Boat service
My product picked up almost 1 month ago and after 12-14 days my products replacement issued, but they do not dispatch it. I tried to contact customer care by calling and emailing but they don't respond back.

Delay in warranty, Unreachable mail and phone number
I have tried to contact on the customer care number (+912249461882) many time. And each time, I am hearing, "Sorry we are unable to take calls at the outlets today". Even the mails to info @imaginemarketing.com and info @imaginemarketingindia,com are not being received.

Product warranty claim issued but haven't dispatched my product
It's been 25 days since I have sent my boat rockers 510 for claiming, and ticket status says replacement is issued but I didn't get the product for 8 days since dispatch. what the hell are you people doing?

Product warranty claim issued but haven't dispatched my product. It been more than 20days but haven't back from Boat team. These guys dont respond on call as well email. Worst customer service. Will never recommend such product to any one.
Not received my boat wireless headphones
Dear team in the month of June I have submitted my boat wireless Headphones to the company. As per tracking order, It was suppose to be returned on July 16 but I have received my product yet.

Now I have registered a consumer court complaint but I have not submitted it. my consumer court complaint no. - OLI16002749065959
Please note if I didn't received any feedback within 48 hours. I will submit my application to consumer court.
Incorrect replacement
I have raised complaint regarding headphone one side speaker not working, So complaint also got closed along with replacing the headphone. But I got incorrect replacement. Because my product is Boat Rockers 400 Bluetooth head Phone super Extra bass. But I received a low quality headphone. It's not a new product and no quality. I got different product and different colour. I need same quality product and same blue black colour headset I need. I need replacement along with new packed product. And also I didn't receive warranty card.
Please give me replacement with new same quality product.

Worst customer support
Hi,
The boat company has shipped a wrong item and delivered it very late when I'm not around. On reporting the wrong item is been sent, the customer care team. It's more that 24hours of delivery and they can't be responsible. Everywhere they have mentioned within 7 days a problem needs to be reported. Now they say within 24hours of delivery. What a mess? Worse online marketing strategy.
