I am very frustrated with Whirlpool customer service. The microwave delivered to my home was defective from the day of installation … I was approved for replacement on March 11th and after five calls today. one disconnected, two transfers, one unable to see into the system … I now have been on hold for 20+ minutes … the 90’s on hold music is getting repetitive and I’m wondering if I should sell my Whirlpool stock. This is not my expectation from a company like Whirlpool.

Regarding hitachi ac service
I bought hitachi AC on 26-5-18 from sargam electronics krishan nagar delhi-110051 but I have not recieved AC service, whenever your service engineer come two time they wash by brush only. Now the hot season come
I make phone many times last five days but no response. So I am telling you please sent your service engineers to service our AC.

Defective product complaint number DL1119001204
Dear whirlpool customer care
This is in reference to Whirlpool Washing Machine model no 360 BW Pro-H 9.5 GPHT Purchased on 22/09/2019 via Sargam Electronics, Patel Nagar, New Delhi.
We faced many issues from the beginning, the technician had to be called thrice for as the washing machine wasn’t performing as told to us before the purchase. Finally, the technician of whirlpool customer center told us that the PCB of the washing machine is defective. (Latest complaint no DL 1119001204 on 02nd November 2019).
This proved yet again that the machine sold to us is DEFECTIVE.
In fact, the company technician himself informed us that advised facing this issue quite often on this model and company has now found a new solution thereby willing to replace a so called “Modified PCB”.
Well, this was a SHOCKING NEWS for me!! Why such defective models are sold in market? If this model is having a fault, the sale should be stopped promptly. I am really saddened to hear that an established brand Like Whirlpool, is selling defective products.
Since problem is already known and identified to company, in the very first place they should have on their own decided not to sell the defective product or at least not without so called “modified PCB”.
Now, I am not willing to get replacement done that too of main part like PCB on a brand-new product and I don’t trust it again for the same.
I would like Whirlpool to take the defective washing machine and refund back my money, soonest possible. I have already faced too much of mental harassment because of the defect in the new washing machine.
Kindly look into my complaint as soon as possible. I hope the company shall not neglect the customer complaint and concern else I would be forced to explore legal options.
Hoping that my complaint is resolved and money refunded.
