I am using airtel sim more than ten year. Unfortunately my sim was missed.went to my nearest airtel shop trivandrum karamana and requesting a duplicate sim. One of the male executive says that not giving duplicate sim prepaid only give post paid .he says its airtel new policy . then 2 days after visit another airtel showroom in pattom they give me the duplicates sim. The first karamana showroom executive cheating me. He doing business to cheating others. What kind of job they doing. he do not know the value of time.what kind of fraud working in you r firm sir...?? Kindly plz take proper action to him.

I'm not getting any message or hardcopy of my landline bill. Every time the due date is there and Airtel cuts my outgoing. how am I supposed to pay bill without a bill? act asap it's really spoiling your reputation as a company.

Guys at first airtel was very good....but now the network range in my area gets very low.....but a tower is near my home....waste of that....what to do? please take care of that or else I have to switch to another network.

My Android set top box is not working. I'm not able to view channels. My I'd is 3015738305 & registered Mob no is 9873094849. Customer care executives have not done anything to resolve my problem. Kindly look into the matter.

I am one of the oldest customer of airtel, i have been using this network since 10 years, and i used to recharge 399 per month plan by last 9 months, and i expect atleast 10 kb / s most time, i am very unhappy customer, i can't even give you 1 out of 5 rating, this might be my 5th complaint, please take an immediate action on this issue other wise request you to kindly prepare my unique portal id.

Respected sir/madam my net is not working since more than 20 days and I already complained customer care but I don't have any answers. I hope you will solve my problem.

I'm using Airtel Broadband plan Landline number 42131087 but this number is provided by Airtel without any information and choice I also reported it to the service provider person to change the number they told that we will change it within 1 weeks but still it doesn't change. so I don't want to continue this number any more until the number changed by our choice.

T had connectivity issue in my office situated in Bangalore, HRBR Layout. Day by day it was worsening, and now I am just not able to use my mobile inside my office or anywhere 50 feet from my office. I can hear the callers voice where as he/she cannot here a word I say. All most all the staff are using Airtel, and because of this problem all are shifting to Jio. I have been with Airtel for decades and I do not want to change now. I request you to check the problem at the earliest.

I'm Varun I'm using Airtel Broadband plan with Landline no 42131087 this number is issued directly by Airtel without my choice I also reported it to the service provider person to change the number they told that we will change it within the next day but it never changed even I told them to disconnect the service but it still not disconnected so it's my request to Airtel either they change my number with my choice or disconnect the service.

I have recharged 2 times and my data balance is still 0.0mb. Once done for 98 and second time done for 145 still I'm having 0.0mb left. I'm unable to use the data.

Hello sir, i purchased Nokia 6.1 plus. It had an offer of Airtel 1800 cashback and 240GB additional data. I have got the cashback but no additional data.

I have made online topup via netbanking thro yr web. on 4th Dec 18 for mobile no.9442242273 for Rs.199/-( (Bank recov.ref.77263834731) and the booster for Rs.23/- (Bank recov.ref.1074813661041) topup and the booster was not activated. Kindly do the needful.

I had placed an cancellation request on 22/6/2018 for the broadband num 7259442963. the SR num is 86029678 and the bill is been generating from june to till date and by unknowingly we have paid the bill for 3 months that is from (june 737rs), (july 440rs), (Aug 470rs). for which we have not used the services.

So please kindly refund my amount of all three months. As i have spoke with your executive he is not willing to do it... so not a problem. As we are with you from past 20 + years in your network num 9845271874 in the name of j chenna keshava murthy. please refund my excess paid amount. or else sorry to say that we will be porting all of my numbers to other network... really this is the worst experience which i have experienced with you. please revert back to this mail.

I want to port my sim airtel to bsnl.. My sim gonna dead on 14 and i don't like new validity pack. So please port my sim airtel to bsnl thank you.

I was using jio sim card since last year i was happy because it has no connection problem and the speed was amazing too and i've had watched airtel ad more than 100 times so i gave a chance to airtel started using it since september 2018 but here the tables were turned, till that day to today it is giving me headache because suddenly anytime the connection gets lost. It's could be still bearable but when it shows network error when i m playing PUBG its really really annoying it does this 5-6 times a day or maybe more. And the complaint nu. 121 never connects never i've tried it more than 50 times.

Now i've decided I m going to port the my airtel sim to jio and encourage everyone in my family and friend circle to do so.

Hello, i am rahul bhavsar 10 year old customer of Airtel and i want to highlight very very bad service which m suffering now i purchased new sim postpaid 9172088886 from vasai east nr fire brigade branch on friday 7dec 2018 noon but still sim activation not done.

I visited branch 5 time and wasted more than 1 hr every time and mentally tired but no result dont know whats going wrong with airtel. i am unsatisfied with service of Airtel will suggest to everyone please dont go new mobile connection for Airtel.
