I had complaint on my led tv on 23rd November and today date is 27 December the company solving problem time is 25 days but it doesn't solve my problem. I am in problem because the company doesn't take it seriously. so please take it seriously.

We bought a Haier 6 kg fully automatic top load washing machine but we found that there was a defect in it. So we raised a complain and the technician came for review and informed that there is a leakage in the drum and will be rectified withing 2 days but on checking the complain we saw it was closed.

We are really fed up and it is so disappointing, If the issue is not resolved i will surely escalate this matter and will recommend others not to buy and will also expose the same on social media.

I purchased a led tv 32 inch and suddenly its button stopped working, i lodged a complaint and your engineer visited and did nothing but charged Rs 800, when asked for explanation he said its visiting charges..no-one informed this prior to us Rs 800 visiting charges seriously??

Please revert what are the visiting charges if any why not informed us prior?

I made a complaint on 27/6/2019 for suddenly stops cooling of my refrigerator. The technician came and did something and later change the board. two days very slowly cooled and on 30/6/2019 suddenly stops cooling. And still now no technician attended the fault complained on 30/6/2019. The items in fridge are spoiling due to not cooling and upon request of Mr. Dinesh (9949640404), Kakinada Service Centre Head, he is suggested to make alternate arrangements for items and they will send at their own.

Very very very bad experience with your company product and with the company employs. employs take high sevice charge. they ask 500rs for my analysis product fees and other things chargeable. how thy foolish we still have a warranty. I'm very angry on Haier company. my product take 3-time service in a year.. company should close the make product... this my contact no 9541952229.. call me 11 am to 5 pm.

Dear Haier, my complaint number CH20191015109416. my complaint is my washing machine is not working engineer will be come my home repair my washing machine not good service and I'm not satisfaction.

My name John from trivandrum kerala, I raised a complaint about my refrigerator not cooling, complaint number - CO20200221108057, One technician came from MERIDIAN TECHNOLOGY to attend this complaint. He took 400 RS to a service charge with out rectify the complaint, next day another technician contact me and say that 2500 RS need to fill the gas, I said OK come and resolve this but till now there is nobody attend and one message came from customer care to my mobile that complaint resolved, this is very worst experience I have ever seen. Please do the needful to resolve the complaint otherwise your product did not buy anybody.

Very pathetic customer support. I had initially requested a service and Gas Check on April 26, 2020. Due to the lockdown, there was no response. When other companies started services in my neighborhood, I registered another service request on May 13th, 2020. I was guaranteed service within 24 hours. Of course, that did not happen. The technician visited on May 16th. He reported a gas leak and said that the issue will be resolved by 21st May. This again, obviously, did not happen. I called again on 22nd May. I got a call back from Shyam Balaji Enterprise (Service Centre). The incharge (Praveen) said that it will be done on 24th, and I am supposed to remind him on 24th morning. I called him on 24th, even though that's not my job. He told me that he has not received the gas from the company, and as soon as he receives it, the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. I called on 25th May morning at 10:30 am to inquire about the status. He said that he will send a technician today if they receive gas by 11 am, otherwise the next day. I inquired at 2:30 pm on 25th May to check the status. The same person (Praveen) informed me that he has received the gas but cannot guarantee service by the next day. I asked for a timeline. I was not given any definitive reply. He became rude and and used unpardonable language. I complained at the Haier toll-free number. I was given another number: Siddharth Rajput (Area In-charge) (Mob: 8826323701) I tried calling him several times, but his phone is always busy. I cannot get in touch with anyone who has any authority to actually do something. Whenever I complain, I get another number to contact, which of course does not answer.

The above model fridge is having problem from last two weeks and the local service person says they don't have spars parts, I am very sad to say your services are pathetic. The SR no is HY20200602104068. I am totally disappointed purchasing this product as the services are worst and totally irresponsible. The customer has no option but at the mercy of the manufacturer and the seller both are mute spectators. I request the company to be more responsible in attending to their complaints fast and quick.

I was demanding for replacement of an complete air conditioner, but your service engineer doesn't responding properly, service engineer told me that they gave new part to fix the problem. I purchased air conditioner before four months and i use it very frequently.

I buy it on 11/3/2018, since then 7 complaints in 1 year. Every time I get same answer we resolve your problem but after warranty ended we are facing same problem. Company charge me 3600 rs but after 5 months same problem. change your company name cheating Haier.

