My demat account has been locked due to login id password expired. The same is not being opened for the last 4-5 days. SMS code not sent on my regd. mobile. And without receiving code on my regd. mobile I am unable to open it for further transaction. Pl. do the needful.

Dear sir, i am not trading since 4 month. I opened a demat account in february 2020 and i am a new trader of sharekhan. I have tried from last 10-15 days, to transfer amount from my bank account to equity. On approve and confirm of pay from bhim upi & paytm a amount deducted from my bank account but neither transfer or nor credited to equity. Thereafter the deducted amount from my bank account same has been revered to back in bank account.

This is critical problem with trader, at present market is low and best opportunities to buying shares in low price for long term. But non transfer of money and credit balance in equity i will suffer to purchase the shares and mutual funds.

May i request to you look into matter on op immediate basis and solve my problem on forthwith.

I tried to transfer money in sharekhan account (axis bank) but failed. It is requested to send details of sharekhan acoount under which I could transfer money without any hassle. at present I unable to send money in undermentioned account reference is Yes Bank Ltd, A/C No 90351252226 transaction money is returned back.

Kindly send the details of of account so that I could link with my bank.

I have been trying to settle the above matter since 12.10,2020 with no solution so far. please note that i am a senior citizen above 70 years of age. please note that if the matter is not settled within 24 hours, i am forced to approach grievance cell to settle the same.

I've been holding my account for more than 4 years, When they wanted my account to be opened at that time they promised me a lot of things like you gonna get the calls and msgs and other stuff but since then nobody is taking care of my account. I didn't even get a single call from my Account Manager even when I call up the Sherkhan customer services but nobody is taking care of and I have been requesting since long that Please provide me somebody who's at least take care of some queries but I didn't get anything so far. I'm really frustrating from the services which is provided by this company.

I want to reactivate my ShareKhan demat account, which has been inactive for the past 4 years. I am eager to resume trading and would greatly appreciate your guidance and support in this matter.

Could you please provide me with the necessary steps and procedures to reactivate my account? Additionally, if there are any documents or information required from me, please inform me so that I can fulfill the requirements.
