We have fixed-Broadband line connection No: 044-42778952. We want to continue this connection with 6th Feb-2018 bill based Pattern (or) Option only. I request you to cancel the 6th Sep-2018 bill Pattern (or) option. I request you to do the needful and minimize the rate of the monthly demand amount.

Mobile Network does not exists at mention address. survey no.72 (palodia via thaltej,ahmedabad). Hence i want to shift to other service provider. Further for your information, many persons at this area have already shifted to other service provider.

I have requested to disconnect my broadband connection on September 6, 2018. your customer care said that my billing is stopped and in 7 days the box or modem will be taken up by your agent and I have also provided my landlord no. to connect her and take the modem or box. on next day I have called your customer care and asked that my connection is stopped or not and your customer care said that the connection is stopped. I have paid the bills up to 2 September 2018 and but one bill come to me of Rs431 and I have only used up to 6 september 2018 and 6 september 2018. i have requested you to make stop my connection and I have got calls from you that we will give you a paln of Rs 499 but i denied because I have shifted to rajasthan from delhi.

So why should i pay for whole month because I have requested you to stop my connection and your customer care said that connection has been stopped. airtel is really a fraud company you check all recordings also which you record. I have always said no when a call is come from your side to continue your connection it is your fault or a mistake is done from your side. why should i pay more because I haven't used the internet. please pay attention to my problem and pay attention to your customer care services.

I will give the company 0 rates and Airtel has the worst customer service and a fraud company. my landline no. 01146561370 on which I have taken the connection.

I have been using airtel from last 7 years customer support is not good they dont even talk properly..internet service is just average only work on youtube..If this is the way they treat there long term customer i dont find any reason to be a part of airtel much longer...making commercials advertisement wont help airtel....they better improve there service and firstly customer support.

One of the cheap and bad customer care services are only of airtel. Even customer care no. Is not valid.no way to connect with customer care for any complaints.

Internet speed is very slow in my area.when i turns on the mobile data it gives a good speed for few seconds but after that no internet. I have to turn off the data and reopen it every time.

This is to inform you that i m a very loyal postpaid customer of airtel since 8 years but i have a problem,4 months back i have shifted to out of india in Qatar, still i am using airtel number with the paln of 649 international plan, but last month i have deactivated this plan but still you have charged me the amount..i did not use this amount at all...kindly reverse tge amount so that i can pay the balance amount(the actaul bill), i am not able to contact your customer care because i am in Qatar and cannot afford the call amount. I had a 2g Sim of telenor then later it got converted into the Airtel,then got some issues about network , so did inquiry about this to customer care then they told me to upgrade my sim to 4g ,then I upgraded my sim to 4g in Airtel store (address -Solace park ,B.T kawde Road , ghorpadi,pune-411036),there I was charged as 30 Rs for sim upgradation and but its free ,so I request to you to please take a action against concerned employee.

I am mohammad anas from delhi. my full address is 3113 gali shushila shankar gali sita ram bazar delhi 110002.

Actually i was see your broadband connection advertisement on olx app. then i impress look to airtel v-fiber plan advertisement and then i had fill the full form and submit at 20/10/20018. after 2 days a man came from airtel company, he collect from me Rs. 1766 for 3 month net activation he give me a form, form cef no is 11272710. i dont know whos this but i was check him id card and i collect the details, his name is mukesh sharma and his mobile no is 9711996418 / 8527718663.

Now nobody not respond me and and not coming nobody is not come for installing net. Please give me the response.

In my area from 2-3 days there is no network for Airtel. it is has been very difficult for our family as there is no network at all....plz do something.

My no. Is 9384683445. I have recharged for rs.199 on line through indian bank, CITRUS 081810001 through net banking 1390475743 on 28/10.the same is debited to my ac. But still mobile ac shows zero. I am unable to make calls. Please. Check and advise.
