I have shown interest towards your club mahindra. Your sales executive Mr. Mohit Kumar came and met me and he told me about the various offers your club provides. That was quite convincing so i agreed to become the white studio member and I made a down payment of 10% of the total amount. further we informed that we have done our hotel bookings from 12 June onwards, same was canceled because this person said that we will be provided hotel from your club on same dates.
Now when I wanted to avail the offer I came to know that all the promises made by him were false. As this guy is not picking up his phone and his senior Mr. Guarav Goel is also not picking up the phone and even not replying on mails it has been around more than12-15 days and there is no response from your customer care number also.
In such circumstances I would not like to take your membership and request to refund my deposit back. Also make sure that no further EMI is debited from my credit card.

Dear Sir,
I Dharmendra .S.Ghael has taken membership from mr.Nikhil Mahimkar n MR.Vishal Bhardwaj on28/11/2016 but sorry to say till date that is on 21/03/17 I Had not received my membership no. i had taken Red membership n paid 65% of amount but sorry to say i had not received anything like mobile set plus holiday voucher. so i would earnestly like to request you send me all the documents n gift as soon as possible.

A cheating game by Mahindra
Since the past ten days I was constantly been contacted from Mahindra's office saying there is customer meet to explain about new launches from Mahindra. They also told me that I am specially selected from their customer list and there is a compliment waiting for me.
When I landed up at TVS Mahindra showroom in Kottayam on 22 September, it turned out to be sales campaign by club Mahindra. They explained their new packages. At the end of the session they gave me a card which could be utilised as a discount coupon for the next service of my Mahindra vehicle. I have 3 Mahindra vehicles and among them my Thar was due for service on 25th September. I got the vehicle serviced and produced this coupon for discount, the service centre wouldn't accept it saying they don't have any information regarding this. When I called the sales personnel of club Mahindra who gave me this coupon he said may be their office has not transferred the money to Mahindra's office.
What a crude way of cheating, I was allured to this function telling a lie that this function is to present new vehicles, secondly I was given a discount coupon which their service centre doesn't accept. What an insult to an ardent Mahindra customer.
