The product's back camera icon not there is not back camera. The technician also checked the product and said os issue. flipkart representatives falsely saying the issue not. But its over 9 days the issue not resolved.

Refund amount, product was received in damaged condition. I have already complained and asked for return of amount but i only keep getting promises. They sent me a damage door bell chime when I request for refund then they ignore and play with me mail mail. Everyone fraud in flipkart. Don't buy from this site. Amazon is best online service.

Myself Manoj Kumar Gupta, a regular buyer from Flipkart but all are address to my Father-in-Law Mr. Jagadish Shaw,27, Nilbagan LAne, Chatuganj, Seoraphuli, Pin 712223.

I have purchased a portable mobile charger of Ambrane brand dated 3rd sept'2017. My Inv. no. FAAAGF1800797435. Since the day i received i put on charge & use at once - it was working then. After that I put it back into my bag & travel back to Ghana - west Africa where I work.

After few days of my return back to Ghana I bring it out the said charger to start using - since then i found is not working at All. I follow all the rules as mentioned in the hand book. Even if i put it on charge - it is getting full with in 15 minutes but it can't help me to charge my mobile/Tab etc.

Therefore now I am arranging to send it back to India at the same address along with one my friend. Pls assist me to get return my Money or send a correct one which can help to fulfill my purpose. As mentioned i can't even use for 2 time. Awaiting your valued support.

I was waiting past one week for delivery and you guys are failed to do delivery. Now you are informing that you people attempted , but I failed to receive. I was was followed up 8655412575 on Sunday but no response.

My order no is OD110347890475825000 for tempered glass for lenevo phab 2 and the tempered glass got delivered to me in broken condition. it is under no return policy and looks like the seller sent intentionally as the policy is of no return policy. I mostly order from flipkart and never faced any issue. this is very bad as with this no return policy any damaged product can be sent by seller. request you to do needful.

I have registered many complaints for the returning of the product I purchased. I still did not receive any phone call regarding that. I tried contacting the customer care and I was not allowed to connect to talk to the customer care. I feel that my product and the money is wasted because of this kind of response. Hello,

This is a long letter, just want to make sure I am communicating everything.

I have ordered “HomeTown Artois Engineered Wood 4 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color - Dark Walnut)” with Order Id # OD110272630158043000 on 20th Sep,17 on Flipkart. The product got delivered on 5th Oct, 17. As per the commitments given under the installation & demo field the product should be installed within 72 business hours from the delivery of the product.

Till date, the product has not be installed and after doing lot of follow-ups with Flipkart customer care executives I was asked to wait till 16th Oct, 17 for the resolution of my concern. I was also informed by them that it is the fault from the seller end and Flipkart is not responsible and our backend team will look into it. But nothing changed till now and at the EOD of 16th Oct, I got a text message from Flipkart saying that the issue will now be resolved by 23rd oct,17 which is not all acceptable from my side.

Now, I don’t want this product anymore as the purpose for which I have ordered this product is already passed. I don’t want this product only for showcase purpose. Because of this order, not only I have wasted my time and got mentally tortured but also I’m not able to get the similar product from other vendor as I have already paid the amount (Rs 10,799) while placing the order.

So kindly take back this product from my home right now and refund my amount(Rs 10,799) along with penalty of Rs25,000 against the mental harassment, wastage of time and the humiliation that I felt on the day of occasion in my flat due to you.

I have already filled a complaint in National Customer helpline with Complain id # 472734. No reply from your side will push me to take the next level action i.e. bringing the matter in consumer court for sure.

When i bought the SONY LED Smart TV, amount i have paid to Flipkart was RS 36,594 - with No cost EMI, according to this EMI should be RS 6099. But the EMI generated in SBI was 6427 (Including GST 76.84) Bank customer care said, they have not charged anything extra. it’s the Merchant who provided the EMI details based on which they have processed it. Now Flipkart says contact to bank and Bank saying contact to Flipkart. you decide the solution and let me know.

