I had purchased whirlpool 7kg full automatic washing machine on 23 rd August 2017 (order ID od110031299316545000) which was delivered on 13th September 2017. The product was found to be completely damaged. I had filed a return request on 13th September and the technician visited on 13th itself and reported about the damage and also informed us that the same will be picked up by the courier partner. But now flipkart is denying the refund and giving all nonsense excuse that the same will not be returned. But on discussing the matter with customer care executive , we were informed that our product will be picked up for sure on or before 22nd September and the refund will be initiated thereafter. I have the call recording of the conversation with the executive. But now Flipkart's back end officers are refusing to take return and are telling us that their executive gave us the wrong information and that they were sorry and couldn't do anything. They are denying their own customer care executive's words.I have also the invoice copy of product where it is clearly written about the RETURN policy and not the REPLACEMENT policy.

Now flipkart is emphasising to take replacement of the product which they will decide whether or not will be done. They are fooling people and doing fraud.

I want full refund of the product and NOT REPLACEMENT or else I will approach consumer forum.

Hi, I am not able to do payment through my SBI Card, error massage showing your card details not in our system kindly contact your bank. As i call to my bank they said no issue from our side. Kindly resolve issue ASAP.

Hi, I answered all? Correctly and got track id 20174042201 bt couldnt get any mobile as prize. I hv completed all steps and installed ali express app and uc news. Company told to wait for 5 days bt till date I dont get any prize. Is it fake if nt when will I get my mobile. pl give reply.

Hii amruta, I think this is fake .because I also won a mobile as prize .but didn't get any. I also tried to track the order but in vain.Now I also commented on web of flipkart to help me. Let's see, what happens.

I bought lenovo k8 plus 4 days back . i faced some problems with device performance and placed replacement of this product. customer care called once they never responded properly, what i have to do, i just wanna replace this phone.

This is the worst thing which I found on flipkart, that I have ordered 4products on an order ID - OD110283884375952000 on 21 Sept 2017, and I received delivery date as 25 Sept 2017.
Yet I didn't received any of my products. As it was too urgent and was so special present to be given on anniversary I didn't got the product yet.

Flipkart please take an immediate action and deliver my product today till end of the day (I,e 26sept2017}) at any cost.

When i try to order a product after completing the procedure of ordering it the amount got debited from my Citibank credit card ending with 7109. but after that the products message did not come please check and revert. what i have to do? Greetings of the evening,
I already discussed about my orders which number is-od110146566447546000 which I already cancelled on date of 5 September 2017.and I already talk your customer executive about the same thing on 19 September 2017,  and 21 September they said that your amount is refunded even I received the cancellations message also. But till am not received any amount.

please consider things and do something. even I have to deposit my credit card amount, if get any extra charge from that then you will be responsible for this. If you not consider this time my point then sorry to say I can take a legal actions for you.

No proper communication between delivery agent and customer. I have to call every one hour for my product delivery status. I had to waste my whole day waiting for delivery person to call. Instead he did not deliver the product and updated as client has not lifted the call. I have never seen this kind of worst delivery system in my life and once again i am not going to order any thing from flipkart.
