Dear sachin bansal,

I am a customer with flipkart from since long. I purchase many thing from your flipkart. But from this bad experience I will suggest all my business persons ,family and friend never take any product from flipkart.

I have ordered a mobile phone “moto G4 plus “( tracking id :- FMPP0096457660). person delivered that product after 10 days and on order details it is mentioned that the product will come in working 5 to 7 days. First off all my order was very late, it was not on time. secondly when I started using mobile some problem is coming on my phone screen, it automatically blink screen light and gone.

Then I complained in your customer care they said it to replace with new . I said ok and when you will give the new one back to me they said in 2 to 3 working days . today is 7th day last delivery date is 28 of this month. Still I have not even got any executive call from your side. This is why I will never prefer any product from your flipkart.

I had ordered sports shoes on 24th June and also payment done through credit card and expected delivery date 30th June.

Unfortunately I got a message that the order cancelled today after committed delivery time over. Very poor service of flipkart - I also called many times in toll free number and until yesterday, it was reflecting that delivery will definitely done on 30th June.

I had ordered a 11.6 inches Dell laptop which I received on 1st July . The product reached was not as specified online. Screen size was smaller. Moreover there was no adaptor inside. I called the customer care but they didn't help me properly and misbehaved. I requested for refund which they refused to give me. I need the laptop urgently. I asked for replacement. They told they will replace and give the same item. But sir, again I will have to face the same problem. So I request you to please initiate my refund so that I can order another one as soon as possible.

My order No.OD109375795334861000. I have ordered a Agile AGC029 Agile Stylish Combo of 4 for girls but a wrong watch combo delivered (Mens watch), i have resend that again i got a wrong product. I planned to cancel the product and applied for refund on june 16th but still now i dint get my cash back. very poor experience with flipkart.

My account no. is 9781089277 few day before my account was logged out by default and now it is not logging in its showing during forget password. we are unable to update ur password now plz retry. kindly resolve this issue.

Around 27 of June I purchased a hair dryer but mistakenly I made that order twice then at the time of delivery my brother took both the product as it case on same time and made the payment... as he was unawere. Then on 30 June after the delivery I called Flipkart customer care spoke to one the executive and I informed him that I made two orders for one same product then I want to xxln one order and ORDER NUMBER IS --OD109552760427412000. So he said to call from Register number then we will cancel this order and give refund to you or else I can do it through mobile app also.

So I tried doing it through App but it was showing me the option for Replacement only and not for Refund... then clicked on Replacement then request for Replacement was made then again called the customer care. Then they gave me call back and informed me that they will cancel the return and then after 48 hours I can cancel the order and take Refund. then again confirmed with him that will I get refund then he said yes. After 48 hours called the customer care again and spoke to PRATABnand he informed me for this product I can place only replacement not refund and at the time of placing order it was clearly mentioned. so informed him I agree that but their executive informed me that I will get refund as per the telephonic conversation. Then he said that I will transfer the call to supervisor and my call was placed on hold more than 1 hour and then they disconnected the call.

I have ordered for 1no cotton polyester blend solid trouser fabric, where as I have received 1no polyester viscouse blend solid fabric. Immediately I have taken up the issue to customer care they assure to replace within a week. Even though there is a feedback from one customer about same problem still purchased and burnt my fingers. Now I am waiting for replacement let us the out come.

i ordered xbox one kinect 500gb of rs 46,000 and the shocking thing is i received an Empty Dlink router box on 7th july 2017. i called up the flipkart care and they told me that your case is escalated to senior authority and i will reached a call on 9th july 2017, but dint get any calls. so called up on 10th july 2017 and they told me to cancel the order. and then i have to wait for more 2 days to solve the issue. i want refund and in future i would think 3 to 5 times to buy or not to buy on flipkart any products. They cheated me. worst service.

I never said that the product is not the one that I ordered. But if the product is delivered delayed, who is responsible. I hope the renowned online seller like Flipkart know and understand the meaning of timely delivery.

The product is not damaged, gives full liberty to your seller to deliver the product whenever they wish so.
There is no meaning on time commitment.

This makes my opinion firm on the High-headed-ness attitude of Flipkart towards its customers (so called valuable).

What a amazing system Flipkart has, that it closes the return/refund request of a customer at backend itself without even informing the customer...

Yes, Flipkart strives for excellent services but Excellency is in providing disappointing and pathetic service.

This is not my first such experience with Flipkart, but surely would be the last one.
I will never trade on your website anymore and recommend the connections same through blogs and social media.

I am an old customer of your company and accordingly I have Purchased handset of Le Eco vide your invoice No del20160500280617 dated 29 May 2016.

The aforesaid set get switched off due to technical fault and I have contacted the service centre authorised by Le Eco i.e. "Novatta Innovative Solutions, Shop No 29, First Floor, Apna Bazar, Main Palam Vihar - Gurgaon, they have taken back my handset vide Job sheet No : JS17051500641 dated 15 May 2017. The phone was under warranty.

Even after lapse of two months (approx.) Till date nothing has been done. Please instruct the manufacture/ Service provider to respond to the calls made by us. Service providers are simply answering that parts have been demanded and we will replace same as and when received.

In the era of fast communications, I am compelled to live without phone.

Even service provider refused to give the another handset till the same is repaired

I bought 2 mixer grinder from flipkart 2 year ego and recently it got worse now now it,s not getting fix because it,s having chiness parts it,s duplicate not from phillips.flipkart is fraud. they send duplicate items. i have proof.give me back my money or else i will take ligal action against this.

I ordered th shoes @ 949. I paid advance with credit card. But when I received the shoes it have rate 499. In side of the shoes. This is totally fraud with customer. I have already send the picture from another id of flipkart. So this is very bad experience with flipkart shopping.
