I did not get the amount refund for the items cancelled on 25.09.17 Monday. The item was cancelled due to trojan conditions.The deduction was rapid. But they are delaying for refund playing with the customer money.

I have ordered Lenovo K8 Plus mobile (Order Id-OD110282460069886000) and I got message on 28 sept night that Courier partner was unable to deliver so we cancelled your order. when I called to customer care then he told delivery is not available in that mentioned area so it got cancelled. I am asking if delivery was not available then why it is accepting that pin code on website and why you took order and 2nd thing why courier partner did not call to mentioned mobile number.

I want my mobile back and take that same money. I don't know how you will do it but please do it.

I have bad experience of Customer Service . I bought Samsung Galaxy S7 handset under exchange offer under Big Billion . On 25thSept a wishmaster visited me to deliver handset n take away exchange device which i am currently using Samsung A5 1.5 year handset in good condition. The wish master didn't wait as I have wiped the data from the exchanged device so it took to reboot about . Wishmaster promised to come back in evening after delivering other packets of the area. I kept following him till 8 o'clock but he dn't come and gave me promise to come tomorrow. In the night I got a sms " Failed Delivery ( verification failed) I immediately called up your call centre and asked the executive why my delivery is failed the executive promised that I will get delivery before 7.00 pm on 26th Sept.2017.All assurance given was failed .On 27th Sept morning I again got a message that ," out delivery executive is on the way to your location to deliver your product with Order ID OD1102840866068460" time of message 9.04 am on 27th Sept'17 same time I got two other message ." Cancelled : Our Courier partner has confirmed that the delivery of Samsung Galaxy S7 not accepted.As requested the above items has been cancelled. Pl check your email for more details."another message " Refund of Rs.xxxxx will be credited to your card." since then I am calling your call center to know who put a cancellation request without my confirmation. I also communicated them that the wishmaster took away my exchange device earphone. I dn't get proper response from your callcenter neither the solution of my three complaints.

1. Who put a cancellation request whithout having a call or visit to my home.
2. I want my earphone lead back from the wishmaster who visited to my house and met me on 25th Sept 2017.
3. How would I get scheme benefit since it is purely your courier agengy mistake. I have very bad experience withb Flipkart and I promise I will surely spread negative experience in social media and other platform and will never buy any product from flipkart. I have tried to reach to founder and CEO and will approach for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had ordered for a 24 inch toy in our order, where as we have received a 9 inch toy instead. Even Your invoice is also for 24 inch toy but you have delivered a 9” toy. We feel cheated. Please replace with new item as ordered at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
We have recently bought a Godrej safe locker WJ20400 from flipkart but when we tried to open it,it did not open though we used the correct pin and also used the master key for that but then it only locked but still the door did not open and when we called the godrej customer care then they asked for the seller who sold us that safe from flipkart and when we provided that information then they replied that the company named "Tech Connect Retail PVT Ltd" in Mumbai-Nashik does not belong to their authorized dealers. and when we call the flipkart customer care then also we are not getting any solution. we bought it from big billion days scheme of flipkart and when it came faulty, they agreed to take that product back and refund but not to exchange that product with a working product.

I am not getting any answer for my cashback not received. customer care email ID is no longer working & nobody is responding on email. really bad approach.

I ordered mot g5 plus phone to my place at district-belgaum, taluka-gokak. karnataka- 591307 .. but it reached Bangalore arisikere and they are telling me your door was locked.. what the hell man.. when you will resolve my problem. promised date was 26 Sept, 2nd promised date was 29th Sept, still not resolved problem. I am very disappointed with flipkart.

The product's back camera icon not there is not back camera. The technician also checked the product and said os issue. flipkart representatives falsely saying the issue not. But its over 9 days the issue not resolved.

Refund amount, product was received in damaged condition. I have already complained and asked for return of amount but i only keep getting promises. They sent me a damage door bell chime when I request for refund then they ignore and play with me mail mail. Everyone fraud in flipkart. Don't buy from this site. Amazon is best online service.

Myself Manoj Kumar Gupta, a regular buyer from Flipkart but all are address to my Father-in-Law Mr. Jagadish Shaw,27, Nilbagan LAne, Chatuganj, Seoraphuli, Pin 712223.

I have purchased a portable mobile charger of Ambrane brand dated 3rd sept'2017. My Inv. no. FAAAGF1800797435. Since the day i received i put on charge & use at once - it was working then. After that I put it back into my bag & travel back to Ghana - west Africa where I work.

After few days of my return back to Ghana I bring it out the said charger to start using - since then i found is not working at All. I follow all the rules as mentioned in the hand book. Even if i put it on charge - it is getting full with in 15 minutes but it can't help me to charge my mobile/Tab etc.

Therefore now I am arranging to send it back to India at the same address along with one my friend. Pls assist me to get return my Money or send a correct one which can help to fulfill my purpose. As mentioned i can't even use for 2 time. Awaiting your valued support.

Sham on you guys !!!!!

I was waiting past one week for delivery and you guys are failed to do delivery. Now you are informing that you people attempted , but I failed to receive. I was was followed up 8655412575 on Sunday but no response.

I was followed up 8655412575 on Monday , the person is picked the call and not answering to my call . I can hear he was discussing with some one. It is happened twice. check his call record where i have dialed from 7349770028.

You guys are playing with sentiment , by cancelling gifts (Consignment). If you have bit shame ask delivery boy to talk to me.
