I Hyundai service has given instruction to rotate the car wheel from front to rear and rear to front which looks wrong and harmful to customers. In this process spare/stepney remains untouched and unused.

The rotation should be carried from front to rear in 1, 2 , 3, Stepney wheel at 4 th in clockwise rotation and last 4th rear wheel should take the position of Stepney. In this way all five tyre will be utilised equal. But at present pattern of Hyundai one tyre of Stepney will by be utilised equal.

Therefore you please look into the problem and solve the ssue sharply, inform me also about action taken.

I took delivery a i20 Sportz car from Durgesh Hyundai, Duliajan, Assam. after transferred full amount to his bank ac through RTGS. But sorry to say the dealer gave me cash offer rs.20,000.00 instead of rs.40,000.00 declared by Hyundai. Kindly advise the dealer for refund me rs.20,000.00.

Dear Team, I have great respect for the brand Hyundai. I'm a working woman from Chennai. With the trust I had in Hpromise Hyundai cars, I recently got a used car from Hpromise (Chennai V3 Hyundai Besant Nagar ) It's only three weeks since I got the vehicle. The experience so far has not been very pleasant.

I was promised that a comprehensive 120 point check would be done before delivery but that doesn't seem to be the case, there is a leak in turbo and the estimate seems to be over 90k INR. Not sure why this was not diagnosed and checked as I have taken the vehicle twice for inspection after taking delivery, the vehicle was only given back confirming it's in perfect condition.

I would request that the turbo leak is fixed and replaced with a genuine Hyundai part as promised by Hpromise Hyundai and this needs to be covered under warranty. I would like to be sure that the promised 120 point inspection is redone and the full pre-delivery service is done as promised.

Request to expedite the process - I Hope Hyundai will respect my trust in the brand

My hyundai creta car always goes to deep hyundai, Mangolpuri, Delhi for routine service. Everytime they people create bogus problems and make extra bills. Now I an telling latest story. On 10/10/2021 my creta was picked from my residence under pick and drop scheme in the morning at 10:00 am. I told the service adviser to do routine service. At 3:00 pm service advisor rang me and told some coolant and thermostate related problem which costs around 6 to 7 thousands extra from service. I object this but he did not pay any attention on my objection and tried ro convince me if i will not let him do that work l may face some serious problem in future. This was not the first time everytime they people create some extra works to make money. I have never paid less than Rs. 20000/- for routine service.

Than why company claims less amount for service to promote their sale.

My vehicle Grand i10 Sport no. RJ13CC1209 . i went to hyundai service centre SRIGANGANAGAR Rajasthan for insurance claim on dated 25.10.2021 under cash less policy of New india assurance . on dated 26.10.2021hyundai advisor deliver me car and told me that some work is still pending due to part not available (Demier , Guard RHS and grill ) he told me that as soon as hyundai service centre got above part than part will me installed in my car. i m waiting call from service centre but no response till date .

This is last hope to reach out and get solution for my bigger problem. I booked my creta sx with dealer from Bokaro Jharkhand: Shree Hyundai.

I am getting married in November and before booking it was promised and written in booking details that Car will going to deliver before November and maximum it will be in last of October. I was in contact with a salesperson name Shehbaz and he was keep updating from September itself.

Here is the twist, dealer asked for full ex showroom price for quicker delivery in 15 days. So i paid 13.3 Lacs money on 2nd September 2021 means before 2.5 months. I am staying in London so I believe these guys and thought if not in September at-least I will get my car in Oct. But when I came back India in November starting and called to Manager Manoj, he told: You haven’t paid money to my account so don’t ask about car from me and go and check with owner, we will not going to deliver your car till your marriage so ask for refund.Also he told me I don’t care your marriage and we will not provide your car.

Now I am in India for a month and wanted this car for marriage but these guys kept telling me lie for upcoming dates. I called to help line and all stuff but till now they are asking to contact dealer only.
Nobody given me a proper date till now. My marriage is in 10 days. This car was dream for both before marriage. now i stuck and getting tensions from dealer at this critical dates.

If you can do from your side, it will be grateful else till now everyone i have talked is giving false info or misleading me. Hopefully you can see in this matter quickly. my money is being there with them from last 2.5 months, booking is from 5 months. I am in frustration at my marriage.

Don’t know if you people will help on not. My marriage date in 10 days.

When i was purchasing aura car then salesman ask for 5yr. 40,000 k.m.warranty. but recently when i was going to Hyundai workshop for service and check my car warranty they give me only 3 years warranty.

Dear sir,

On 20th may I have booked creta sx(o) knight edition car at Ahmedabad gallops motors , I have paid 70% of payment to gallops motors and the day I booked the car till date it’s been two or above still I have no idea when my car is going to come I have paid 70% amount then to I don’t know when my car is going to come ,what I should do now and gallops motors are not giving answers to us what should we do???? If I am paying 70% amount of rupees to dealer than to I am not getting answer what should I do ???

At the time of booking the dealership conformed that my creta sx(o) knight edition would be allotted to me on 20th June and I have proof that dealer conformed now it’s 29th June I still don’t know where is my car ??? After giving 70% of payment i don’t know anything ur dealer is constantly lying to me ,I have payed 15,50,000/-
70% amount of the car I don’t know where is my car tell me what to do ????

