Sir, I have purchased whirlpool refrigerator date06/03/2018 and warranty year complete and I have sold the AMC date 28/06/2018 and ask the customer care executive say that AMC not saw of my system and you wait the time, not sure AMC activation time so wait a few months and I understand that my money lose

Worst product, service, performance. Never buy whirlpool products. Suffering from last 3 months, nobody is ready to solve the problem. Can I get my money back.

I was using whirlpool semi automatic machine since 2010 without a single problem. On 14 Nov 18 the dryer started automatically on power on. On complaint to whirlpool site I was approached by Magic Technologies Bagdola. On inspection, the technician Mr. Krishan straight away ask for Rs. 3500/- for that single problem and collected the machine on 16 Nov 18. After repair the machine delivered with U/S buzzer, water leakage below dryer and U/S dryer. Now it's my turn to run behind them. Now after many reminders they have collected the machine and rectified the problem except the problem of leakage.

On my repeated requests their annoyed technician Mr. Krishan visited and without any rectification rudely educated about his illogical operating instructions in spite of noticing water on dryer motor. As the water is still coming on motor that confirms the repetition of malfunction of motor in future. Kindly confirm if any help can be provided from your end.

I have purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine Model No.31031 Sr. No. INF151905420 on 07.06.2015 with 2 years warrantee on complete washing machine and further 8 years for the prime mover and motor.

Since our machine started producing noise we called your toll free number on 17.03.19. Mr. Deepak Kamble a representative from Gurudev Services, Vikroli Mumbai attended on the same date and without opening the machine informed us that its gear box is defective and needs to be replace. Mr. Deepak Kamble quoted Rs.4400/- for replacement of defective gear box and ready to do it immediately. I was surprised, how come he knows beforehand that gear box is defective and he came with preparation to replace the said gear box itself their & their, unless one should have knowledge in advance that the gear box is defective.

Thereafter I was informed by the Service Centre that the defective gear box is not covered under 8 years warranty. As responsibility of whirlpool is to the extent of prime mover and motor to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 8 years. The said warranty invariably includes the defect in gear box because the prime mover cannot be in motion without gear box connected to the motor.

Therefore I put on record that the defect in gear box of Washing Machine Model No.31031 Sr. No. INF151905420 is within the extended warranty period and needs to be repair or replace immediately. Authorized Service Centre may be instructed to include the defect of our Washing Machine under the terms and conditions of the 8 years extended warranty.

I am experiencing terrible service. My washing machine is not functioning well from 1 year.. contacted whirpool a person came and said we dont have the part I will come later and never showed up. now I am trying to contact the customer care from 3 days but cant get through. I think you are waiting for my warranty to get over. Pl call me on 9923061847 urgently.

I had AMC on 20-06-2019. Now my washing machine don't work properly. I call your authorised service centre but they did not provide service. I had call so many time on your customer care but do not progress. MY last completed number is KL0819007102 and I call your service centre (9007009302), they told me my problem solve after 2 month.

Now what can I do? Please help me.....

Whirlpool has the worst service provider in Gurugram- J K Enterprises. They have such low grade engineers who seems to be paid for creating more problems rather than solving the core issue.

I raised a complaint to Whirlpool customer care for water leakage from double door refrigerator. Engineer didn't check anything and straightaway said Defrost Kit is faulty. After altercation with him, we let him change the defrost kit on the assurance that water leakage will be completely corrected. He took Rs. 2400 for the same. Just after 2 hours, refrigerator started leaking water heavily and stopped cooling. On further calling the engineer (Madan Gopal- 9268938243) didnt pick up our call. Next day morning, we again raised a complaint and no body turned up. Feedback which i got was that we were unavailable so they went off, whereas we were at home all day long and phone were very well working with full signal.

On further follow ups & complaints, another engineer visited us and same way, he didnt investigated a bit and straight away went to check Gas. and said, Gas need to be re-filled. This will incur more cost. On denying to pay additional amount as the problem was created by their own fellow engineer, he refused to fill the gas and said Madan will only come and do the task. Post which none of the engineer, their supervisor, Manager are picking up call.

On calling customer care, they always say that an engineer will be assigned.

My problem is not about filling up gas now.But, its more about playing around with Customers time and money. They dont even start working unless we give satisfaction code.

I want Whirlpool to take an immediate action on this and get my issue sorted , else i will definitely go to consumer forum.

I have complaint egarding ac 12days ago but no one attended it. your district manager misbehavior with me and your regional Manager have not attention about this matter. Both officer act like helping hands person Dr Girlish Sharma, Kota Rajasthan.

I am using automatic machine since last year. Last month i faced drainage issue and called the technician, he said the issue was service/cleaning for which he charged rs 2200. Then after 3-4 days when i used it and i observed water leakage from machine. Again i made the complaint, the technician came and opened the machine and fixed the issue using fevi quick and gave me a liquid solution for rs 1000 saying use it every month and you will not face this kind of problem. when i used the machine for the next time i observed more water leakage from the bottom, again i made the complaint again technician (company called them so) came and this time he used a pipe to stop the leakage although he just charged rs 80 this time. Now i dont know how much this solution will work but i am really fed up of this thing. Every time i have to wait for hours at home for the technician. I have to constantly keep a track of it, i mean its such kind of headache that it has became intolerable how can such a reliable company have such kind of poor technician and poor people at customer care. Completely pissed off.