My new refrigerator is not working properly, I last 3 visits the service people it has further deteriorated and become almost non usable. Tried several times the complaint calls either not getting or not replied .
Fedup with their service. They keep 3rd grade products.

Dear sir, I am cheated by vasanth & Co. we hear sound only i could not see Picture in Tv I have raised complaint to Haier service center by vasanth & Co on13.11.2020. The service Engineer checked after he informed that New Tv will deliver to you for Replacement with in a week. it took more than 18 days. we have not yet received New Tv for replacement. We are suffered without Tv. we could not see the News now. A lady called to me from Service center, Thambaram chennai Today. we have no Tv stock. your replacement Tv is approved to give to you from Head office. They are doing to send to you delay .This is her statement. when The service Engineer came to service,He came to our street. Rain water had in your street I can't come to service to your home. I take your street photo and will share it photo.I said that i will complain to Haier Tv head office after 15 minutes, He called to My wife Mobile Number: 9940618958.she went to bring the service Engineer to ambedkhar street. next street after he came to check my TV to home. if you want to service your Tv, you must bring your TV to service center, Tambaram,we will take more than 40inch Tv service center, Tambaram. We cant take 31 inch and other Tv to service center,Tambaram.I have no hope on the service center and They will bring Tv. i kindly request you to take action to send replacement Tv to me early.

My shop is monopoly counter of coca cola.I have a 2 coca cola fridge, one fridge is not working from 4 months and other is not working from 2 months,my area salesman and also sales executive (rishi salokhe 99751149500 ) not helping me. no one sales executiv come in mandangad, no one distributor in mandangad, my shop and also mandangad taluka sale is very poor than pepsi. i request your executive again and again but no one serious....please help.

Worst Worst product n management. From 1st day our refrigerator is not cooling properly. We have purchased in 27000/-. n they have taken about more than 4000/-as repairing.. No response by dealer. They can't imagine how a middle class family purchase the things. Dealer said to us "Ho jata hai 100 me Ek piece aisa nikal jata hai" worst
We are very disappointed.

It is the worst company and worst AC. Even if i run it whole night there is no cooling. Peopele come from service center and only say everything is alright. But still there is no cooling even a air cooler is better than this. Its is very bad ac i request everyone to stay away from this company. No one from the service center ta..lks properly and takes consumer complaint seriously.

Dear haier team,
This side your haier customer. I am using your 1.5 ton inverter ac and facing problem many times (about 50 days ) . Ac is in under warranty, but I have spent summer time without ac and in processing complent (its our mistake to purchase Haier) please could you tell me what is means of warranty, how to take time resolve problem of warranty for customer.
I have complaint in customer care many time as below.

First : JA20210710115707 on 10 july
Second : JA20210725101739 on 6 august
Third : JA20210811108417 on 11 august

Our inverter ac's many part changed by your engineer outdoor pcb, compresser, and gas change three time
But ac is not working properly. I have facing problem.

Please resolve problem as soon as possible but I can't wait more days.

I bought a Haier AC last year and its still in warranty with one free service . I am asking the customer service for the service from last 7 months but no one give me proper service and Atul ponkshe manage of mumbai division only bol- bachhan and promising. Never buy Haier Ac's its service is so bad.

I have bought a refrigerator in 09 June'21' it has started giving cooling problems. There have been two or three engineer visits but they were unable to solve my problems and Continuous I have to raise the complaint again and again. I couldn't expect such a problems in quick succession in a new refrigerator.Four Month has passed but not change my refrigerator. I want to ask and your company, Why are not change my product? I will never recommend buying Haier products to anybody. I am fully panic for 4 Month to your Manager, Engineer and your company.......What do you company? Why are not Solve My Problem? If you will not solve my problem, I will go consumer court.

With due respect, it is submitted that i have purchased Haier EXPB62-0613RU Semi-automatic Top-loading Washing Machine (6.2 kg, Ruby red) vide Invoice Number :HR-SDEB-1004-1395 on 22 January, 2017. Last month some problem occur and requested your online service vide SR no. HI20220315000770 on 15.03.2022. Next day your employee visited and checked, he tolled that some part required to be called from company which come 4-6 days, i called him so many times in this regards, but till date said official not visit again and and solve the problem. Today I call your service station in Shimla on telephone Number 01772645888, he has tolled me part of machine not available with company, i surprised to lesson. If my problem not solve immediately i not endorsed/ recommend/purchase any items of Haier company.

Please look into the matter and my problem may kindly be solve earlier.
