Never buy renewed products they directly send them without even cleaning & repairing. worst experience, cant expect from such things from Boat.

It's not yet 4 months after the purchase but the left part of the earphone is damaged and the sounds are too feeble. Kindly notify me about the replacement. Hoping for a reply soon.

Want to claim for headphone, try to customer number, claim link but no use, let know know how to process for claim. Problem is one side of head phone is not working.

The issue that I have experienced was: I have raised a replacement complaint for my Boat rockerz 255 active black on 23 june 2020 .ticket number is 1205185. still i have not yet received any replacement product for me. so please let me know when do i expect product deliver to me (issue - both side not working) (ticket number is 1205185).

Please give me my replacement back as it is almost one and half month completed but my replacement not yet received to me.

I had registered a complaint on 18 August with a ticket number 1424372. The product was collected from me on 24th August and the service center received it on 31st august, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 5th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement.

Till now i didn't receive my product, I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

If you have any right customer number,who receives my call, then send me. i have many numbers of your customer service center,no single man receives or listens to my problem. Please support your customer,if you support the customer also support your company. I hope you take serious action on this matter.

I had purchased this Boat rockers headset through Flipkart. To my shock n surprise this was a hopeless product since the BT function doesn't work n AUX cable was of a cheap quality. I want a replacement immediately else i will take this complaint to consumer court.

I had placed an order for Black Rockerzz 255 but the order status email says Blue. I don't want a Blue color earphone. Please check and revert asap.

When you issue a waranty they will take your product and will not return it back.. They are just fraud.

Dear BOAT team,
I am very sad to inform you that you guyz are succeeded to cheat me on my BOAT 450 replacement . I sent my original product on 5th December for replacement and in during10 days the boat company not gave any type of information in this time period i had called many time to customer care but they told me wait for 10 days why they are late..?? But you guyz are so brilliant that you decided to send a used , not working , dirty product , (Terms refers that a new product will be sent to the customers).
