Complaint un-heard
I need to talk to the proper person responsible who take care of after sale service. I m really pissed off with your service and now your head for the location is not even responding to the complaint. I need a solution for that if possible otherwise consumer court is the good option for me. I am really pissed off with this company I have made almost 10 calls but my problem is not resolved yet, its almost 13-14 days up after complaint has been lodged.

Mere paas 32inch sansui led hai, jiska 2 month se panel defective hua pada hai. Abhi tak iska koi solution nai hua hai or led waranty mein hai. plz aap is led ka panel change karva kar de ya mera paisa mujhe refund kare.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is very painful to bring in your notice that I had purchased Sansui 28 inches LED television on 14th Nov 2015 from SHAM LAL & CO., having its CSD dealer store at Delhi Cantt, New Delhi.
This product came with 1+3 years warranty.
After using 1+ year we started facing some technical issues. I had lodged a complaint vide complaint no. PAT0712170023 on customer care. They had sent an engineer Mr. Guddu Singh, his mobile no. is 6201940509. After inspecting the TV engineer came to know that the same can't be fixed and needs to be changed, means company will replace my TV. Also he had told me that the customer will have to bear 1/3 cost and taken Rs. 2000 from me, bit he did not give me receipt of the same.
Since that day i have been rigorously following up for the replacement or service of my TV, but no one is giving relevant response but harassing me and even they are not willing to return the money which I have given to the engineer.
It is a kind of fraud happened to me.
Also I had talked to Mr. Sanjeev, who is the owner/incharge of the authorised service center in Chhapra, his mobile no is 8015500209. He has talked to me very rudely and asked me that if I'm having the proof of the payment i had made to the engineer.
Sir, I have no choice left rather than going to the consumer court or police. Please treat this as super urgent and resolve the same on priority. I am attaching the copy of Invoice, warranty card,

मेरी टीवी पर साईड मे only effect on tv लिख के आ रहा है जिससे रिमोट से बन्द कर देने पर भी ओटोमेटिक चालू हो जाती है तथा सेटिंग चालू करने पर लाईन ऊपर नीचे होती रहती है. क्या करे?
Induction cooktop
हमने सुंसुई का इंडक्शन कुकटोप मंगाया था. पर वो 7 महीने बाद से ही काम करना बन्द कर दिया कंप्लेन भी बहुत की महीने में 4या 5 बार कंप्लेन करते है. सूंसुई वाले कहते है कि फ्लिपकार्ट वालो पर कॉल करे और फ्लिपकार्ट वाले कहते है कि सनसुई वालो पर कॉल करे सुनसुई वालो ने भी कई बार मेरी बैंक डिटेल मंगा ली पर अभी तक कोई निर्णय नहीं निकला है. क्या किया जाए?
Display stop working with 30 days from the installation
We purchased a Sansui LED TV 50" 4k on 15/08/2023 and which was installed on 17 or 18 September 2023 and now its display is gone / not working .