Flipkart person says the amount they gave as Promotional Discount Rs1505 now might have charged by Bank as service charge which should be excluded as per the promotional offer, but bank saying they are only charging GST on the EMI received from Flipkart.

I had multiple calls with SBI and Flipkart on the confirmation that amount Rs 1505 that I am going pay extra end of the 6th EMI, for what reason and who can be blamed on it.

However this is a big question for me with definition of NO COST EMI – Where we have GST and Service Charges which is almost like buying a product on interest.

if you feel like to contact me on this solution please intimate me else i am hopeless however that i cannot do anything over the call with SBI and Flipkart as its became like a PING - PONG game again.

I recently bought 2 Oppo f3 plus phones from flipkart. I bought first phone during Big billion days & second phone during their second sales from 7th to 10th Oct. In both the sales i got extra 5000 off on my old phones. My old phones were in fantastic condition. Just 4 days after the second sale Flipkart offered the same phone with extra Rs 8000 on exchange. This was a shock for me as I could have easily saved an extra Rs 3000 on every phone. I really couldnt digest a loss of Rs 6000.

I raised a request to flipkart to either compensate me for the loss or return back my money along with my old phone & take back the new ones.

Flipkart did not compensate my exchange loss neither they accepted return of both the phones. Felt cheated from so called Indian company. They gave me a reason that vendor gave that extra offer later. I really cant digest this fraud. Stupid reason that flipkart game me. All offers are well planned by flipkart well in advance and thats why they release their advertisements.

As per my understanding flipkart must have achieved 50% sales during the Big billion days, another 30% during second sales & to squeeze out the remaining 20% customers they gave extra offers in Big Diwali sales. Clearly the first 80% customers including me suffered a loss on offers & the last 20% gained a lot on offers.

Few imp points to learn from Flipkart sales.
-Never buy anything from Big Billion sale as flipkart has more offers in follow up sales when the festival days actually starts.
-Hold on till the last sales offers as you can gain the maximum.
-Dont trust flipkart on returns. They are pathetic in taking returns, refunds & customer service.
-For consistent offers, better & faster sevice I trust only Amazon. They truly know what customer service means & they deserve JD power award.

Hopefully Flipkart will read my complaint & resolve my query.

I ordered Samsung Led tv(Order number-OD110301666275568000) on (23rd of September) and it was delivered on (5th of October), but the Tv was broken.

Requested for replacement on (6th of October).I called flipkart customer care, they informed me that technician has not updated the status and once it is done item will be replaced. I received a call from Samsung Customer care asking about the details of the product. On 6th of October when the people for Installation and demo came and opened the package, it was broken, so they have updated the status, and no need of technician visit, they provided me the reference number that I can share with flipkart. I gave a call to flipkart cc again, the executive told me that the status was updated by technician, my product has been packed and ready and I will be receiving the product by 30th of October.

Next time I called flipkart again, to know the status and ask if the delivery can be made earlier that too this time at my doorstep (unlike last time). I was told no need worry and it will be delivered at my doorstep that too 30th is the maximum date, I will be receiving it before that. But my order status was still on "ordered" state only, I again called flipkart on 18th of october, this time the executive tells me that there is no update from the technician. Then till date what was I told, and can I do in this!!?. I was dropped a regret message and mail that they will gat back to me by 21st of october. I got a call and again it is being told that the technician visit is not yet done it will be by 6th of november. But in my order status it shows that the delivery will be by 30th october and installation and demo by 6th november. I asked her to check the same, and even asked her if I can provide her the reference number for checking the details of technician updated status, but my phone was disconnected and I again received a regret message and mail to give time up to 23rd october.

It has crossed all limits of patience, is this the service so called as best customer care service provided by flipkart. I regret my decision of shopping from Flipkart, I am only receiving regret mails and messages. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible. and replace the damaged product.
