Due to regular reminding the customer support of Daikin service center there is no response till now. I tried to take follow up with customer care executive but there was no proper response regarding my complain. This shows the working culture of the Daikin service center in spite of calling thrice there was no sincere concern regarding my issue. As per the conversation with Mr Sudhir he ensured me that my complain will be rectify within 24 hours but still there is no response.

These are my three complains which i have put but there is no confirmation regarding my complain.

This shows all incompetent people in a department.

I am feeling very sorry to be a DAIKIN customer. This is not a Japanese brand but it is a third class brand in the guise of DAIKIN.

You people are cheating with customers in the name of service and warranty. I have purchased this AC ON 4-6-2017, exactly after 11 months the cooling had deteriorated and Now. I came to know that you
outsource service from local service providers who don't know how to repair AC.

I will never ever recommend DAIKIN to any one. I registered a complain last month in the month of APRIL regarding the cooling issue but the technician who visited told me that DAIKIN don't cools in such temperature and he went away and closed my case. I was busy, so I didn't contacted customer care executive.

I am facing this issue of slow cooling since past many months, so again I registered a complain on 7-MAY-2017. Service request for the same is: KOL0705201813920693, My service request was assigned to
IMPERIAL ENTERPRISES (CONTACT NO- 91-657-6560543 AND 91 9234693302). Two people came to my home at around 3:20PM yesterday (on 7 may) and they said that my AC is having leakage problem, so they need to bring the gas and refill it . They took out the job-sheet and mocked me to sign it and made me to write on it that there is "no cooling" in the AC. After that they went away by saying that we will come tomorrow again so be at home. I waited till evening and when I contacted him, he said that he is busy and he will come some other day. Is this the daikin service? What this Guy will do, he will make a false estimate
that he refilled gas in my unit and did this and that and will make a false bill. so not I am only is being cheated but the DAIKIN itself is being cheated because of all this.

I registered a new complain and the complain number for the same is KOL0805201813931644. This time my service request was assigned to N.S. APPLIANCES. A person contacted me and I told him the ordeal, he was about to come for "WET SERVICE" but he came and took out the mouth cleaning tooth brush and cleaned my ac in the most wild way (only indoor unit).

My AC fails to cools when the outside temperature is above 40 degree celsius, I am is from JAMSHEDPUR (JHARKHAND ). Last year it was working fine but now it is not working at said temperature .

So, I request DAIKIN to care for its customers, my unit is still in warranty, if you cannot provide me GOOD after sale service then replace the entire unit atleast this will be the last time and you guys who is reading this email, don't have to pay from your packet. So your outsourced service centres are playing with your brand name. If DAIKIN wants to establish itself in INDIA then instead of outsourcing third class and cheap after sale service provider, better open your own service centres.

Hi, My ac is just 2 month old I had made my complaint on 24 may bcs the ac making to much noise. But there is no response from the service center and company. I just request that don't perches this Ac bcs bad service.

Daikin casset ac hot and cold, i had purchase on june 2016 and facing problem of proper cooling from purchase date to till date. Service center technician not give proper solution and behavior of guy are very worst . i have very bad experience from the company.

I bought 2 cassette ac on june 2016. my ac not cooling from the 1st day. i called daikin customer service many many times and they assured that they will resolve my problem within 24hours from our local service centre which is chirag sales and the owner name is Rajesh and daikin jaipur head mr. agresan verma. they did not solve Ac problem till date.i send a complain mail to company official website on june 2018 but my problem not solve till date. plz solve my problem as soon as..if my problem not solve soon then i will complain in consumer court against company.

I bought my split ac on april 9th 2018. my ac stopped cooling on 15th i called daikin customer service on 16th 9am and they assured i will get a call back within four hours from our local service centre which is sachdeva electro sales and the owner name is gaurav. they didnt call for 4 days customer service made a conference call. owner Gaurav said someone by tomorrow will come and fix my ac. Next day no one came and again service centre didnt bother to call me or to take my call.

