The credit card 524182820438**** does not belong to me. The pan card number has been issued to two people. Pan card no. AAIPW7057J IS MINE and pan card no. AWPV7474L. So kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and transfer all his information in his account.

I am continuously harassed by SBI executives. Few months back i got a call and was told that sbi is providing a card without any annual fee charges then i said ok and as soon as i received it from the next month onward i get to know that the card is charging annual fee. i was made fool by your authority and i went to the branch and they said your card will be closed but your executive are bribing me and saying that they will do something bad with me as they have paper which were signed by me please help & after that they continuously calling me they call me about 2000 calls but the problem has not sort yet please help my credit card no 4377 4865 7576 **** namely vijay gupta mobile no 9312644562.

I have not purchased any goods or articles during my billing cycle start on 03/04/2016. However I have received a massage on my registered mobile no on 22/04/2016 that Outstanding amount Rs5219/ is due on my billing cycle ending on 23/04/2016. In this connection it is stated that I am a very old customer of sbi card and never defaulted in making payment of Sbi Card. I presumed that about two month backs I had received the call from customer care or SBI bank that my cheque had destroyed and same may replace with new one. If the outstanding amount is due to that which was not my mistake.

You are therefore requested to look into my case and waived off the additional charges if any levied and obliged me.

You have provided the card helpline numbers but there is no use at all because i tried minimum 20 time but not responding my call, then why would u provide those facility. And this is not a way to treat a customer i am tried plenty of times but there is no reply. sooo i say totally bad service from sbi.

My credit card account was closed but again they detected Rs 1500and fd amount was still not refunded and no any information and i need paper copy of payment history from starting date to ending date conduct mobile number 9445389636.

With due respect and humble submission that I Zion Nixon Peter P, SBI card no. 437748620571**** is want withdraw fixed deposit from SBI tuticorin branch but bank manager said your fixed deposit amount can not be withdrawn due to with out submitting fixed deposit bond, which is opened by your SBI cards (card no.437748620571****) and I also closed credit card account with you but my fixed deposit bond not yet received to my mail and home address.

In view of above please close my fixed deposit account link with you and send my fixed deposit bond paper to my mail/home addressee which are also registered with you for with drawing my money immediately due to I am facing financial problem. thank you.

Exp date of my card is 08/2016 and want to renew my card. just now I have tried for flexypay and balance transfer but failed please help. till date I did not face any difficulty. I am long customer of sbi card.

First of all i want to say i hate these credit cards but due to some urgent work and compelling circumstances i take credit card in my name. It was told that the card will received within 15 days of the application but the same was received after 1 (One) month and the very purpose of the same defeated as my daughter left India for a training to Israel before the card received. I paid the initial charges of Rs. 2999/- of the card. I have never made a single transaction from this credit card no. 4377**********74. As the bank did not deliver the card as per time given it is a part of very....... very...... very...... bad service.

On the basis of a demand from you in the month of March'16, I paid Rs 600/- by debit card on 02.04.16. But similar demand has been raised in April'16 again which seems an error. Though the customer service person confirmed correction of the same and inform by SMS, it has not been done so far and the demand remains open. Request you to do the needful for the correction urgently and inform.

Hi to SBI card team. Myself DARPANMEHRA want to close my sbi card (advantage plus ) FD base. My till date outstanding is Rs 6763.02 paisa. Request you to deduct my outstanding from my FD, and transfer my balance amt to my sbi account. I have already closed the card by making a call to the customer care of sbi card. I received call from mobile no.9205188765 reg enquiry of my sbi card details while i am giving reply, the person on mobile (lady )who spoke rudely and scolded me. pl clarify.

My name is C.Narayanan, my credit card No. is ending with 0663, You have blocked my card about three months back, but still your applying all sundry charges. This is totally unjustifiable. This is like, you will block the road for my usage but charging me to pay road tax. Anyway, as I know any amount of reasonableness will not work with the usurpers, I have decided to close the card once and for ever, as of now I am 78 years old and is ailing, I dont want to leave any debt not paid by me. Please waive all the unreasonable charges imposed on me for more than a quarter and inform me one final settlement amount, which I have decided to pay and settle.

According to my card 524182643445**** statment, the amount shown against as due is incorrect as because of there is no fee for annual charge so please correct it. then there will not be any amount pending.

In march 2016 there was a call from Delhi customer care of SBI stating we have cancelled all reward and bonus point on SBI credit card Miss Anjali Gupta see told me i am calling from SBI credit card department you will some product instead of bonus point in which 01 pair shoes, 01 polo watch, 01 full sleeves arrow shirt, 01 arrow pant, 01 black belt and some coupon with outlets of hotel were we can use those coupon. see also told to speak to his executive who told if you will not like our product then it will be replace within 60 days by us. but i can't understood without giving my password how he can debit rupee 7988/- from my credit card. please sir tell me what i should do so i can clear my credit card payment and that product is still in pack position with me. please help me out.

Kindly discontinue the services of credit card delivered to above mentioned name, as the card is in not use since one and half year, despite several request made to you for closure of card, consequently resulting in an outstanding amount every month. Hence kindly resolve the issue with actual and minimum amount required for closure of card. Please reply at the earliest to avoid the further interest.
