I think we cant claim the warranty. i have 3 tickets but the status is not moving forward and the customer care no is also fake because i tried to 100 time to call them but..... And they are also not replying to our mails. i thing its a worst brand and worst service.

I need to claim my warranty for my headphones.... it is not working properly... one side is audible and the other side is not audible so,i need to claim my warranty for my headphones. I need a help from customer care but that a not answering my call and when I asking my product her cut my call and not giving a answering. My earphone mic is damaged.

The above mentioned email ID is fake and you will never get a reply on this, no matter how many times you send a reminder on it. I also filed a complaint against my Boat headphones which stopped working after just one month. Their customer care number is unreachable every time. They only give warranty on papers, but they will never give you the same in reality.

Hi,

I have raised a complaint on 9th July and its been returned on 9th July for replacement but till not there is no update on my complaint. I have tried several times to customer care but there is no solution on my complaint. My complaint no: 364316.

I was told that i will get my replacement with in 15 days but its more than 40 days.

Kindly check and do the needful.

Note: I am struggling from last one month to get details about my replacement product.there is no proper response from your customer service for my mails and phone calls.please help me out.

When I spoke with your customer service member on 4th sep 2019. I came to know that Black color device is not available and providing neon color.The tracking details will update in 24-hours.Later I make a call N-times (+91-2249461882). Still now I didn't get my product to my hands.

No reply for my mails too.Can someone respond to this mail and solve my issue quickly.

Please try to understand I am missing music from long time.

Sudhir here and I have bought new Bass headset one month ago but it's not worked properly,left side bass is not worked.actully I am not happy for it.

Product code name is Bass Heads 220 and on this product have of the one year Warranty.

Dear BOAT team,
I am very sad to inform you that you guyz are succeeded to cheat me on my BOAT 255 replacement . I sent my original product on 30th august for replacement and after 2 months i got the replacement package on 31 October , in this time period i had called many time to customer care but they told me that they are not having stock of BOAT 255 thats why they are late . But you guyz are so brilliant that you decided to send a used , not working , dirty product ,(Terms reffers that a new product will be sent to the customers.)

Worst company never ever buy this product. their number is wrong no one will help u. they will come and pickup but they wont return ur product.
