Sir, my outstanding amount of Rs. 506/- has been paid todate at 1201 hrs at vizag ATM Tx no. 6592 against credit card no. 437748693495****. I request you to send a clearance certificate on my e-mail ID to produce it to SBI, for taking personal loan as Rs. 506/- is a big amount to clear my outstanding amount. This was happened unknowly and my change of address.

I had a health Insurance related to my credit card. However in spite of lapse of the health policy, the premium was still continued on my account without my consent. sir I Have cancelled my credit card last month, I Have taken it on my FD so clear my credit card balance on my FD and refund my amount soon. And I have sent adjustment letter to NEW DELHI and it is not cleared till now.

I had swiped your card for medical (hospital) purpose and the amount at the end stands 46244, which I paid the next month. But I made a mistake of Rs11/ Only instead of 46244 I wrote 46233. Hence the cheque was bounced by the bank a the movement came to know this through my bank as they charged me Rs 100/- I called your Customer care and confesed my mistake and deposited the correct amount on 22nd. I was assured by one of your C C representative that because I have rectified and not defaulted the transaction I wont be charged extra. But when I received your bill dated 2nd Jan 2015 I was STUNNED to see 3466/- as penalty charges.

Sir this is injustice done on me, as I rectified my mistake without waiting for your complaint. Sir I hope you will look into the matter ASAP as I am planning to go no trip with your card instead of carrying hard cash.

I contnusely contact you from last 2 days but unable to do so because whenever I make a call to you I got bad response.that is..... sorry I can't process your call or customer care executive is busy in another call. What rubbish continusesly I trying more then 20 times a day . Worst customer service of SBI, why even have customer support staff when they are not interested to talk. Today i had to hold the phone of the customer care for 28min.

Hi my card which I received on 25th of this month not activated though I block my previous card. Also I unable to register my SBI credit card online showing invalid details that is...wrong cvv enters. which is not possible by any means.