I am in a problem there I can’t do anything please help me with this ……

Hi MDH Hyndai,

Recently(21-May-2022) my car accident near Badvel, Andhra pradesh. So I gave my car to MDH Hyndai, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh for repair.

While handing over the car I mentioned a few issues along with the rear view mirror and horn is not working.

I waited around 45 days to receive a call from Hyndai that the car is ready (29-June-2022). Since i am in chennai. I took the delivery of the car after 2 days through the driver. Before delivery was taken I asked the service manager whether to have the test drive taken and checked properly. Service manager said Yes.

So i sent driver on 2 july 2022 to pick from MDH, while delivering service manager is said that there is sound is coming barring need to changed ( due to accident alloy wheel and tyre is changed for same wheel front left in this service). So I paid 2000 extra for the barring and the driver waited more than 2 hour and took delivery and started from kadapa to chennai.

After Hour so, the driver found that the horn was not working and also the right view mirror was not closing. the driver informed me through the phone. I said ok and asked the driver to come to chennai.

Once the driver reached chennai. found that gear oil leaking. So I gave the service outside and paid 5000 rs extra to repair all these things.

Please find attached documents for reference.

Finally, I paid an extra 7000 rs who was responsible and pay to me. (it is supposed to be covered by insurance. But not because of the poor service of MDH ).

Dear Hyundai,

I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service i received from one of your service centres.

On 1st August, I dropped my car (Hyundai Venue Sx) at one of your service centres (AMG ROTANA MOTOR LLP, Vadakara) for inspection regarding vehicle starting problem. After 2 days, Service advisor called me and said that it is due to key barrel problem and they they will replace it in 14 days as it is under warranty.

After 14 days not only did they not fix it, they didn’t even give a clear reason for that. Because the advisor did not give a clear answer, I even called the manager also but to no avail.Now its about 1 month.

Actually i see it when i came for one month leave from abroad. I did not get any use with the car after coming to the country. Today I regret that I bought your car despite many people saying that Hyundai's service is bad.

I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I attaching the repair order form with this mail. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.

My car no is KA 01 ME 2028 Given for repair on 07/09/22 from 60 days in Itpl branch Bangalore. till today they don't handover the car to me. when ever I calling they response like spare parts not available. it is not fair you have largest Hyundai company my car still in workshop. it's very very bad.

I bought HYUNDAI VENUE 1.2 KAPPA MT S(O) RC PB04AE6524 from BRAR AUTOMOTIVE, KOTKAPURA ROAD, OPP POLICE LINES, FARIDKOT 151203 on 15 Nov 2022.From next day onwards whenever in morning I use to open my car ,i heard noise while sitting in car .The problem increased day by day .After some days I got confirmed and went to agency and said that there is possibility of some rodents inside my car.But they said there is no possibility of any rodents u have only confusion.But on 3rd Dec 2022 rodents torn my car's backseat cover, bodycover that was in boot box, rodents entered from front side of engine, part called DOOR ASSAY INTAKE was destroyed by rodent which was caught by rodent catcher. I have to fix wire mesh in that open area to prevent further incident. Kindly look into this matter so that any other customer does not face such problems.

I am not going to take scratches in the alloy wheels rim. It was not there when I gave it to them. So either you rectify or change the alloy wheel rim. I want my alloy wheel rim scratches free. And service quality is going down day by day. It's not acceptable at all. You guys are destroying good condition cars into a problematic machine. I am going to complain about this to the company. Please change or give my alloy wheels rim as earlier condition before giving for service.My front bonut stand cap has missing. 4/5/2023 to 21/5/2023 service is not complete .My phone no.7980541093

I was done first servicing but i was call them about second servicing that time they said now is to much rush we take your appointment 20 days later . i said but 20,15 days after my car KM running will increase so any issue whos taking responsibility they said but still now very rush you take after 15 days later i says ok but after 15 days they are not remind me not any call to me no any response to me .last time same issues i was inform that time General manager but still not any action about that topic.

The Hyundai Exter (SX) bearing Registration No.JK01AU 2442 purchased through M/S HK Hyundai Auto Mobiles Limited, Panthachowk Srinagar, Kashmir on 01 August 2023 is not functional. In this regard HK Hyundai deputed a team of four persons who temporarily fixed the problem but it is again not functioning. I am not able to start the vehicle despite full charge of batteries. It's stereo system is also not functioning. I feel harassed in my family who were pressuring me for purchasing "PUNCH". My kids whom I drop at school are also suffering. Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

My vehicle met with an accident on 26-11-23 and after that it was given for service at Varkala showroom but till now I have not got the vehicle back. When I call the showroom they don't give any kind of help I just bought the car from popular hyundai now it is in a wrong condition if I can't fix the car at least show me the courtesy to return it this is not a one time experience this is happening it was a mistake to buy the car from Hyundai have never seen a service center like this in the condition before, so I have to take steps to return the car today whether it is repaired or not.

I am using hyundai venue car, my car met with an accident on 26-11-2023. I approached the popular Hyundai showroom and gave the car for repairing. They said that it is a week time and I am not getting any information from their Side doesn't give anything else, I am now saddened to have bought Hyundai. If you see this, please buy this company's car only after thinking about it, otherwise it will be my experience.
