I am purchased a digital watch cost of Rs 1049. after opening the box noticed that the item was not working and i send a return request to u. As per the information the exective will collect the item. But till the date no one contact me or collected the item. I am not expected this types of irresponsibility from u.

I bought mobile on flipkart on the month august 14th finally i received on 17th augus. i started used that I observed problems with mic, receiver,camera, speaker and ear phones after using few days. i contact flipkart agent to solve to replace my product or refund but he kept me on hold for 20 minutes godd!! Later, i read Moto e4. Plus almost everybody facing same issue like mine. I'm NRI came to visit India and bought mobile and facing problem with it. I don't have time to give and take messages do something for my issue change my product and give refund ASAP or give different brand mobile do something fast.

Am facing with my pick up I've purchased an watch of casio A844 Enticer Man Analog Watch - For Men
Order Number - OD109936173613952000.

I Received the product on 10th of AUG-17(2 OR 3 DIFFERENCE)and after receiving the product i was not satisfy with the product with the dial size & strap and fitting problem so i place an return order because replacement also cant help it.

But as if now am facing the problem for the pickup, according to the wishmaster its showing two different watches have to be pick up from my place but their is an single watch only. I'VE also tried calling customer care support for more than 10 or 12 times and tried to explaining this problem but every time (ALMOST 6 -7 TIMES IN A ROW) return get cancelled because its still showing the same problem with the wish master and still my product is at my place.

Please solve this problem of pickup of two watches with the wishmaster as if the watch is only one need to get picked up from my place because i've purchased only single watch.

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Onida 1.5 ton Inverter AC from flipkart. when I opened the box I found remote control internal screen was blackish and there were little scratch mark on the indoor body. I complaint to flipkart on the same day and explain what I found. they advised me that their technician will visit and give the feedback. they have given last deadline of visit as on today that is 5th sept 2017. and till date their is no response from flipkart.

kindly advise how to move ahead. Thankyou!

I have purchased MOTO E4 PLUS from Flipkart and received with defects like phone is overheating, touch is not that responsive as other Moto phones, phone is getting hang every 15 minutes, calls are getting dropped even if the network is full, Voice Clarity during calls are very poor, when i call or getting calls phones goes automatically on Do Not Disturb Mode, Battery Charging is taking more than 5 hours to get full.

Please help me with the replacement of this phone with new one or Refund or Other phone model as this issues have started from last 4 days and phone is not yet a month old. I have very bad experience with flipkart right from the start. i purchase everything from flipkart and always get defects in products. with regards to Phones this is my 5th purchase of phone from flipkart and i never got any of them without any kind of issue. i always have get it replaced with any assistance from flipkart.

Every time i have to run for replacement as Flipkart says that 10 days replacement is over so check with company and company refunse to replace and ask to get in touch with Vendor who sold that product. Request you not to make customer to suffer for their issues.

I am requesting you to help me this time with your vendor to get it replaced.

Hello Team,

I just bought a new mobile phone Lenovo vibe K5 note from FlipCart under some exchange scheme.

From the day I purchased this mobile phone, it has made my life completely hell because of some following technical faults in your handset and that has been confirmed by technical person too :

1. Incoming call is not there but outgoing call is working because of some technical malfunctions in SIM slot.
2. Heating like it would blast if we will keep this mobile phone on charger for more than 60 minutes.
3. Latency or TAT time is extremely slow although the configuration says it has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM and none of the content is stored in the phone memory so far.

I have approached the people from Vodafone if it has some connectivity issue but this Vodafone SIM is working properly in other mobile then I approached to Flipcart team with in replacement period of 10 days but they said they do not have the replacement option however we could maximum refund the amount but before that we need to check this handset from technical team and their technical person claims that it has a factory problem and hardware are not correctly installed and that is why this phone has numerous problem and then again I raised the concern to Flipcart team customer care several times but every time customer care said that we will fix up this problem but so far no action has taken yet which is completely unprofessional behavior.

I am completely annoyed with such bad response from everyone including Flipcart customer care which only has one contact number and it is very difficult to connect with them because of too much call load on this number moreover whosoever is there does not qualify to support and fix this concern on priority.

I am now writing down this mail to you to find out some solution and escalating this concern to the top team of Flipkart if this problem will persist for longer tenure. since I have lost so may important calls and huge business because of this mobile phone faults.

I had placed an order for many poko baby diaper, Logitech mouse, sandisk, and cello flask. While showing the price for many poko pants 15% discount was shown to me. But which sold to actual price i.e. rs 400. I request you to call cell the order and pl refund the money. As FLIPKART has its own name and fame in the market, and this is geniune misrepresent committed from ur side. I don't think that to get any stigma on Flipkart name would profit to ur business. And you can see my history where I purchase different goods from Flipkart. I don't think that Flipkart wish to terminate the customer relationship, so requested to cancel the above-mentioned order.

I have bought a Mi note 4 from flipkart on 31 aug 2017 and when i open that phone since then its not in order i am facing many problem with the camera as well as the in build software,after placing my complaint there was a officer came at my place whose behavior was not good with me and after checking my phone he said that this phone is out of order and this is out of warranty, he made his report without my consent and he refuse to show me that as well. in a nutshell i want my phone to be replace as soon as possible as am suffering and bleeding bcause of phone.

Ref NO order ID OD110109981384017000. I have been associated with flipkart for a couple of years and off late the kind delivery service is very poor in Kerala.

I have received message that the consignment has returned on 8th september and I got a call from your local boy on 9th September.Before contacted me he has returned the consignment . Several times i have tried to contact the local guy but he was least interested to pick up the call.I never ask him to returned the consignment.For me it was urgent and unfortunately not received.

Request to kindly do an intervention seriously otherwise, these kind of people can ruin your brand image in the market.

I buyed a spinner... first it was miss shipment + damaged the executive came three times for pickup and he called someone and that person said don't pick it up. first they send nonsense things and they are now not refunding me. From now I will never buy not even a single thing from flipkart as well as recommend my friends and family not to buy anything from flipkart.

I bought a Motorola e4 on 6/09/17 for a total of rs 10060 whereas the MRP of the phone is rs8999. Why have I been charged more than the MRP. Please let me know.

I ordered moto e4 plus from flipkart . on 8 September 2017. after using one day mobile go on black screen. Also I am restart the mobile and use. after two hrs using I have same problem.

I want replace the my product.

My order id no is OD110112820214345000. My order is to be delivered on 9th of sept but I haven't received it till now. Flipkart has assured doorstep delivery. I have clearly given my delivery address while paying. Is it the fault of Flipkart or the courier agency? I would like it delivered to the given address or you will kindly refund.
