I have ported my sim to Tata Docomo but it has not been activated till now. How long do i need to wait?

I m in roaming in Melbourne Australia. My net pack is not working. Plz send internet setting again and send me what to do if problem will not solve after internet setting.

Every month after paying bill net speed is slow, too much timing google page is loading, too much time need youtube page is opening.... after paid the bill no problem. Every month open new complaint same. dear Docomo u have dont need customer satisfaction? Always want only money..? This is last warning.

i am been a new customer of photon net i had taken new connection of photon broadband connection till today i am satisfied with net but unfortunately my net stooped with a message in my registered no. that reload 200 or 350 space 92000111394 to 9212008282 then i will able to use my required plan but nothing happen. i replied to given message 4 times then msg came that the mandatory sr fields are not passed so u r not allowed to raise any sr. please send my net photon connection again.

My name is Anurag and I am using tata DoCoMo no.8147044610. Today morning I got one special offer SMS for 2.5 Gb 3G data for Rs.194 only. But when I recharged for Rs 194 in evening today I got 2.5 Gb 2G data instead of 3G.

Network team unable to solve a problem with 48 hours. Raised a ticket to solve slowness issue which has not yet resolved by Tata docomo team. This is pathetic to issue Tata Docomo 3G connection. It is total mess.

I am not getting 3g network, if I get network I con't able to download games or videos from whatsapp. plz give me other options my number is 7411803523

On 16 feb i spoke to one your customer care representative about rc 149. He gave information, in rc i will get 101 rupees talk time and 1 gb 2 g data. But i got only data with zero currency. To speak about it i am calling from 16 february. But its not connecting to your CSR. So kindly consider issue.

I spoke earlier to Shivappa manager and he promised that my plan wll not change. But today it has been changed I received msg. When I called I spoke to one of the worst supervisor name Shruthi and she dint help me instead disconnected my call and blocked my number so that I cannot call customer service. So I'm gonna raise a complaint regarding this that bad supervisors Shruthi to concerned team and I wan my old plan back as I was promised. Number is 8050807598.

Hi, I have given port from Vodafone to tata docomo number is 9591316568 but still it is not activated what I should do? I asked dealer he said u ask in customers care itself.

I am number register for telemarketing no register my number 9043040283 Im call me for customer care and local show room no response, My number register for telemarketing or plan changes my personal calls all two month outgoing and incoming call barred.

I hv recharged a plan Tata to Tata 10 paise per minute bt it is costing 30 paise n all my balance got nill. This is the worst feeling ever.

I am trying to call in customer care and call is not going through. If call is going they are telling our server is not good . I have a problem and i can't contact them .

Fraud customer care. i dint get my money and i have recharged rs33 for my two sims. Rs 67 for 1 sim dint get money. Dont be so silly wid us i want money now or else i will complaint to HOF.

I had port my no. Reliance to docomo but i think i am wrong. Very bad network and data speed. there is 150kbps 3g speed. so where i using 3g data speed. If my problem dosnt resolve,i will port my no.other netwok co.

What solution for this problem. plz send soon and i am going to docomo care but no solution to this problem and said to person not move to internet in docomo cdma.

I had given an application to port out of Tata docomo on 08/10/2016 it did not happed till the 23rd. Then i was told to again give an application. I have again given an application to port out. your toll free no 121 & 198 is not working or are not interested to take our calls. Please do the needful.

I would like to inform you that Ur net service is not good. do u know what is 3g & 4g if not then please use Airtel net u will realize that Ur service is bad.

I recharged my number with the offer for Rs. 33 on Nov 3rd but I could make call only for 2 days but the validity of the offer was for 28 days. I again recharged my number with the same offer on Wed, Nov 9th, but I am not able to use the offer or the recharge. Please fix this immediately. I am really disappointed by the recharge issue... We contacted your toll free customer care to help us in getting our handset repaired/replaced as it was not working properly. They simply gave us a number to be contacted mechanically and when we contacted them, they insisted that we bring the instrument to their place and they would not depute their technician to address our request. This is not what we expect when we subscribe to your telephone services.

What is your problem. Why don't you help your customer to help to solve their issues. Even I m suffering from such one. Recently I had given my document to shop to port my sim. You just give me porting no ..but you didn't do what u have to. Its up to 5 time I had given my document. But every time your company defy to port my sim. And why don't you provide customer care no to talk your representative directly. Disgusting ..! Totally disgusting service from you.

If you even now r helpless to solve ur customer complaint. Then sell your company and open up a restaurant instead of bearing such a notorious epithet.

Customer care executive told me your balance will refund with in 3 hours but not refunded my 50 rupees. Mobile no. 8604332183.

My docomo number incoming is disconnected and i am not able to do recharge. calling customer care even they dont know what to do.. i am unable to recharge my number online, retail outlet even in docomo shop and good thing us they dont have solution for this. gr8 docomo keep up the good work.

Sir please help me this problem is irritating me. the incoming & outgoing calls are stop and mobile net also not work.

Sir I did recharge of 46 rs n my money is decducted from my account n recharge is not get successful. Now tell me what to do. U all are not replying on mail. Call n anywhere what kind of service this is?
