Dear Daikin team,

I am writing this email out of complete disappointment for the Service that have been provided for a newly purchased Daikin AC (FTC Model) which was referred & recommended very highly by me for a charitable cause. If a newly purchase Daikin product is not functioning, I dont want repairment but a replacement with the new one.

I am a user of 3 Daikin AC at my residence & the Company Service personal have failed me twice this time.

Priority Issue 1) - A New Daikin AC was installed at Jodhpur, Address- Manav Dharam Ashram, Near Jhalamand Choraha, Contact Mahatma Kaushal Baiji Mob: 09783116439. Alternate Number 09717112210 (Mohit Sharma).

It was installed more than a month back & till date the AC is not cooling & after atleast 20 follow-ups the Service Personal Appointed by Ganesham Distributor Jodhpur turned up to check the issue. The First Service personal who came to the site for Installation (Mahendar & MUkesh team referred by Ganesham Electronic Retail Chain,Sardarpura Jodhpur)), raised the matter of Voltage Fluctuation Issue, for which I already gave them a stabilizer, but it turned out that they have got the resident buy a new Stablizer just double the cost.

Till date the AC is not working, I have personally called up Mr. Ranjit (from Daikin Jaipur, Mob: 9983201201) to handle the issue, who in turn gave me the Number of Mr. Bhanwar from Jodhpur (Mob: 09829380460), till now NO Solution.

They have now asked me to put an online request, for which I am trying the toll free number 1800229300 congestion problem.

Priority Issue 2)

A New Daikin AC was Installed at my residence and the Installer(Mr Toshif, Mob: 08769196007) in hurry Installed it at such a wrong place ill advising me that it will work there, now due to heated environment the Outdoor unit gets stopped after running for half an hour. Address Santoshi Kripa, H.No:6B, Model Town, Jodhpur. Contact Mohit Sharma Mob: 09717112210. Just because he was in a hurry he ill fitted it, & when I called him up to recheck, he asked me to shift the AC on the terrace which would additionally cost me Rs.5000/- for the Copper Wire & Power wire (of 20 ft long).

If my issue doesn't get resolved, for the hard earned money that I have spent on a product that I trusted, i am going to ensure of going to Consumer Court & Social Media to get your attention.