I had to call customer service again had a argument so finally technician came on 21st on 6th day (Mr.Gaurav said it was Eid on 16th and sunday on 17th. i agree with him but still it took him 6 days to send a technician and four days to get in touch that to both times it was a conference done by customer service). Technican said he cannot fix my ac as there is a problem with the compressor called and requested the owner of the service centre Gaurav to place my request immediately which he assured he will do it on 21st. Today on 22nd i called again customer support they said they dont have any such request for the change of compressor, gave me the no. of ghaziabad head office they said the same thing. i dont understand why didnt Mr.Gaurav place the request on the very same day (even after i called and requested, i believe everything is recorded. so kindly check your system if there is any request placed on 21st for the change of compressor) when they know they have to change the compressor.

Gaurav told me it will take 7 days for the replacement but people at ghaziabad headoffice assured me they will deliver it within 3 days.why Mr.Gaurav said it will take 7 days when head office is saying it will take 3 days because he dont care about customer or bother to find out how much time it will take. ghaziabad head office staff was helpful and assured me and said they will do their best to help me. Mr.Gaurav daikin service centre owner here in saharanpur (up) never bother to take customer call lies to customer about sending technician and when i asked him why didnt he place the request to change the spare part on very same day he said i told you wait for seven days so wait does it mean if he says wait for a month or wait for few months i should wait even if the head office is saying they can deliver it within 3 days and he is just a dealer and a service provider.today is 22nd its been 7 days my ac is broken,if i wouldnt have called today may be Mr.Gaurav would made me wait for a month or something as it a big task to file a request to change a compressor.

According to Mr.Gaurav i was bothering him asked me to never call him.he said i can do whatever i want and file a complain he dont care.check my call records on your system how many times i had to call since 16th to get in touch with the local service centre Mr.Gaurav. you can get in touch with your ghaziabad staff and enquire about the same issue and check my call records as well.

kindly please tell me did i buy daikin to get insulted or to be lied or when we need help we call for days and serveral time a day and your local service centre people dont even bother to attend customer call and they misbehave with their customers.please let me remind you this is the peak time of summer and its not only me i have a family and a small kid who are suffering as well.

I dont know how many people know sachdeva elctro sales and the owner Mr Gaurav in india or in Saharanpur, but i do know not only in india but people in other countries are well aware of brand daikin. is this is the kind of people you have hired to represent daikin? word of mouth is the biggest form of marketing specially in india but sadly this is the kind of experience i have to share with my family and friends where your local service centre people think they can treat customers like garbage.

We requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company. For that we have logged a case with your customer care support on 30th September 2019, Service request no: CHE3009201922226387 and this request has been assigned to your authorized dealer COOL ZONE AIR CONDITIONERS. The executive from Cool Zone had visited our home checked Indoor & Outdoor Unit and said we have to carried out WET service which cost 1200 INR due to dust in Indoor Unit, Other than everything fine (GAS Level). We agreed for WET service but there no availability on cleaning machine same day he said we will make it on another day. But they didn’t turned up again for WET service.

Again I have logged a case on 12th October 2019 for WET service and the service request no: CHE1210201922307412 and again this request also assigned to COOL ZONE AIR CONDITIONERS. The executive from Cool Zone had visited on 13th October 2019 did WET service on Indoor and also checked the Outdoor GAS level and assured us that everything on perfect condition as per their technical measures.

However, After 15 days the cooling is not proper, It has been really inconvenient for us without air conditioning and my small kid had suffered a lot. So again I have raised a service request no: CHE0911201922489225 and The executive from Cool Zone had visited and said there is no GAS on unit seems GAS leakage, They need to do some experiments to verify where exactly GAS leakage on unit for that I need to pay 3900 INR, So I refused to do the experiments by executive.

Again I have contacted Customer Care and informed the same entire story to the executive, He had provide me an Chennai Branch office number (044-40807676) to contact Mr. Robin but there is no proper response on that number which provide by Customer Care Support.

Here My question is my unit was working perfectly before WET service, Even I booked a case for general service but the executive said need to do WET service since they are technical sounds on this issue, I Agreed to do WET service and paid 1200 INR within 15days again they are saying GAS leakage issue and need to pay 3900 for that.
I can strongly says this looks like an some game play by COOL ZONE AIR CONDITIONERS, even they are not giving proper answer for the query inside that they are brain washing me to pay 3900 INR for GAS leakage testing. So your outsourced service centers are playing with your brand name and customer money.

Please send someone to repair the unit immediately as I am concerned about the possibility of exhaustion.
