I was traveling from Kochi to Guwahati via Banglore (6E457) when I get the bag in Guwahati the handle is broken. Indigo's supervisor is present there at the convey belt starting point. I take to she's attention and she has taken the photo of the damaged bag and sent it to she's Manger. After 5 minutes she told you will get a voucher from Indigo to compensate. mail will get today evening, but I wait till midnight no information. now I call the call center they told me to have to report to the airport language department. indigo is cheating the travelers in diplomatic way.

Bag got damaged in check in. I need my voucher on my friend name.

On 6th Jan. 2023, I tried to book a ticket online from Hyderabad to Raipur by goindiGo flight for my journey on 1st Feb. 2023. I selected SBI Net banking for making online payment of Rs. 4129/- (Rupees Four thousand one hundred and twenty nine only.) but, the payment transaction was not successful and the ticket got automatically cancelled. Since the transaction was not successful, the above mentioned amount did not automatically reverse into my account. PNR/Booking Reference of the ticket is NWUIRM. Kindly look into the mater and do the needful at the earliest.

I had booked two tickets of my relatives of indigo flight on 04 & 05 Dec 22 for 09 Jan 2023 .they had reached in time and taken boarding pass also but suddenly message passed by indigo department that flight has been cancelled due to poor weather so please go indigo counter and start processing for refund your amount. still I have received only single booking refund amount but another is pending and it is very difficult to identify the refund amount given against which booking ticket to me and indigo customer also. So please take necessary action against this complaint soon.

I want a refund of flight which we cancelled in 24 hours because of medical emergency and the passenger was hospitalised.

मे जसवीर कुमार मुंबई से जयपुर जाने के लिए इंडिगो फ्लाइट का टिकट बुक किया 9 मार्च को 15:40 pm जिसके लिए मैं एयरपोर्ट पर 14:00pm पर पहुंच गया था । मेरा pnr no IW3QPP फ्लाइट इंडिगो 5177 जो की मेरी वाइफ बच्चो के साथ किया गया था । जिसके लिए मेने 16700rs ka पेमेंट किया था । बिना किसी कारण के मुझको फ्लाइट से यात्रा करने के लिए मना किया गया। और बोला गया की आपको आपका पेमेंट वापिस कर दिया जाएगा। उसके बाद में वापिस vapi आ गया। जब मेरे कस्टमर केयर से कॉन्टैक्ट किया तो बोला गया की मे एयरपोर्ट पर टाइम से नही गया या फिर गलत टर्मिनल पर जाने के कारण आपकी फ्लाइट मिस हो गई थी। जसा की मेरी टिकट में टर्मिनल T 1 से थी तो मैं वही गया था । कस्टमर केयर द्वारा मुझको गलत जानकारी दी गई। इंडिगो फ्लाइट के स्टाफ द्वारा मुझको फ्लाईट में यात्रा करने से मना किया गया जो की मेरा अब तक का सबसे घटिया एक्सपीरियंस रहा ह। या तो इंडिगो मुझको मेरा पेमेंट पैलेंटी के साथ वापिस करे नही मै आगे की कार्यवाही के लिए कोर्ट का साथ लेता हु। क्यों की मेरा टाइम पर एयरपोर्ट पर जाना और फ्लाइट से यात्रा के लिए मना करना सब सीसीटीवी में रिकॉर्ड ह। आपके द्वारा मना करने के बाद मेने ट्रेन का टिकट बुक किया जो मुझको 2 दिन बड़का मिला जिसके लिए मेने 11530 पेमेंट किया और एयरपोर्ट से वापी जाने की लिए मेने 5000 टैक्सी का पेमेंट किया हे। आपसे अनुरोध हे की आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान करें जिसके चलते ना आपको और ना मुझको कोई प्राब्लम हो।

What a pity!!!!! Indigo flight number 6E2487 seat number 20A and 20B travelling from Delhi to Bangalore could not serve 2 glasses of Water to its customers.

Flight attendant Esha was busy selling food products and even with repeated reminders our request was never obliged. I was travelling with my daughter who is 15 years old and a father had to deal with a pathetic situation wherein, he was unable to get her a glass of water.

Kudos to the Indigo Team for a pathetic service !!!!

Each time I traveled from CCU, I had a bad experience. No exception this time too. For this travel, CCU Indigo airport employees(counter No 14 and 15 date 20th around 3.15am) made faces, spoke and behaved unprofessional, for raising any concern they answered "ok fine" and throw attitude. SHAME ON CCU Indigo management. No professionalism taught to airport staff.

I was travelling from Srinagar to Bangalore..on the 9 sept..2023..came home only to see an entire wheel of my suitcase ripped off.

I was flying from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar and had a severe migraine and Indio staff and service made it even worse. They should just close the company instead of giving us such a bad service.

Last year i had very bad experience with flying with indigo and decided not to travel anymore and still somehow I endup here again and had the worst experience again. So, never fly with Indigo.
