I m using Land line connection no 47068706 and paid full and final payments up to 30-08-2016 as per settlement. This was agreed by your executive and given the receipts for clearance of dues till 30-08-2016.
but we have noticed that bill for the previous month is raised again . Now you are requested to waive this bill.

I am B.Lalu prasad recently one month back I had Airtel new connection broadband No-70296 03741. At that time of connection they gave me a package of 8 mbps plan. From that time I am having only 2 Mbps. When I call to customer care they told that you only get 2Mbps. But I paid for 8 Mbps plan. Please assure that I will get 8 Mbps as soon as possible.

hi, I'm vikram. actually I'm facing 3Gdata network issue from past 3 month of my area. so I will complaint some more times...but I didn't get any resolution from Airtel side... even you are executive is also not taking any cost query responses. last time I will talk about network problem there S a no clear response. so now I'm totally disappointed ur network and not Even gvn resolution clear also.. lastime just talking one executive he's name of vishwa he's nt gvn cmplt resolution for my qury. so I will change my network fr Vodafone or idea...sry for the inconvenience.

My Airtel new sim no. 8128418242. From 13 days no network in mobile.

Airtel team please help me.

My Airtel Landline No. 0422-4358027. I have opted a scheme that comes below 800/- per month. But Airtel simply changing their plan with they likes. and every month the payment get increased double (1499) and future will be triple (This month bill 1594) I think.
It is my request any changes on my plan, Airtel should get a written permission from the customers to migrate the plan.

Hence you are here by requested to adjust the payment which you collected extra already and intimate me immediately for my further action.

Please send your representative if any special scheme to opt good package.

I have got air tel WiFi connection with tariff plan is of Rs 799/- per month. Bill was sent for Rs 1034/- for the month of Sep 2016 which appear to be incorrect as last month also the bill was similarly excess and when objection lodged it was corrected. Now again the bill sent in the same line how the plan of Rs 799/- the amount shall accrue to Rs 1034/- not understood. the same may be corrected to enable the subscriber to deposit the correct amount.

I have requested you to give a new broadband connection with fixed landline service under Rs.999/- plan plus landline @ Rs.99/- per month. However, the welcome letter I received today states that my connection was under Rs.615/- plan and applicable charges for landline. When I called up your 121 service I was informed that it was not feasible in my area for 999/- plan and hence I was given 615/- plan and also Rs.99/- landline was not activated. He said he is activating it then. I fail to understand how such a grave mistake can be done by a reputed company like yours without informing the prospective customer. I expect now that the landline under 99/- p.m. would be made applicable from the date of installation and also change it to 999/- plan as the 8 mbps 60gb donot serve any purpose for me. I had deliberately changed it from the earlier service provider to you as your charges are bit lesser under 999/- plan. What you have done amounts to nothing but cheating as I was clearly told at the time of installation that it was under 999/- plan. Please rectify your mistake at the earliest to serve my purpose. chalapathi rao

For last two month, my email id has been chaanged by some one in your deptt. I have not received my ebill by mail for last two month. The ebill sent by you on the wrong email id as mentioned below:- surender@paswa.com. My correct email id is- surender@pahwa.com. Today i have speak with customer care service and after a long discussion he advised me that he has corrected my email id. But still i have not received my mobile bill on my corrected email addess - surender @pawha.com. If you are unable to send me the bill by mail, then i will not paid my bill of this month and further onward i will discontinue this mobile no.

We got new connection from your network and the number is 428057 but we asked for 427860. You promised us that you will change the number after some days but till now you dint change the number. It is my humble request that our VILLAGE is in far flung area and there is need of airtel tower having more than 300 families suffering from network coverage. we provide u to piece of land at the top having good location which covers almost whole VILLAGE. pls provide a airtel tower in our VILLAGE.

I dont get network at my home and near my area....i have my 1999rs plan but hardly i get to use any and i end up getting big bill which i dont feel i should pay.

To whoever it may concern,

Sir I lives in Rani Sati Nagar Jaipur, Rajasthan Pin Code 302019 and the network here is always very low and there is a lot of call failure. Your open network website show excellent network coverage here but in reality its not so excellent. so kindly try to resolve this network problem. I can't upload pic here otherwise I will have uploaded pic of my network coverage sticks which are never above 3 out of five and my apps which shows low signal.

I have ported my sim 9448886046 from bsnl to airtel. I got airtel network on 11/10/16 morning since am not able to receive calls and messages getting an error as phone number doesn't exist.i called customer care but no response.please do help me in solving this network issue it's been 3days as of now.

I had purchased a sim no.9935641325 in 2010 and used it for four years later the sim was topup by Rs.350, all the talk time was lost with out use. I stopped using the sim. I Met one of your worker two days back, He told me to lodge complaint on this email. Please let me know how Rs 350 talk time is lost.
