.of Rs 500/-. I submit that against your Sept. Bill I have paid an excess amt. of Rs 125/-in Oct,which has been reflected in your Oct bill due on 15-11-2016. Your current bill says that an amount of only Rs375-67 is due & is to be paid before 15-11-2016. Therefore I do not understand why my phone has been disconnected today, the first working day this week after Diwali. Kindly restore the connection immly.

You have shown a balance of Rs 2078/- , bill amt of last month Sep 2016 ,yet to be paid by me . This amt has been paid by me vide cheque No . 050713 dt 11 Oct 2016 , PNB , AND DEBITED FM MY ACCT on 17/10/2016 . This is NOT the first time it has happened . Earlier also you double charged me and also charged late fees and on realizing your fault you never refunded the late fee charges .
Would you be kind enough to resolve this at the earliest .

Am using one of the poor network in India (airtel). you know how many times i registered my complaint in airtel through calling customer care service still i dont get any feedback. my complaint is about your data service... here we dont get your 3g service properly.. even 2g also... and if you are not able to solve our problems... we will going to change this bloody network.

I have recharge for 500 sms tomorrow and also today but not recharged .I spend 98 rupees for sms plan but not done.msg will came same both time 80 minute local for 7 days.

I also send msg RCV 49 to 51619 then msg will came by recharge 49 you have received for 500 msg. I have loss my money both time recharge 49+49= 98 but no recharge 500+500 msg.please see the problem. I want msg recharge.

It's been more than a decade using this Airtel no. But in recent years I have been facing a lot of problems because of this network. My prepaid no. Is 9831100145 and I am willing to convert it into postpaid but I am holding myself back only because of the network problem. I live in Kestopur, my office is in Park Street and factory in raja Bazar. Each time I receive call, I literally have to walk out of my house, office or factory in order to get network so that proper communication is possible. This is ridiculous, inspite of complaining regarding this problem nothing has been done, no steps have been taken to improve this network. Kindly have a look at this matter.

Actually i recharged my 8968241140 by my airtel app and the recharge didnt occured but my account balance was deducted due to online transcation.... Later on after contacting customer service about my online transcation request, i recharged with paytm and after that i got both my recharge within a difference of few minutes... Kindly credit back 194 rs of my recharge.

1. I am using airtel mobile no. 9906120075 from last four years and two days back my phone was bard. I went to the airtel counter in delhi and they said that it is bard due to pending bill from last two months which was 4700 and there was the issue regarding it as i got a call from some of airtel employee and i discussed the problem i had with the bill so she told me that 500 amount has been deducted as a waver but no waver was given and i had requested them to send the waver so that i can make the bill payment.

2. Now all of a sudden without any prior information my phone ws bard and even incoming was bard due to which i am facing many problems.

3. I had made the complaint on airtel website with ref no. PO110800096 and i got a mail from airtel that some action will be taken with in 2 hours but i did not recieved any call from any of the airtel employee after giving my alternate no. also.

4. This kind of behaviour is not expected from airtel that too with an old customer.

5. I am an Army Officer and due to bard of my no. i have faced many problems due to which i am writing you this.

6. I have paid the amount of 4200 via freecharge.in but still the services are bard.

7. I request you to please make my phone no. servicable and Port my no. ASAP. otherwise i have to make complaint in consumer court and parallel to this circulate this mail to all via social media.

I took a new 4G router connection which is 7410017131 this I took by paying 3000 rupees and during home address verification the when person came for the first time I had not left my Photo ID at home. Then they said we will call you before coming. The person didi not call me when he visited second time and he came when no one was at home then got a message that verification failed. I received call from customer care ,they asked me do you want our person to revisit and assured me he will come after calling you. I told them the suitable time also but till now no one came and my 4G connection is disconnected. Please arrange for re-verification and immediately start my connection as I have a pathology lab where connection is mandatory for reports. my alternate number is 9890672605

I'm facing this weak 4G/3G for months still continue. Phones are okay, only in this particular area the network plus internet is very weak and no steps were taken to fix the problem. Please anyone help.

Phone purches before 15 days every day problem to created .at first problem cpu per hour over heating as a warning to phone disply. second problem network very poor network.dont connect any calls. every time. third problem very serious phone is dead. no performance any condition. it is hardly request of gm plz change my phone.

I want set a name tone ( Hello tone) Named (Adcocate Harpreet Sharma) on my Mob no. 98159-90890 in hindi or Punjabi. Ur Executive Say to me we can fix in Hindi or English. I reply to him fix in hindi only. but ur executive fix my name tone in english. Then after i call to ur executive again and again but they are refusing me to change my name tone in hindi and says a send SMS Like NT HIN Advocate Harpreet Sharma on 54321. I Sending the SMS Again and again but my NT not change yet in Hindi or Punjabi.

Respected Sir I live in punjab and my client cannot understand my English NT because they are mostly from rural Area. They are listen my tone when they calling me and they thought that I am out of reach or switch of my Mob. Kindly change my NT in Hindi or punjabi only plz the Name on ADVOCATE HARPREET SHARMA.

Airtel customer service is a worst service among all networks. Since i am trying to call customer executive from 3 months. But thrz no response from them. I ll surely disconnect airtel connection.

Hello, i always get lower speed on my connection its never more than 4mbps. every time i complain i dont get the problem solved. I dont feel like paying full amount due to this as i have not got the correct service .phone number 80182405560.
