Hello sir, my mobile is Sansui horizon 2. my mobile is not a jio sim speed very slow. please mobile setting send me and your cutomerr care toll free number is switch off. Send me new customer care number.

28/10/2017 - officially called the dealer saying the thermostat is not stopping automatically and bulb need to replaced. Sansui Engg visited, changed the bulb with on payment of Rs 250/- and for thermostat he made a service requisition. On 30/10/17 i send official SMS to 53030 by writing "SVC". The customer care personnel took the complain and informed with 2 working problem will be solved. Later they send us the SMS of local Vadodara service station with AHM No 3110170014 on 31/10/2017 with contact no of Asif 9574536394. Seems Asif was least bothered neither contact me nor gave any response. On 6/11/17 again i send the message SMS "SVC" - 53030. Here they gave me the no. of Mr Hemandra Gandhi - 7096020022. Interesting on 6/11/17 i called but he was in market and assured me of calling back. I waited then next day 7/11/17 - i personally called and he assured by today problem will be solved as ENGG will be visiting my place. Once again on 8/11/17 - once again i called (a reminder) Gandhi sir,"Nobody turned out, will you pls arrange to send Service Engg". Here he assured, 100% problem will be solved but as usual nobody turned out. On 9/11/17 & today 10/11/17 - every time false assurance. My only concern if parts is not available or whatever is the reason kindly state,"sir your problem will be solved by this & this date so pls bear" but no of the time it was said only false assurance.

Now i understood why the SANSUI product is not purchased by Indian because of later service issue. Today once again took the phone no of Mr Sunil Jhaveri wherein Customer Care personnel Mr Sahil & Radha has assured to be done by 24 hours.

Concern is "Is Customer fool as it directly reflecting everyday new assurance of Service Engg will come". My father is Senior Citizen and all his medicine are kept in Refrigerator. From 12 days, 10 time he call me for the service engg and around 20 times reminder while at home each day. What answer should i give him as Customer Care Executive & Engg are fooling the Customer by giving false promises.

To openly rate i shall give big "zero"

I m really pissed off with your service and now your heads for the Noida location is not even responding to the complaint. I need a solution for that if possible otherwise consumer court is the good option for me.

The concerned person for the region is MR. Harish kumar, it's my 14 days from the day of complaint.you guys don't deserve to stay in India if our govt policy were good enough then you couldn't be looting us.

There is a crack on my Sansui 22 inch LCD TV. Can the screen be replaced or repaired?

Sansui customer care is not responding. tried reaching on 39404040, SMS 'SVC' to 53030 and email write2us @vgmail.in, customercare @vgmail.com. But all have no response. 39404040 keep customer in waiting continously, SVC shares only 'Thank you message for contacting' and email have failure delivery notification 'Your message wasn't delivered to write2us @vgmail.in because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.'

I bought Sansui LED TV in 2016.product showing defects in pannel. I request to service centre to replace it or repair it but they are always answering that parts are not available.

Why you people setup such company where you can not provide services properly and you people don't have parts of your products from month.are you really follow quality norms? You didn't have buffer stock of parts?

Sansui is a fraud company. In 6 months its battery has been changed second time. The phone is in service center from 3.5months, and they keep saying we haven't received the battery yet. This is fraud, once it board has also been changed.

I have a Sansui split AC (1 ton), which was purchased in Feb 2016. The model number is SSZ35WS1-MDA- ID (serial number : 1101168980294). The cooling is not happening properly from the last couple of months, and now water has started to blow up from the inner unit.

Request to fix it.

Hi team,

We purchased LED TV SANSUI 42 inch on October 10th 2015.

There was display problem in the TV and i called customer care and they have provided the ticket BAN0907180167. It is in 3 years warranty. I am trying calling the customer care and Shreya Teknis multiple times, but the problem is not resolved. They are totally reluctant to receive my calls. Now they are telling that the part is not available and get the TV replaced. I can't give any money as it is in warranty. They have to provide TV free without any additional cost and get it repaired.

Planning to go for consumer court.

I buy a tv 18/08/2015 and my warranty period is 3 year at the last date my tv is being damage. At the last date (18/08/2018) I contact the seller (patra electronic) said your warranty is expired, could it possible. So that I want to be as possible as repair my tv.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that your sales executive Shri Rajiv Ranjan his mobile no.8692972692 have offered me to port my no. from Vodafone to Airtel by false committing. He stated that i have been offered a plan of Rs. 300/- per month including all. In reality it is observed that from my first bill after porting was Rs. 345.00. The matter was already taken up to the customer care personal of Airtel company. After listening to my grievances he assured that the matter will be taken up seriously and complaint will be registered.

Again this month bill i have received of Rs. 470.00 which is Rs.170 /- more than the assured amount. So therefore, i request you kindly take necessary action against the person who has mislead me while offering of mobile data plan and let me know the compliance status of this complaint.

The worst ever experience in customer service I faced is Sansui I have purchased a TV of Sansui which was not working and was sent to service center. Now it's more than 40 days no response.

Your service center people behave like the TV was not purchased it was given free.

Can you please update me when is this going to the repaired.

I purchased a Sansui 50" TV in 2016 and TV warranty is of 5 years. But I complained the customer care of sansui and they said it will be demand me services charges Rs.1300/-.

According to me warranty means there is no service charges.
