Thank you for your prompt response. However, the reservation number you sent (UFH9QW) is erroneous. On your website goindigo.in in the View / Change Booking, the specified code is determined to be erroneous and does not provide an opportunity to verify my booking. I will be grateful for troubleshooting.

"With reference to your mail, we have investigated and established that we have received the payment of USD 191 from your account on 12th May'18 under the transaction details provided by you and the booking reference number generated for the transaction is UFH9QW."

However, the UFH9QW booking code you specified is incorrect, because your on your site I can not check the status of the reservation. (inscription - The Booking Reference you were searching, could not be located. Please verify that you have entered it correctly and try again.)

I ask you to solve the problem in the shortest possible time and inform me of the correct booking number.

I was traveling from flight 6E2331 PNR XP51SC in which my glass bottle was packed and even after telling your staff at the Delhi airport about my glass bottle and even after that they didn't took care of my belongings, now I would like you do something about it and tell me how you are gonna compensate about the same.
