I had two IPTV connections and my user ID is 012019964851. These have been disconnected wef 23 Jul 16 since i have now taken AIRTEL digital connections. You are requested to deactivate the IPTV connections with effect from 23 Jul 2016 so that i am not billed for IPTV connections. Offers for Digital connection may also please be intimated. Acknowledge.

I am Saritha living in chennai. We have got a landline and broadband connection on 25th of july. The representative did not consult us whether we liked the number or not. They just installed the connection, but we are not happy with the phone number which is 49509078. We spoke to the representative by phone who spoke very rudely and also the customer care staff was not co-operative at all. I would like a change of phone number immediately or the representative can come and take their device and get the connection disconnected.

My Post paid Mob. No. is 9102409300. My No. has stopped functioning since 26.07.2016. No outgoing, incoming call /Messaging is taking place. There is no outstanding dues. Only message I have received from Airtel that I have consumed my data usage limit. Is it the reason for the problem. Please make the No. active.

Our landline no 7027779332 and no 41059065 is not working and it is very difficult to contact you on tollfree no through ivr menu. If y can give any alternative mobile no without queue. we punjab and sindh bank shall continue otherwise we will quit.

I have recently purchased a pre-paid sim card from your AIRTEL showroom at Jeevan nagar, Adambakkam, near Thilai Ganga Nagar subway, Chennai 600 088, South india. My residence is also near by only. The sim number is 7550126361, location of the cell number is wrongly shown as Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Can you please change the real location of my sim to avoid future problem.

Informing you that airtel had established an airtel tower in the rural area of Daulatpur Baldeo Mathura pin-281301. and also provided the facility of generator set which must be run in the absence of electricity. but the responsible person of starting the generator set in absence of electricity does not start the generator although he claims all the diesel amount from the airtel company. this location belongs to the Rural area and in rainy season, electricity remains shut off. and Generator set is not being started for continuing to maintain the Network range. people are suffering a lot. even Data Network also are very poor. i request you to take the immediate action on it.

Last month i requested to port out from Airtel because of high rate of 3G data pack. Then from ur side suggested 142/- RC every month but it worked only for one month. Plz rectify this problem.

Ur company advertise free sim for 4G but not support 3G completely. I recharge 3G pack regularly but many of times network support show 2G or even more bad. Call network is also very bad. Sound break and not reachable is very common thing with ur network. Call rate charges are also high. Every month reduce call rate pack recharge is very funny. Kindly solve this problems otherwise I m thinking for PORTABILITY to other comp. 9810666099

I recharged my airtel with rs:144 for 1gb+1gb day and night data pack validity for 28days. But I got the same pack recharged with only 2day validity...Stupid thing happened. I checked about this offer in *121# before recharging. Even now the same offer is available...Cheating us. Need to be responded. I have screen shot.

I recharged my number by using myairtel app.. in that app shows for 25/- benefit is 100mb 3g/4g for 3 days.. now it supports only for 2g.. not support for 3g.. u r representatives also told me it is only for 2g. please resolve my problem. I have that screen shot also. I will upload. but here it is not possible.

I have purchased new prepaid (cell no 9871660189) and SIM no 077923674U on dated 21/07/2016. from your retailer M/s S.T communication, near eicher chowk ,Saran,N.I.T Faridabad Haryana. Till now this SIM are not operating. Many time I have discussed your area representative Mr. Prateek (9910339364) but there was no positive reply. Hence pls look in to the matter on priority basis.

After completing 1 month my broadband network, i asked to disconnect the net connection but they did not disconnect and I got new bill. so please disconnect.

I am using Airtel 4G Dongle-9810605378 since one year. Last month speed is not found upto the mark. Registered complain about the same twice however complain has been closed due to not picking up the call by me.

I Am not able to understand why there are two standards one if your bill is pending you will get daily one or two calls for the payment. However if you made a complain you will get one call and if not able to pick up your complain will be closed.

Not expected the same from Airtel claiming itself best.

I have already gave a complaint that in july 15 that no net connection. More over, every Saturday and sunday no connection during day time. So I gave a complaint regarding this. Even gave a surrender letter in the airtel office, but they said that since your query is open we cannot accept your letter. And they said to wait for few more days, so far no response. No reply no contact. In this situation how can you send the bill. Ill not pay because i am not getting the net connection. Nobody is ready to solve the problem. You consider this letter as surrender letter. Close my account and take away your connection. I have a very bad experience with airtel.
