I am in receipt of the Wall Clock - KADIO KD-3810N today. But I note from the User's Manual supplied the Calendar period is from year 2000-2009. Apart from this except for Time setting none of the other settings including a.m/p.m. are functioning. Besides all this the so called Manual is absolutely of no use. This is perhaps my first sad experience with Flipkart. Earnestly hoping for a reply - Mallikarjuna Rao.

I found ur site totally fraud. i ordered redmi note 4 nd paid 11000 rupees and u bloody gamblers delivered stone at my address instead of phone.... shocking event. i am hopeless now... dis flipkart is damn fraud.

I accept my mistake i purchased item from flipkart which have a logistics partner Ekart which is not able to deliver product on time and no one is there to accept calls, mails, no nobody in this company to reply customer.

So i am really very sorry to order from flipkart and all of them who is ordering from them they have to accept. They commitment on side to delivery on 17 july. 1 day they messege to delivery on 15 next to next day they messege to delivery on 18 and now they are moving the product from one station to second and second to one.

So customer is mad who is ordering from flipkart. so thanks for your services. we are very unhappy with you.

We wish you to make a greatest logistics company in the world & wish for Flipkart for best online seller company and provide same services to customer which one i am getting

I bought a hairinstyler simply straight fast ceramic brush but its not useful at all. So I requested for return but flipkart is only replacing the product which i dont want.

But I don't want the same product. ..

I want my money refund or replace it with any other product or send the money in Flipakart wallet. Price -1199.

I tried calling flipkart customer care no of times but only the recorded voice continues for 10 mins then the call gets disconnected stating "All executives are busy". Then why the customer care executives are there if they cant attend customer call and cant resolve customer's issues.

Update asap that whether flipkart will refund my money or replace the hair straightening brush with any other product of same value.

I had given an order RD Q7 Pro Bluetooth with tracking ID FMPC0216044777 from flipkart. I got msg that item will delivered on 15 Jul 17. since then i made 20 call to the delivery boy regarding delivery of the same, each time he commit that he will delivered today but he dint. I told him that i will complain but he dint bother....... I am frustrated i have no other option rather than quit shopping from flipkart. Again i would like to add that if item will not delivered by today 12 Pm m not going to receive the same.

Plzz refund amount , product was received in size issue problem. I have replaced but again occurs the same problem. I have already placed return order and the message should come to return completed in 4th July but the amount was not return in my account. 4 days passed away I was supposed to get a call but no one call till now.

The problem is not yes resolved, I want the resolutions and want to talk to the manager as, I said I want the compensation against the harassment which I hv faced, why should I received the empty box when I already paid the money for the product I want the resolutions, no is reacting till date, I have already launched a case and send mail to news channel, I hv also send the Cc copy of mail to Flipkart which I hv send to media channels.

and I am checked your office Aluva checking packing photo its clear both D066 and D057 watch in the box. please forward the correct thing to flipkart for getting the second one.

I ordered one micromax mobile at 10 july 2017. When i received that mobile after 2 days. When i Started the phone i was shocked it was not working. So i put one request to return that mobile. And when the flipkart executive came to return that parcel he denied for that. Its not good symbol of reputation of flipkart.

I had placed an order for VJ fashion embroidered women's lehenga, choli & dupatta set. Order I'd is - OD109721625064720000. I have received the delivery an hour back. But it just has the dupatta & the lehenga, it doesn't have the blouse/choli?

first I book one Nova electric gug, it received with switch fault, I again booked prestige instead of it, but you sent prestige along with another Nova too, after receiving that Nove reached as same disturb, I returned with refund option. but after 10 days no refund send by you, previously one same refund I got, but that time too on calling u informed me amount already sent to my AC but it was wrong, I did not mark due low amount, but ion this spell amount is 649/- kindly send it immediately. I had purchase a combo hair dryer from the company after receiving the product I had try to use it but when I pluged the pin that time hair dryer is fire so I immediately complain in customer care but they not give proper answer and talk that the company is not responsible for the same. So I am not happy with company services.
If company not refund my money I will go on social media.
