Meri reservation on 07 Nov ko kiya tha (from pune to dibrugarh). lekin meri achaanak duty pune mein extended hogaya isiliye Meri ticket cancel karke refund kijiye please. main customer care se baat karne se refund pure cash nahi milega bolraha hai agar iske liye mai mere official documents aapko bhej dungi to mujhe puri refund hone ka chance hai. please
