Undermentioned details may please considered at most urgency.
Following PNR numbers (PNR number - BG7WGL & PJHGYT) were booked for journey from Chandigarh to Srinagar vide above mentioned PNRs. The same has been re-directed through DELHI due to operational reason. Now we are facing difficulty in clearing our tour claims through our accounts department.

History of the case.

Direct Flight booked for Srinagar from Chandigarh to Srinagar for 3rd August 2019. Same was re-scheduled  and re-routed by your side.

Dear sir,

I traveled from your airline on 14-10-2019 from Madurai to Chennai with my 3 family members. I kept my pouch in front of my seat 8A in the jacket of the seat and just forget to take it while dis-embanking the flight.This pouch was containing some valuable documents and currency. I requested the ground staff namely Ms Simi and Mr Amarnath at the Chennai airport who came to our help and got us the pouch within 1/2 an hour. We are thankful to the airline for providing the honest and quick services of the above staff who saved us from the loss of valuable documents and currency.

I had traveled with my two relatives (3 persons) by Indigo Airlines WE 97 on 24 December 2019 from Varanasi to Bangkok, but flight was delayed more than 8 hours. So we got many problem on that day and we had bought flight insurance from Thailand and that insurance company need letter from Indigo Airlines for explain about flight delayed on 24 December 2019. We were a group of 8 senior citizens travelling to Ahmedabad via Bombay. We wanted to get our luggage delivered at Ahmd. but the clerk would not allow that since our tickets were in 2 segments even though we had booked the tickets for Triv. to Ahd.Finally Priya came to our help and went out of her way to help us with our luggage to be picked up at Ahd.It saved us a lot of hassle and inconvenience. I commend her for excellent service and cooperation . The clerk named Reena also was kind enough to help us out with our check-in. Thank you to both of them for good service.

I didn't get my refund of the cancelled flight 6E-6126 which I booked earlier from bombay to delhi. I also daily inquired from the customer helpline services but doesn't get any response. It has been 2.5 months now and I didn't get refund and also when I asked , I only get response that I am not fitting in the criteria of refund payment, but also I got credit note from the company.

Sir am serving in indin navy.. My PNR is BLRVFA and defence id is 217059T. I had booked indigo flight with my wife Pooja Chaturvedi and son Saksham Chaturvedi by flight no. 6 E 304/211 for 29 jul 2020. On 28 jul my residential building was placed under quarantine due to few corona cases. There by my movement was cancelled by naval authorities.

In view of the above it is requesting that my case as a naval soldier be considered and full refund may be initiated.

My flight from Chandigarh to Portblair on 3&4 aug 20 PNR No GNY97K. I go to kolkata but flight from Kolkata to Portblair was canceled due to bed weather. Tomorrow is lockdown in kolkata, no room provided by airlines. then airlines told you go back. But kolkata to Chandigarh there is no flight. To then I told given me a via delhi airlines told me their is no flight then he give me flight from kolkata to delhi via guwahati but reach delhi at 1130 PM then I booked my ticket delhi to chandigarh on indigo pnr no UFHMKY on 05aug20. so flight is available but not given me by airline. so pls I request you to refund my 2665RS. thank you.

I have booked my Indigo flight on 31-03-2020 from Jorhat to New Delhi vide PNR No-LF6GVI for an amount of Rs.9783/- for the following passenger- M Yousuf Ansari, Mrs Shabnam Parveen and Mr Adnan Shahid.Due to lockdown flight was cancelled and my booking amount has been put into a credit cell. Now I want to refund my full amount of Rs.9783/- without any cancellation charges, let me know whether I will get full amount or you will deduct some cancellation charge.

I had a very bad experience dealing with Ankush bakliwal (IGA number:- 10756). He was very unprofessional and rude. His attitude is full of arrogance. I have decided not to travel with Indigo after this experience. I hope the airlines either removes him or takes strict action against him.

My flight from Chennai to Patna timing 09:50. I came to airport before one and half hour entry checking and directly gone to the counter no 55 than counter no 55 person told me that you go to counter no 34 in this period total time taken 20 minute. Then I came to another booking center for ticket checking but that person not hear me I asking from 9 am I told my flight is 09 50 please help me other wise I miss my flight but she busy in other ticket booking and not hear me. I miss my flight after that she answered me and give ticker via kolkata and taken money 1800 rs. I am totally upset behavior of indigo staff in Chennai airport. please kindly take necessary action please.

There is a mistake I noticed on my confirmed ticket to travel in to india from doha on 6th April 2021. My PNR is UITM4V. Actually the mistake is missing a letter which is k from the last name. The actual last name is KAKKAT, but currently the available last name only kakat. That means a letter of k is missing from the middle of last name.

Regarding this i already emailed to you along with the needful documents, but yet I did not get any reply from you.

I have purchased 09 nos ait ticket by indigo flight from ranchi to kolkata on 12/05/2022 evening . Date of journey 04/07/2022 . PNR no KGD9PB.

I have selected the flight departing Ranchi at 0905 hrs but after i confirm the booking an did my necessary payment the confirm ticket came in my email id. To my utter surprise the departure time from Ranchi shows 20:20 hrs.

This is a ticket for coming to Kolkata after wedding thats why we selected morning flight. We shall be oblidged if you kindly revalidate the departure timing in the morning hours which may has happened due to some computer error. Pls do the needful.

Hi,

I travelled from Jaipur to Bangalore by Indigo Flight Number 6E498 on 02-Jun-2022. I went to the Indigo baggage drop counter in Jaipur airport with a request to change my seat. My request was addressed by 'Devanshi' who was very polite and helpful. She allocated me the best seat available based on my need without me having to pay anything extra for it. I extend my sincere thanks to Devanshi and her help is really appreciated!
