Resort in Lonavala, bad experience
Our experience in Lonavala was very bad. we need to go to restaurant in cab, we were asking for cab since 9.30 but the cab came at 10pm. when we reached there the buffet started closing down, we just had our snacks they started winding up. we were told that time to wind up was 10.30pm but we we have reached there by 10pm it was not our fault they should have had cab service frequently so as to reach there in time. afterwards they were serving as if they are obliging us by serving the food. And it was festival of ID and they were charging extra 200/head. ultimately it so happened that we could not have dinner properly and all staff was arguing on wrong foot.
Membership cancelization
Hi, please cancel my membership and transfer my balance money to my account.I stayed with my family just 1 night morning we vacated from Madikeri club Mahendra resort we are not comfortable with this membership. it is not at all useful to me, kindly do need full things to me. this month onwards don't deduct installment money from my account.

Poor customer care service
Tried to speak with a customer care executive but the system is so pathetic that in spite of dialing the member id instead of the being forwarded to the executive it goes back to the start menu.
Bad room service
Very bad experience at Club Mahindra Pondy... Spent the night thinking of reporting lack of hospitality in the consumer court. Below is the sequence of things that led to this thought.
Checked-in on 1st November 2019. My brother in law is a red category guest. Firstly dint get the required bookings despite booking well in advance. One of our family had to make arrangements in another hotel for one'of the days out of 2 day stay at Pondy. On the one day that we stayed, checked in at 145 pm on Nov 1st. Reported AC not functioning at 3pm, 445 pm technician is sent to the room 219. They try til 8pm without any use, they said the board was a problem and tried to replace it with no use. As a guest, had to guard the room, sending family to the lounge, but myself could not attend the lounge.
After waiting so long, left the room to the technician and myself left to the lounge. Came back to take something from the room at 830pm, only to get a response from the technician that he tried his best, but could not resolve and how he had to skip his food attending us. He told us he will report this to the office to look for an alternate room for us. Nobody even bothered to call and at least acknowledge the problem. Spent the whole night without sleep as I write this complaint in pain.. hope someone attends and compensate us for the bad experience. Will talk to my Brother in law to cancel the membership.
