Hello company, my left ear bluetooth is not working properly. I'm not getting sound from left ear bluetooth, so I need change it as soon as possible.

I recently purchased boAt airdopes 121 from a site but it seems the multi-functioning button on the right one cannot be clicked and therefore doesn't work. Since it comes with one year warranty, i hope i get a product without any malfunctions. I expect reply in the earliest.

I have registered my complain after that courier received the headphones on 13 may 2021. But today about 1 month 8 days going to be passed until I had not received my headphones. So please help me. I believe in your company that's why I purchase from it. Please help me.

I bought boat bassheads 242 2 months back and now my right ear is not working!! I'm trying to claim my warranty. please help.

My ticket no. 2243205 .On April 10 I registered my complain and on 12 April my product pick up from neemarana and now June month is going to be end but I didn't get my product. Two time problem arise in my product first time I complain then you guyz repair it and give me back and when second time problem come in my product then you guyz not responding me that when you you will give my product .what is this you guyz selling bad quality products that's why problem coming again again in my product. Please don't sell bad quality products and please return my product as soon as possible and active my ticket status and give my product please this is humble request.

Boat care in Maharashtra is very bad. They don't pick up the call. They don't reply. Solve this problem. Next time we don't buy boat products because of your irritating service. They show care. No. for dialing but they doesn't reply . Don't call the customer service no. They doesn't help us.

Hey boat services. My boat airdopes 441 is facing many charging related issues and also doesn't respond to the device connected......it was my first boat device purchase and i faced these issue within 8 months of purchase......I ordered it assuring that BOAT is a brand but I am totally disappointed with the product. Can u please take the note of problem and try to solve the issue as early as possible I need to claim my warranty for my headphones.... it is not working properly... one side is audibly and the other side is not audibly so, i need to claim my warranty for my headphones.

My name is prakruthi and I book headset boat cost of 735rs ,10-6-2021 and it's come 18-6-2021. Now on 14-7-2021 it's not working properly. this product comes with best in industry one year manufacturer warranty pls. My headset sound comes one side only.

I have bought 2 piece of boat rockerz 295v2 on August 2020..From the date of purchase 3 times and initiated for some technical issues. While I'm raised last time on 25th June product collected by nextday but still the replacement product not received.. Today dated 15th July 2021.

Mai boat rockerz 335 red Bluetooth kharida tha 17 June 2021 ko. Lekin usme kuchh technical faltu ho gaya hai. Jise mai replacement ke liye bhej diya hu. Ab mai ye chahta hu ki uska colors red se change hokar (green+blue) color mil jaye to apki meharbani hogi.
