Sir I booked ticket by train 15109 Avadh Assam train , at the time of booking the ticket status wad waiting 93 and on the day of journey it was waiting 39. PNR is 2710677517. I didn't got the refund yet. Please do the needful.

I was booking tickets panvel to thivim my money deducted but while getting tickets there was a technical error n I didn’t get my refund. please send me that e-tickets or refund me as soon as possible.

मैंने टिकट करवाया था जो की ट्रेन कैंसिल हो गया और कैंसिल होने का मैसेज भी आ गया और फिर से ट्रेन चालू कर दिया और मैंने दूसरी टिकट करवा लिया था ट्रेन कैंसिल होने के कारण मुझे मेरा ट्रेन का टिकट कैंसिल करके मुझे पूरा रिफंड चाहिए

I was booking yesterday (10/9/2022)my return reservation ticket from Pune to Secunderabad by Pune Shatabdi train(12025) for 16th Nov 2022. In online efforts twice my amount got cut but some issues arose with password or catche every time for on online registration so the process remained incomplete. Please looking into it and help. Either help me in getting confirm ticket for the above date for one amount of 1546 and the other same amount cut for 6th Nov by same train from Secunderabad to Pune Junction (12026) if you can or else refund my money to account number from where I paid the amount. My user id A8419920456. I booked a train ticket by IRCTC app. payment mode gpay UPI in 2 times payment is successful but ticket does not booked. amount was deducted twice by IRCTC. Please check my information and refund my money. Customer care excutive told me amount refound within 7 days but this pered is very long. please refund as soon as possibel within 3 days.
