It is requested that the deducted amount may please be refunded to my credit card account at the earliest.

I have booked a ticket online from your web site for my journey of 12 May 2021 from Calicut(CCJ) to Delhi on 06 May 2021 at 1025Hrs. I opted for Bank Transfer option through Google Pay and paid the amount of Rs 4726/-. The amount was deducted from my State Bank of India Account ( Transaction Ref: upi id:112610232133). The amount was transferred to 5097831162092. However the ticket was not generated. Now i spoke with the customer care rep and he give me the PNR No (JJ0J1).

It is requested that, please be send the ticket to my given E Mail id at the earliest for my journey.

Sir, i will like to request you to kindly refund my two cancelled tickets which were booked on
15feb.2020 for our flight on 22 May.2020 and cancelled from air india site due to covic pendamic. We were not abled to travelled on that day . I had talked with one of your customer care service and register a complaint (no.-09669453). But still the amount is not yet refunded. So i like to request you to kindly refund the said amount as soon as possible. My details of the tickets are 1. 0982132894517 ( IROM MANGALEIMA) and 2. 0982132894518 (IROM RONIBALA CHANU ).

I have booked a ticket online for my journey 18 August 21 from Trivandrum to Bagdogra on 19 August 21 13:15 pm. I opted for Bank transfer option to pay and paid the amount of Rs 9054/- the amount was deducted from my State bank of India account transaction PNR-J0XE1 transaction Ref-WSBI0159259616 However the ticket was not generated. It is request that the deducted amount May please be refund to my account.

This is for your kind information I was booked a ticket having Name - Ajaz Ahmad , ticket number 0982160573151, PNR - JLNF7Q through online Airindia Web site from Ranchi to Doha via Delhi. But Airindia was cancelled ranchi to Delhi flight and simply send a message, after that I talked with customer care and cancelled the tickets on 30th july 2022, and they said that your refund will be made in 14 to 21, but still not received the refund amount. I have called customer care many times, every time they takes information from me and only filled the feedback, sometimes they said I will keep you in high priority, but after completion of 35 days still not refund the ticket cancellation amount. This cancellation is made from your side, so that please refund my money as soon as possible.

I have booked a ticket (PNR NO. QTLXNC, TICKET NO. 0982162860183) online for my journey on 23 June 2023 from Bombay to Doha on 27 Feb 2023. On 06 June 2023 while trying to modify my booking from 23 June 2023 to 24 June 2023, I opted for Internet Banking option to pay and paid the amount of Rs 4192/-. The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account (Transaction Ref: 231571892801). However the ticket was not generated and amount got deducted from the mentioned account. It is requested that the deducted amount may please be refunded to my HDFC Bank Account.
