Complaint: cabinet need to change.

The washing machine is top load, they did the service with quite manner. They didn't shows in online working condition. One day after, I just connect water inlet and started. The water is not poured into drum.. Instead of that, the water falls out of the drum.

Due to that, the washing machine itself full of leakage. They charged Rs. 3300 for the service.. I was calling repeatedly, there is no response from them.. I felt bad service.

I have a 1.5 ton Ac purchased in Aug 2018 (Off season) from reliance , and not in used due to winter seasons. Now from April 2019 due to summer when i started using AC in April 2019 it had a cooling problem. I complained on the toll free number in 2 April 2019 and the technicians came to resolve it but cooling issue has been not resolved and it took under observation. Again after few days i logged complaint regarding cooling. the Complaint number is 1003027466. Technician and other IFB team visited the site but cooling issue has been not resolved. Team decided to replaced the AC. But till date AC has been not replaced. I have suffering from AC cooling from 3 months but no any positive response from customer care even they didn't know the status of complaint.

My money totally goes wastage to purchase this product.

Worst product and worst delay servicing ever experienced. Really bad, Never going to recommend to any on. I am not at all satisfied with the company.

I have purchased a top loaded washing machine from IFB point Hadapsar pune, I purchased this machine on 23/11/19 and with 15 days IFB machine stopped cutting off the water intake and same day we have raised a complaint with IFB service center .Guy from IFB service center came to check the IFB machine twice at my apartment and replace the front panel of the machine which worked for 1 day and next day same issue started.

IFB Service center guy raised for replacement request with IFB saying machine is faulty and after 20 days with lot of follow up I got a new machine , after the installation on the same issue started again, now they are insisting to add IFB stabilizer for 3500 rupees at my home saying electricity voltage is messing up in my apartment, but when I am asking him to give this in a written mail and ensure me that after putting stabilizer there IFB machine will work fine for which he is not ready, and why this is not communicated before purchasing the IFB machine that stabilizer is mandatory?

Now again IFB retailer raised a new request for the replacement second time and now from last 20 days we are following with IFB point Replacement Manager as he is committing that I will get a new machine within 2 days. Still the issue is not fixed and i have not got new washing machine.

I can say I have made big mistake trusting on IFB.

I bought IFB WASHING MACHINE senator smart touch 8kg model on 02/01/2019. After using it for 1 year 8 months it's touch panel malfunctioned.

I registered my complaint with IFB on 17 Aug 2020. For at least one week I didn't receive any call from service center in kalyan (Maharashtra).

I got the service center no. 8879540836 from IFB Helpline number. After several attempts, they picked the call on 27 Aug 2020 and said my complaint will be resolved within two days. They sent the technician on 31 Aug 2020. He told washing machine touch panel has to be replaced.

After this I made many calls to service center. But they didn't picked the phone. I tried to call brach coordinator Mr Yogesh, he is also not responding to my calls. I don't know for what they have opened the service center. More than 2 weeks are over no answer from IFB. Many times called to help line number, they said my complaint has been escalated. But I'm not seeing any action on my complaint.

Most irritating is the service center number and people working there. Don't have any courtesy to call customer back and give the status of complaint.

I feel IFB has cheated me. I don't know how they have selected the service center which is so irresponsive.

I had registered a complaint at IFB. Later I was given the contact number of a Mr. Ganesh Holkar supposedly from IFB Indore. Mr. Ganesh Holkar said that a technician would come from IFB. The technician who arrived carried a card of LG. I called up Mr. Ganesh Holkar he said that he will check and intimate what needs to be done. The Technician said that either the PCB of the External Unit or the PCB of the AC Unit is to be replaced. Effectively the technician was not sure.

We were informed that the part would come in three or four days from Bhopal. When we did not hear from Mr. Ganesh Holkar we called him multiple times and we were repeatedly told that he is in conference calls and busy in meetings or would not answer at other times.

I then contacted the toll free number giving my customer complaint ticket number as 1006485561. I was told the part would come from Guwahati and not from Bhopal after the case was escalated. The part has not come till date.

I called again this morning on 30 March 2021. An agent named Ms. Pooja lifted the phone and said that the concerned person is busy and a call would come back in 20 minutes. One and half hours later since the call did not come, I was forced to call back and speak to another agent named Ms. Madhuri. She said that some one named Mr. Shailendra Bajpai from Indore needs to be contacted. I was provided with a contact number. So I asked her who Mr. Ganesh Holkar was if Mr. Shailendra was the coordinator in Indore. She indicated that Mr. Ganesh Holkar was not the coordinator and may be is the Technician. I am seriously confused with the way IFB India works.

I am interested in knowing when the resolution will take place?

I bought IFB 30frc2 and it is making noises on the first use itself. How bad service this has and not a good product. I can't contact services at all. Even if I do they say contact the other number. I bought a IFB dishwasher machine in the year of 2019..At that time the dealer told us that we get 2 free services from IFB.. But till now I did not get any services from company. I tried to call them many time but not get any respond. Very disappointed with IFB.

This is my ticket no 1010312434.
I have registered complaint on 13th of dec 2022, A service engineer came to home on the next day and informed that the drum has to get changed and he committed me to do this in 3 working days. After that I made 3 complaints for the same ticket no and till now the complaint is not yet sorted out.

Pathetic services and fake commitment provided by lucknow IFB service department. Its been 5 days and no body has come for installation. Even after generating ticket number nobody came to do the installation.
