The fridge is into damage mode in a year. The product seems to be not good quality. Needed repair and add on expense soon after the warranty period of one year.

I had taken HAIER AC last year in June 2021, now this month in July 2022 some problem occurred in my HAIER AC so I talked to hair customer service and provided my technical support but when technician came he only run the AC for 5-10 minutes checks for ac and says AC is running fine no problem and gone though problem in ac was starting after 10 mins runs 10 mins then turns off then runs again stops after 10 mins I used to talk to daily customer service for this.

Then after several calls, HAIER customer service listened to me and caught the problem. It was told from the technical team of HAIER that my PCB is damaged, will have to be changed and installed a new PCB but the new PCB did not work for a day, then I again talked to the technical team of HAIER and told them the problem but the technical team of HAIER Not ready to accept that their PCB is bad, that's why I call daily HAIER's technical team and tell them the problem and in the last HAIER team says it's not our problem if you want new then charge will be charged.

Very disappointed with your technicians and service. Your technician visit thrice but was not able to detect the fault.Their technician named 'Abbas' was very careless and didn't check it properly. Neither he checked outdoor nor any connections and the problem continues. Every time one technician (Abbas) came and he was in hurry each time. He came and went in 15 min.

I buy a air conditioner one month ago worst product with the worst service providers they dont have manners how to talk with customers how to behave and i filled a complaint 4 times but no one come to check the product ac is just 1 month old there is pipe line leakage in my ac but no one come to change that and at the time of installation they take 10000rs from me for the pipe. i need a answer as soon as possible

मैने हायर का फ्रिज मई 2022में खरीदा था । अभी केवल 5महीने हुए हैं और फ्रिज काम नहीं कर रहा है। शिकायत दर्ज करवाए हुए 6दिन हो चुके हैं लेकिन कंपनी से कोई भी फ्रिज चैक करने नहीं आया है। किसी भी अन्य कंपनी से हमेशा अच्छा रेस्पॉन्स मिला है । हायर कंपनी से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी।

My Self Jayaprakash from Salem Tamilnadu. Purchased Haier water heater through vasanth and co in 5 Months Before. With in 4 Months it's stopped working. Am registered the service request on 15.11.2022. Ref.No. HI20221115000046.

After 2 Days service engineer visited and said he don't have any knowledge of this product and return back without any repair. After escalation from my end another guy visited and advise to replace the power guard which was fitted from your end. Same was replaced by my self cost Rs. 650.00. In that time Service center owner called and requested the OTP for SR closing purpose. Am denied and explained the condition of Heater. But he begged and got the OTP.

Again am escalated to your team through Whats App, FB. One more Service engineer visited on 29.11.2022 and said that heater got faulty , Need to replace some parts. But the same parts not available with him. Finally thay agreed to replace the faulty parts with in 2 days. But that super man not even touch the heater. Simply said heater got faulty. How it is possible ????

Again today I got call from different guy and started form day one history.

My simple questions to Haier:

1. How the 4 Months product got Failed???? Is this your product quality???
2. Past 7 Days my entire family suffered with out hot water in this monsoon time. But not even single person not rectified the complaint. ????Is it your Customer Service?????

3. Are you know the meaning of customer service?????

Am completely lost my Trust of your useless product. My humble request kindly return back your bullshit product and refund the Money. Or else definitely am go with consumer court against your cheating Service.

I have purchased your TV product during last month. Service person called me for installation and I booked on installation on 29-Oct-2022. But they arranged a service person on 25-Oct-2022 itself. I am really wondering why they asking convenient time from customer if they arranging installation at their own time. I requested during weekend because of my convenient time. They have not even installed properly in my home when I was not available. They did not get any prior confirmation with me before coming to my home. The problem here is my tv not installed at centre of my hall. So I asked reinstallation but your service person has saying it is chargeable. Why I should bear if mistakes are purely from your side. I need a reinstallation without chargeable in immediate effect.

last year 21/02/2022 my shop opening date other brand finance mapping done but Haier brand mapping till now not mapping in Bajaj finance some many time I asked that Haier (ASM) (RSO) but no ones responded. today again I asked for bajaj mapping and msg send the Haier ASM reply msg iam still busy so mail send haier head office, that officer help to him this msg finally got it. so kindly request immediately take action.

Hi All,

I purchased AC in month of April 2022. No one call me for follow up and service related issues since last one year. Even dealer is least bother about all this things as they already got a sale from our side. When i am trying to escalate it to higher management they are also not responding to the call.

When i asked agent to forget about 3 free services, allocate at least 1 free service then we came to know that we need to pay for it as its above 1 year.

I am not satisfied with your service.
